The 5th is about incriminating yourself. You are thinking about double jeopardy. And no. It wouldn't apply. His charge and conviction was on something that happened once at a specific time. Going and performing the same act at a different time is a second event and would carry a second charge. "But it didn't happen" exactly, which is why he was exonerated and exsponged. It doesn't give him a free pass to commit the crime.

Divorce is not a guarantee, it’s not “the next step”. People get devorces because they try to marry before they are ready. I can count on 1 hand the number of marriages that happened before one or both were 21 that lasted more than a couple years. Marrying and starting a family isn’t for everyone. It’s the younger years where you take the time to figure out what you want and how to get it. Rushing that stuff rarely works.

I really should get back into the gym and just spend more time with her, I’ve kinda neglected our time together. Which does effect our romantic relationship. I’m just so tired and want to relax when I get home and do things I enjoy, (computer gaming mostly). I know how to “fix it” I just need the motivation to actually do it.

There’s trade offs for both life styles, single vs married. It’s about which you prioritize and value more. I told my wife that I didn’t buy the house because of the kitchen but it damn sure was an important feature. It’s the whole package, and things change and need work every so often. Nothing is perfect. Let’s take the house analogy, sure you can probably get a 5-star kitchen (kitchen=sex) with all the extra features, but if it’s in a studio apartment in a section 8 complex, is that really wh…

I am the opposite. I had 40ish partners in my 20’s with several of those being LTR so we would have sex multiple times a week, sometimes a day. Now into my 30’s and married. We have sex once every other week or so. While sex is constant, it’s not as often as when I was still dating. The key difference is that if you want action, you have to put yourself out there and make an effort. Women aren’t going to fall into your lap sitting at home. Granted, the pandemic made dating more difficult than it…

In a legal sense those all still mean a threat of violence: Simple assult: “I’m gonna kick your ass” Aggravated assult: “I’m gonna kill you and your family” Assult with a weapon: *pointing a gun at you

Fyi - assult is a threat of violence, words and messages are assult. Battery is committing violence or bodily harm. Often you make a threat of violence then carry it out, assult and battery go hand in hand. In this video the random dude shouting hit him commuted assult, while the girl and guy both committed battery.

This is a good question to ask. Why is the rate 3x and already good deal. The work/environment maybe super shitty and they need to compensate, or maybe they don’t offer benefits for a 2 yr contract. There is definitely a reason for the pay spike. Pay isn’t the only factor involved when measuring compensation: benefits, comute times, work place culture, insurance, 401k matching, and other stuff.

There’s your problem... the way you are thinking about how this works... A muscled dude who normally wouldn’t have trouble landing an 8+ will not normally be willing to entertain a post-wall 50+ year old that pulls a 6 while trying. The men that will “jump anything” are not the quality or pedigree these rich women want to show off as arm candy. These rich women don’t want or even have the time to find the attractive men who would entertain them. So they hire someone to find the guys for them. It…

Every relationship: platonic, Romantic, professional, etc. takes work. Exercising, careers, learning, homes, pets, everything that takes times takes work. Motivation and happiness are not a destination, they are the vehicles to your destination. You are experiencing an existential crisis where things you want have become easy to get. Friendships are hard, dedication to someone else is hard, motivations to self betterment are hard. You want easy, but that doesn’t really exist. I can give you all …

Your mental health is heavily influenced by your daily routine. Eat good food - junk foods and fast foods are high in calories and poor in nutrients. Poor nutrition can very easily case hormonal imbalances. Your body is literally made of the stuff you put in it, including your brain chemistry. Exercise - you know why this is good for you. What is less often talked about it is that when you exercise, dopamine (the feel good hormone) is released. This can help fight those negative thoughts. Find a…

There are unicorns, the thing is you can’t tame them. Unicorns only get involved with other unicorns, so if you are a college grad with a high paying job, no crazy baggage, body of a Greek god, and great social life... then you have a shot at one. If those traits don’t describe you, then better start lowering your standards until you find someone good enough. Hot chick doesn’t equal unicorn

Sex is a skill, and like any skill, you need practice to perfect it. Before my wife, I was with 40+ women, and had sex hundreds of times. I got pretty good at it, to the point where my wife and the GF before her both expressed how much they enjoy(ed) sex with me and was one of the big reasons they continued to date me. Knowing your body and learning the right and wrong ways how to please a woman will help sway her to stay with you beyond one or nights.

