The best way to do that is to properly accessorize. Get you some bad ass shit like a cigarette with a long black holder, a black leather officers/police hat, and some jean shorts. A little prep and the right touches go a long way. Alternatively you can do some other archetypes that EVERYONE will respond to. Start low impact. If you have some favorite music, start walking laps around the block. Listen to your jams. Walk one more side of that block every day. Count the calories, cut out the empty ones like soda chips and candy. I found that when I did that I could double up on the meats and cheeses on my sandwiches for lunch which are really what satisfies the appetite.
