That's so true. Just like how the human body is strong as fuck but instead of using it, people get fat and don't use their muscles, joints and limbs. Unfit people call fit people who workout 3-4 hours a day "crazy". Our bodies were meant to be walking and being active all day. But were trained to sit down and stuff our faces with food, technology, entertainment, gossip, etc.

I have been coming to this realisation lately. People send there kids to primary and high school as a way to avoid teaching them good morals and skills for life. They avoid it because they're not bright and weren't taught themselves, and let teachers teach their kids, who they see as some kind of authority to raise their children. Gym 3x this week + going tomorrow. I found I was more confident talking to people, felt good. Been trying to get to sleep earlier which is working. Other than that, not much. Next week is going to be better. Only found this sub-reddit a few days ago thoroughly enjoy reading the posts.