So I was in a similar mindset after my last breakup. She was brainwashed by tumblr and had a lot of issues. I saw too many patterns with westernized women and swore them off. Then I met a woman from Latin America and we hit it off really well and now is my wife. The key thing here is that while she does have a handful of reserves and quirks about work, she understands the dichotomy of splitting the work. She is a stay at home mom because any job she gets will only just barely cover child care, s…

Washing is a good measure and many people do. If you say 1% or even .5% don’t do a good job washing (which isn’t an unreasonable estimation), you are still talking about 10’s of thousands of people that have to deal with the outcome. Also preventative care is doing things ahead of time before they become an issue later. You don’t wait until your healthy wisdom teeth are crowding your mouth to remove them. You don’t leave the gallbladder in after specific surgeries just because it’s healthy and f…

This is a very unique topic that I was pretty much on the side of not doing it. Then I got into the urology career field. It has changed my mind. Circumcision a very simple procedure that very rarely has complications. I just got taught this lesson (again) and I’m in my early 30’s. You can make a wrong turn while driving and back track, it will cost a couple minutes at most. Don’t try to save a few minutes by changing lanes last minute. Because you risk losing more time waiting for a tow truck than you would lose by just back tracking.

The key to your issue is that you care what others think. It’s not wrong to have a conscious need for other’s approval/respect The question is who’s do you want? Your boss? Your best friend, the attractive cashier at the grocery store? Figure out what they want from you and make the effort to obtain that approval/respect. You are “the nice guy” because you want ALL women to approve and respect you, and that ain’t gonna happen. You could be the ripest, juciest, most delicious peach on the tree, a…

I’ve always used “that’s not what I asked you” The I have a boyfriend response is a two fold response. It usually shuts down guys making advances or being nice for ulterior motives. It’s a way to remove responsibility from her hands so she isn’t “the bad guy” in the situation, as if she is saying “it’s not that I don’t like you, it’s that I am involved with some else right now” By deflecting the second part, you are putting the responsibility back on her to make a decision. Women become complace…

Entertain them with whatever hobby you have. I like video games, so I play video games with them. If they don’t like video games, or have to great a difference in taste, it doesn’t usually last long. What you should realize is that people select mates based off of several different characteristics, but one of the most notable is appearance. What research has shown is that people typically pair with a partner that is equal or close to their own level of attractiveness. So what you should do is take a hard and critical look at you level of attractiveness and accept that. Then you should seek women that are similar to yourself. If you are a max 3 of physical attractiveness, you can bump you lev…

You lost your cool, and you lost credibility and influence when you started to use ad hominem attacks. You didn't debate these people, you argued with them. You let your emotions get the better of you. You can't change someone's mind if they don't want it changed nor can you reason with someone that is unreasonable. The best you can do is write a complaint to the school office.

you are misinterpreting that. a male and female apply for a spot in a STEM position. (for simplicity's sake) The male rated a 85/100 overall and the woman rated a 70/100 overall. The position only requires a 65/100 to qualify. The woman has a greater chance of being picked for the position than the man, even though he is more qualified. That is due to the heavy heavy push to get women into STEM programs.

Habits you develop now will carry over to your next location. Saying “it’s a new life” will not magically make you a better person. Start doing things now and treat this time as a zero sum game. You know you are leaving in the near future so make the best of the time you have now. If you fail now, no big deal because it will not matter after you leave. High school girls and guys are not very good at self reflection and understanding themselves. Looking back on my HS days, girls were painfully immature and obvious in their behavior. However so were the guys (including myself) and had so little understanding of how to manage those behaviors. This is compounded by the only experience in social dynamics with the opposite gender in a romantic way came from media. So we thought those rom-coms and tv shows were the right way. why do women not date wussy weak men? because women already have a vagina, they dont need another one. Why do men not date aggressive and over-bearing women, because we already have a dick, we dont need another one. think about this, women value men for their job, how much money they make, how many muscles they have, what they can bring to the table, how well they can provide for the woman. The "S" in SMV stands for "sexual"...root word, sex. What you just argued for has little or nothing to do with a how willing a man will have sex with a woman. Very simple solution. The day after any sexual relation, get a text or email saying what a good time you had and ask her if she enjoyed the experience the same or more. Any normal adult interaction will be met with little recourse. Also prevents any mind changing in the future. Take a snapshot or* save the email in a specific folder just for those women. CYA is simple with a paper trail. edit: * = a word

