Ive been there man I understand I truelly do but you meed to wall down those negative emotions and thoughts and tough through it I know this I horribly cliche but every cloud has a siver lining, you can break through this, go to the seddit side bar and study inner game religiously. i want you to repeat this to yourself every day and everytime you even think a midly depressing thought. " I am awesome, every person i see today will have a better life for knowing me" this was my mantra of choice and mentally i feel ages better after pounding it into my head relentlessly.

this may sound weird but every night put a clean towel over your pillow and make sure you fall asleep on it, hell even lay them out and sleep naked on it and it does wonders to clear your skin. i have no way to back this besides my word but try it for a week or so i promise youll see results. also use a acne lotion that isnt harsh on your skin and use it after you clean your face before you go to bed. like the guy a bove said to much will cause problems.
