I'd love that link as well, if you don't mind.

If she's worth anything, it will push her to do anything for you to keep her.

Their anxiety should never leave. The possibility of them not being good enough and you finding something better should constantly be in the back of their mind.

I think this is the wisest path. Just stick to what I can lift now, add reps, and keep clear of anything that aggravates it.

I'll definitely check out the site, thank you. My therapist is not a sports PT, I don't think. But he actually had an identical injury 3 years ago, so he's been pretty good. He's also a pretty physically active guy, he seems to know what he's talking about. But I will look into checking out a sports therapist

Ah, yes! I definitely use the tape. My therapist gave me a giant "industrial" size roll of it. Squats don't seem to bother it, unless I bang it against the bar getting into form.

Yes, I take creatine. But unfortunately it doesn't help with the joint aggravation

Maybe I'm losing form more than I think. I'll have a buddy watch and see. Injury was work related. Basically, picking up stuff from the ground and swinging it to where I needed to put it, putting a lot of the weight straight on the joint.

This is what I've come to realize. For the time being, OH stuff is just not possible. I mentioned in a comment above, I did PT for 6 months, and continue to do the exercises at home. Doctor checks it out once every few months.

I've been using the smith machine. It's helped quite a bit because of stability control, as you mentioned. By modified, I meant that instead of OH presses, I do something else, instead.

I did PT for 6 months. Therapist, along with my doctor both told me that lifting is fine, but not to "over do it". Which, I don't believe I am. Maybe breaking over my plateau would be.

When I originally found TRP, it seemed a lot of it was over the top. Not the self improvement parts, but the other stuff. Many people often pointed this out, and quoted the use of it as a buffet. My biggest fail with TRP is that when I stopped being single, I stopped working with it. Only when I went back to it was when I discovered MRP.

Yep, she did. Sorta. She told me to be out by Friday. I told her to bring me an eviction notice. And in a really weird turn of events, she terminated the lease on the apartment and moved her shit out. So I've got to talk to the complex manager and see if I can just take over the lease, and find a roommate.

No other comment stung worse than that last paragraph. I need to be the man who has two kids, but who has his shit together. It seems as though I might be couch surfing for a few weeks, but I need to make time to at least take my kids out to dinner a couple times a week, and go out and do something with them on the weekends. They're not going to understand why their not coming to my house for a while. I'm not really sure how to explain that.

It tastes worse than the red one, but you're right. Fuck my ego. It's been holding me back from admitting that my finances are a complete joke, and continuing to push it back instead of dealing with them.

I always thought the main event was gonna be loud and well... eventful. She tried to come out guns blazing, said it was done. I agreed, I'll start looking for a place. Time to rebuild everything from ground zero A lot of it stung, but you're all fucking right. Sitting down later and writing a hardcore, down-to-the-cent budget. Reading through personal finance sub.

I agree. I've known this from the beginning, I just have no idea where to start. Any reading material suggestions?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
