How do I survive something like this? I mean that metaphorically. Like, everything was perfect until the marriage. We had a house, finally, 3 beautiful kids (1 mine, 2 hers). We had everything. And then she cheated, while becoming abusive at the same time. And it's fucking destroying me. I can't eat, I can't sleep, I can't do anything. I can't figure out where I went wrong. What did I do to deserve this? I worked so hard for that life. I started from nothing, sleeping in my car, to that wonderful life and now it's just gone. I know I have to go day by day but how does that even work. We haven't lived together in a month, and I just went to pick up mail, and I saw the affair partners truck in the driveway, which confirms the cheating. And it's all hitting me and I'm just lost. Any advice on how to cope with this is appreciated.
