My SMV is higher then hers now and getting higher. I've had numerous opportunities to next her for a few hb6's or hb7's. She knows that there are a couple of bitches that would gladly fill her shoes. Back a few years ago I was an overweight fat slob. I lost over 50lbs by eating right and getting off my ass(walking, running, jogging, hiking, and bicycling). Now I'm adding back good weight by lifting.

I went fat to skinny fat when I lost 50lbs and received a ton of compliments. Now I'm going from skinny fat to buffed. Hopefully the reaction will be even more complimentary.

What would have been awesome if she had pepper sprayed or maced his ass. I've seen it done. Nothing like seeing a bully on his knees with snot and phlegm coming out of his eyes and nose. He would have been forever known as the dick that got maced.

I guess it's about like a house that's been blown down by a tornado. Yes, maybe the foundation is still good but needs a little repair but the rest of the house needs to be bulldozed and hauled away so a new structure can be built. No sense and trying to use the material that was mangled or destroyed.

Gucci by Gucci Pour Homme and Barberry Brit are two of my favorito panty dropper sprays that get great compliments. Cheap Aqua Velvet Musk aftershave isn't bad either for some guys and those on a budget. Musk is said to be seductive. Nivea makes some good stuff to that's inexpensive.

I wished there was (or maybe there is?) a place online to practice aa, am, fogging, etc. Like a chatroom or forum. Heck even a multiple choice test would be great. The higher the score the higher the mastery of the skills.

This is almost exactly my situation. You are probably a little ahead of me in some aspects of TRP. I too allow her emotions to effect my frame. When she sits on the couch sad and silent I have acted in kind. Use to I would badger her on what was bothering her or ask her what I had done wrong. After I discovered the RP I stopped my needy child crap but inside I was and sometimes still allowing her mood or actions effect mine. I think we just need to keep improving and making ourselves el' numero …
