I am. In America, if you record a child changing or bathing you will be charged in some fashion. Another trusted adult supervising would probably fly.

Number 7 first bullet. No way would I recommend video recording bathing or changing clothes. That’s asking for trouble no matter the reasoning. Protect yourself but don’t make it worse.

Equal doesn’t mean same. That’s wherein the confusion lies.

If it’s in the agreement the court will make her pay. It would be less stress and cheaper to pay than fight it. And, that is exactly what she would have to do just like you.

But I gather this is fake since; “she’s a nice lady”, and not the “fiancé”, “girlfriend”, or “soon to be wife”.

If it’s in the prenup that she also pays you alimony if she divorces you, I’d say sign it. It doesn’t seem one sided since she’s also willing to pay you. I’d also put protections in for both parties if there’s infidelity on either side. If asks and protections are equal, I don’t see a problem with it.

It isn’t just the chemotherapy that helped change her personality. It was the cancer in general and the hormones. And now menopause. My mom got super mean and short during the change. I am not looking forward to it one bit. Just so you know, I’m not in any way making excuses for her. Has she done any counseling or therapy? Would she try counseling or therapy, or is she dead set on this is what I want and how it’s going to be? I’m sorry you’re going through all this, 40 years is a lot to let go o…

If you’re going through the courts for a divorce and custody without a final decision and paperwork, both parties have to go by the local rules of the court, that outline visitation. You both can come to mutually agreed on visitation outside of the basic local rules. If this is your weekend or holiday according to the courts local rules, you’re good.

Guess you didn’t read the rest of it. Typical from someone who doesn’t really want to delve into a problem.

If she wasn’t “useless” before something has triggered this. Could be hormonal, a deficiency, physiological, or a form of depression. You’re not even divorced yet, and you’re speaking and thinking this way. I’d be looking at some form of therapy to help you deal with now, and what’s to come.

Yeah, if it’s not taken care of before the judge signs off, he will be the one having to go back in and file. If you have to file contempt after, make sure to ask for court costs and lawyer fees.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
