3	Man Boob Dilemma What you say is true, I could definitely workout more and eat better, and I will. Gyno doesn't disappear completely (I've tried lol) even with exercise, but like other posters said, nothing to lose with exercise. Was doing body weight circuits before (only 2 months since I moved back) so I went and signed up to the gym last night. 2	Man Boob Dilemma The undershirts I wear now do a pretty good job, flattens the nipples and makes my chest look manlier.
