Good Job and good luck Reset and Read the sidebar. Don't go back to being a beta to save the marriage.

I think you are still in an anger stage. I went through this as well. Actually I found myself in disgust. Go back work on yourself be attractive to her: hit the gym harder than before and make some progress. Time is very important this takes time.

Martial arts is great I did Thai boxing, kenpo and BJJ for a total of 12 years. FYI Be careful broken noses happen easily. If it happens go straight to emergency and get it put back in place don't hesitate.

Flirting with other women serves the purpose of making your wife feel dread. No one is encouraging you to act on it. 30 too old lol Jesus mate look at Jason Statham. 47? You think he's too old to impress women physically? Too old? There were two 70 year olds running for president this election. The examples can just go on forever... get rid of that mentality Come on. Start ignoring society's paradigms. That's the whole point of the red pill.

A month of lifting LOL RedPill takes time. Give yourself time and start with the gym

One of my favorite blue pill excuses to not go to the gym is "I don't want to get too big"

I'm interested in how you made all this happen after being in beta mode for so long? What were her reactions to you making these changes?

Work out a lot harder than you are now. Your 8 is probably just a 3 on the effort scale. I lift as heavy as I can with good form and then add a few more reps for good measure. When I do cardio I go on the stairmaster and do intervals. On the intervals I set it to the highest possible and just go until I fail: my feet hit the ground

This is how we start bro: butt hurt and anger stage. Trying on some red pill behavior which fails at first because we are still betas in other areas. Like these guys say: handle shit that needs to be done. I know it seems now that you are capitulating to her when she tells you to do something. This morning I was about to start work and wife came up to me: Can you do the dishes first/dishwasher? The old me wanted to stamp my foot and say no but I said yes and went and did them. Obvious stuff I kn…

I reckon pornography benefits women because it inspires us to want to have sex with them despite their off putting behavior towards us

There's a couple of good books on this (if you're a reader): Man 2.0 Engineering the Alpha: A Real World Guide to an Unreal Life: Build More Muscle. Burn More Fat. Have More Sex And Evolution: The Cutting Edge Guide to Breaking Down Mental Walls and Building the Body You've Always Wanted Btw Schwarzenegger wrote the forward to both these books

What has worked for me is to do 20-30 mins cardio on a bike 4-6 days a week and then lift as heavy as I can right after or before. When I do cardio, I listen to music and do intervals pushing as hard as I can every three minutes. That being said this works for me. I think the key for gains is to put massive effort in and leave the gym stumbling I learned this from working out with a personal trainer which was worth every cent I paid

A lot of this seems in a bitter anger frame which I totally get. Consider doing something for yourself as well that you will enjoy: for example I love surfing and had to force myself to get out there and surf again. After a while the passion for it came back and I looked forward to it. Also consider spending some of your money on yourself. I know that is hard to do when you have a SAHM. Small things: I had my car windows tinted last week despite wife going ballistic about it afterwards. I would …

It looks like you did delete it after all? You should put it back up. Don't get butt hurt that men are giving you a hard time -this is how men talk to each other (out of the beta world). This is constructive criticism and we've all been there. It is helpful & educational for the rest of us newbies to read the post

One of the biggest things I have had to learn is "be attractive". It's very hard when you are butt hurt and rationialising -and demanding sex with wife is completely a waste of time. Look after your daughter for yourself -not to trade for sex! Take time and go to the gym. Lift and over time you will get it. Something will change in you. You will become more attractive and confident.

So true -I just watched two dads hamstering to each other how they don't lift weights anymore because of their "injuries" -both doughy and reeking of estrogen

I just don't want to fuck up with the gift and regress everything. That's why I'm asking for advice and expecting a serious answer that doesn't make me look butt hurt

Agreed with everything you say. I don't care what she wants at this point but I want to do it for my self respect and so my kids don't make the same mistake. What am I doing about it? MRP and changing my beta conditioning. Following the steps. I have a simple question about a gift -obviously it opened a can of worms and revealed more than I expected

I meant she displays the characteristics of an alpha: even calling herself "a boss", leads all her friends and generally acts like an alpha male -yeah I know it's my fault: it's like when females change gender in the animal kingdom because there is no male leadership (edit for grammar)
/r/askMRP15/12/16 03:35 PM

I'm sure that's a rhetorical question but I'll answer it: she would act all butt hurt and stomp around. Then proceed to tell her friends in front of me and generally shit test me as usual
/r/askMRP15/12/16 03:31 PM