If you do not ask a question, it is difficult to follow up or carry on the conversation. Conversely, if you leave no room for follow up questions, don't expect the other party to carry the conversation forward. From your claimed statistics, you have decent text game, so the above should be obvious to you. There is no time limit to a response or asking a question. No response, back burner and move on to the next swipe.

If she has no kids, yes. If she has kids already, maybe. Don't underestimate the driving force of baby fever. Women will do whatever it takes to get that baby batter into their hungry womb, and lying about birth control is fair game. Wrap it up and take it with you or flush (or drop a little bleach in and mix of you can be alone for a few minutes). If she says you can finish inside her, don't. If she says she is on birth control, say ok, and pull out anyway. Source: my life - me 21 her 34. And n…

Id take 50% of the company over alimony any day of the week. In most states, there are codes written in to separation agreements about spouse A working and paying for spouse B to go to school, so spouse B will repay in kind. This is exactly the kind of stuff that happens when women divorce their successful husbands.

This is exactly why the dilution happens. In the medical field Assault is the "threat of violence" (I.e. I'm going to punch you in the dick) and battery is committing said/unsaid threat. And in actuality it's even more sensitive, for example "I'm going to start this IV" is not necessarily assault but if the patient refuses or doesn't want the IV to begin with, it is assault, then performing the IV is battery. By legal definition, but is not assault/battery when the patient agrees to the procedur…

you are right, 100% because women are human. Humans lie to get what they want. The expectation from men spoon fed to us by the mouthful over years and years of media is that women don't lie, women don't hurt others, women aren't selfish manipulative creatures. So it is about what people want, supply and demand. Abs are a secondary sex trait, more accurately, muscle definition. Muscle definition is a by product of testosterone. Testosterone handles not only muscle definition but many many other primary and secondary sex traits specific to men, facial/body hair, voice modulation, strength, etc. As you know women have estrogen and it handles the primary and secondary sex traits for women. This sounds like it was written strait from the horror pages of some feminist's worst nightmare. Even I am skeptical of it's legitimacy. First, I want to highlight the "no sex until marriage" point. Your question is as old as psychology itself. It's asks more then why women's behavior is a certain way. What you are really asking is "Is behavior dictated by the environment or the way you are raised?" The Nature vs. Nurture debate. Do some research and you will find a plethora of studies and essays on that subject. TL;DR - it's a bit of both, individuals are more influenced by the nurture side, where as society and communities are more influenced by the nature side.

She wants to know what makes you happy, what makes you sad, what you enjoy and what you don't. Instead of saying I'm good with whatever, have an opinion. These typically are caused by or manifest as shit tests, go to r/TRP for more on that. Literally saying "I'm happy when you do X" or "I don't like when you say Y" will go a long way. You don't need to cry or share you…

This gets into the realm of trusting people. You probably have trust issues and should work through them. It has taken me close to 5 years with lots of struggles and self meditation. It is good to open up with people you are close to, that vulnerability makes for lots of opportunities to learn about yourself and those who care about you. However. Your current gf is rushing something that shouldn't be rushed. Much like sex, if you are rushed and feel pressured you will end up resenting your partn…

tinder is no different than walking up to someone at a bar and introducing yourself. However you get the added benefit of knowing they are at least a little bit interested in you, also you get a little info about them to work with (even if just a little). You both already showed interest, set something up IRL asap. You dont make a connection or try to swoon them over text, that is a disadvantage to you both. Just set something up asap and make your move in person. you should not spend more than …

I don't think you should try to repair your relationship anymore than you already have. Honestly, you need to fix you. 3 months off the bottle, thats baby steps. You need a heavy dose of "unfucking yourself" before you commit any further with this chick. 3 months without sex, fuck, you should become a monk and not even think about sex for the rest of the year. Rub one out and focus on getting back on track. Once you made real progress, maybe she will want to go back to you, maybe not. Either way…

There are people that go looking for fights, so no matter what you say, it can escalate very quickly and be bad news. A weapon is only as effective as its wielder. So unless you have training using a knife it may be worse to carry it. If you drop it, get disarmed, or if they pull a gun on you, you are pretty much fucked. A weapon will deter most dipshits, but some it won't stop. Either way, DO NOT flash a weapon to try and scare someone. It is meant for self defense and besides, why show you opp…

It is one thing to read it discussed in a forum like this because this place can be a caricature of itself sometimes. It is another when I see and hear it in real life and the truth of the red pill sinks in. The world around me makes a little more sense. I learn things at a different rate to others, as do you. Reinforce those that are still learning and growing, just as other commenters have referenced their own past comments on the subject.

I can only speak for South Korea, but I have friends in many other places. From what I gathered, Asia communities are very very homogenous, so they do not mix all to often. Expats are and will be you primary source for dating pools and the very rare attractive Asian woman to choose from. The Asian culture shuns mixing races similar to how American was in the 50's and 60's with black and white couples. What I am trying to argue is that Crazy is born from society, not from a mental illness. Crazy != clinically diagnosed mental illness. Not all crazy women are great at sex, and not all great sex comes from crazy women. However society guides the mentally weak women into self destructive behavior which is often labeled as Crazy, and this self destructive behavior can aid in their sexuality growing as described in my post.

What you aren't getting is that guys that are really successful to the point of that woman CEO have so so many options. She may be attractive, but I doubt she could hold a match to some women out there or even some other Victoria secret model. Why would a wealthy guy go for an Amy Poehler-ish woman when he can get Scralett Johansson look-a-like.

BOTH of you are there to learn about each other. My point is that IT IS OK TO TALK ABOUT YOURSELF. Don't be afraid to talk about you. Don't know what to ask about, mention something you find interesting or something you like to do. On the first date, that is irrelevant. What I want for my future is my own business and what you want is your own. The first date is to know if you can even stand to be around this person for a single afternoon/evening. Who says that someone looking for a relationship is against having a one night stand and vice versa? If you want to decide if they are looking for more than a 1 night stand, then decline sex on the first date and ask for a second date. Then on the second date ask what they are lo…

From a male perspective. Ask questions about HIM, not his past. Like /u/theterrorsquad said, it is not an interview. That is false. This sub is specific to men, and is a lantern for the darkness some men face. However, to think The Red Pill is specific to any group is arrogant in and of itself. Read any of introduction sections of the side bar. It explicitly talks about the red pill being a concept to understanding reality for what it is, not what we wish it to be (hamsters and special snow flakes). Men are more rapidly being almost forced into accepting the red pill. Men are "waking up" faster and faster. Wom…

OP is inherently about NOT accepting it, and the discussion and views are a way of dealing with it. Food for thought, if nothing else. TRP isn't about smothering every opinion and emotion. When someone says "deal with it" they are talking about over-coming personal obstacles, problems, and social situations. This post is about an issue greater than any one person and is not something that should be swept under the rug just because it is uncomfortable to face or talk about.

There is a reason why certain dating sites (and eventually tinder) became so popular. It didn't take long for a "meta" for the "online game" to be discovered. Numbers, high high numbers: Guys send messages to all the girls he finds remotely attractive, or even every girl possible with copy pasta. Chicks sift through all the shit, messages, and profiles until they find one that interests them. This app break breaks that meta, that's why it will fail. this is due to your hair follicles being opened up naturally and when you cut the hair, it can get stuck in the opening of the pore. The alcohol causes your pores to temporarily close up giving that feeling of tight skin. The alcohol also pulls dirt and lose hairs away from your face preventing a place for bacteria to fester and grow. Washing your face with an exfoliate right after or using baby oil before will have similar effects as alcohol with less drying and/or irritation.

Not true. People in third world countries have their hands cut off when caught stealing. Even knowing this, people still stole. In the Puritan era (and the same with Mormons) they are excommunicated from entire communities for commuting acts that are forbidden. In the past people were murdered for adultery and theft, that did not stop those people. Rapists are well aware of the consequences of their actions, but they still do it.
