Kind of a moot point if you are hoping to find a partner abroad!

I would choose my cat child over my husband and he knows it lol. Cats are precious angels from heaven - it’s mind boggling that anyone thinks “dying alone with cats” is somehow a negative thing!
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 03:45 PM

There are many women who have had children who are still absolutely beautiful. Most of them have had work done to correct the devastation that pregnancy wreaked on their bodies. Women who have had children are not gross at all…but I do find pregnancy to be exceedingly gross.

OP, why do you care? it’s a fantastic thing that birth rates are tanking, people are vile and there are way too many of them ruining the planet. Anyone who is crying about “not having children” is either going through some weird hormonal thing or they don’t have friends with children and are unable to see firsthand what an awful burden they are. It’s my honest opinion, people who feel this way either don’t have enough or aren’t making enough money and are therefore not enjoying everything life h…

A lot of millennial/gen Z women don’t want children.. idk where this idea that women are desperate for children comes from. I mean maybe it’s prevalent amongst demographics that have less fulfillment otherwise (mediocre jobs, don’t travel, subpar social lives.. I’m just guessing)?

The hard truth is that young men struggling with dating are just undesirable. It has nothing to do with online vs IRL (bc who tf has met anyone IRL post 2004 tbh), if you are undesirable now, you would have been undesirable at any point in the near or distant past. Some men (old or younger) just suck and women don’t want them, end of story. Probably accept it and find a hobby or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/23 04:47 PM

I don’t care how good looking a man is - if he isn’t wealthy, I have zero interest beyond flirting. I would always pick a wealthy but unattractive man over a good looking average/poor man.

Hopefully the population will decrease and we will all be happier. Fewer angry and entitled men bothering women and fulfillment for men who would otherwise be smoldering in a basement somewhere and furiously bemoaning the world’s injustices on Reddit.

Most women just don’t find short men attractive, end of story. Trying to dissect it further isn’t going to make the outcome any different.

Problem being that most men have no difficulties with women and wouldn’t want to be lumped in with you and your ilk. Sorry, hard truth. I guess you can go start a little mountain commune with other disenfranchised men?

Rats are delightful and people tend to skew towards vile so really no need for an analogy there. I can’t say whether your prediction will come to pass (in regard to male indifference towards women) and I mostly don’t care (actually, I would be ecstatic about the resulting population decrease) but it seems unlikely due to cultural and economic factors. Women are finally arriving at a place where they can afford to be indifferent to men in regards to romantic relationships, I expect it will just b…

If it’s so unpleasant, just don’t date. It so odd to me than many men express such frustration and dissatisfaction with their interactions with women. Some even express downright dislike and vehement resentment.. all while being utterly obsessed with women. Utterly and desperately obsessed. This sub alone exemplifies that - women are all you think of and talk about. I just couldn’t even imagine - it all sounds so exhausting and frankly dull. And to witness it as a woman is unnerving at best.

Of course not. You can only be forced to meet your financial obligations. If you don’t like it, abstain from sex. Perhaps meet a nice man so that pregnancy can be removed from the equation altogether. However, if you choose to continue to engage in sex with women, you do it knowing that you are obligated to support your biological offspring should pregnancy occur. You are socially and morally obligated to be a father to your child. You still have choices. You can abscond to another country and n…

The hypothetical man has no obligation to the woman, he has a legal obligation to his biological offspring. If you don’t want to worry about unwanted pregnancy- go get yourself castrated. Problem solved.

I have a house cleaner who comes to do the heavy lifting. I have a laundry service (but my husband often does laundry when he’s visiting). I do try to cook at least once or twice during the week or so per month that my husband visits but we eat out more often than not. And we vacation a few weeks in Europe after Christmas and typically somewhere tropical in summer.. and on vacation is where the relations happen. So no, I can’t say that I fit the mold for “traditional”.

Your whole theme here seems self-defeating because your self-protective parsimony is always going to outshine your actual personality this early on in getting to know someone. What does that mean? That most women are going to decline a second date. Which means you are going to be paying for a lot of first dates. Which defeats the purpose. It sounds like you have had some pretty miserable experiences in the past that have clearly made you distrustful of women in general. Most people aren’t out to…

/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 10:26 PM

I always knew that I wanted a husband who wanted to take care of me financially, so I married someone aligned to my desired dynamic. My husband is based in another city and travels a lot - he pays for my living expenses and I use my money for personal upkeep, travel and shopping. I am what is typically considered a high earner (top 10% US) so this works out well for both of us. Moral of the story - find someone who wants what you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/23 05:20 PM

OP - just don’t settle for a man who does not want to give you what you want, it’s that simple. I couldn’t imagine in a million years being asked to go “50/50”.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/23 04:29 PM

It is fortunate that you’ve manifested a little pretend world in your head, as you are clearly not equipped to thrive in the real world. Pressuring women to marry early won’t improve your chances of finding a partner if you are inherently undesirable. Women prefer freedom and cats over being yoked to an undesirable man.

If he proposed and planned the date, yes. If he’s a really nice person and the date was enjoyable despite the lack of chemistry, I would likely offer to split. If the guy turned out to be an absolute dillweed and the date is torturous, he is 100% paying.

Of course. When I was in my late teens and early 20s I was a lot more prone to cheating. This is true for women as well, just on a more complex level. Sex typically loses its thrill and relationships become dull once the man in question reveals himself to be a just another vulnerable human and/or just loses all semblance of mystery. For lack of a better term, once all of the layers are peeled back and he’s “conquered”. At that point, it is impossible not to become hyper aware of other men.

You are right, it should suffice to say “you don’t meet the lowest bar I’ve set for what’s acceptable in a man”. That’s quite a mouthful though. I suppose “you are pathetic” without launching into specifics, is nice and succinct and does not even mention gender.

Ffs. You don’t need sex. If it is something that a person really wants, that person should work towards making themselves more desirable. But ugh.. neediness is so cloying. I couldn’t imagine devoting the majority of my time sitting around and fretting over other people’s thoughts or desires or whether they find me attractive. Or needing physical intimacy or interaction with the opposite sex. Obviously it is natural to wonder about other people’s thoughts in passing but it shouldn’t consume you.

However, tbh, I do strongly support the core values of FDS (as I interpret them anyway) and the whole point is to avoid wasting time on potential partners …

It’s been 5+ years since I was last on Tinder but at the time, most of the men who I agreed to meet up with tried to push for commitment a lot sooner than I was comfortable with. The attributes I valued most were intelligence and prosperity. If a man was good looking on top of that, great.

So bizarre. Who honestly gets attached due to sex these days? I could understand being attached to what the person may be able to offer in regards to lifestyle or social status but what’s the point in pining after nothingness because of a puncture wound lol

That isn’t true at all. I personally have always placed a man’s intelligence and aptitude for prosperity a lot higher than a man’s looks. And that is coming from an attractive woman.

LOL, ugly men who get the opportunity to act as a puppet to a very attractive woman usually lunge at it. It worries me when people behave as though something they should be able to directly relate to is utterly incomprehensible.

Sounds like something every single mother should read. I don’t have a child as of yet but awful to think that there are so many depraved people skulking about in the shadows.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/03/21 03:32 PM
10

True but I feel that most women have the wherewithal to filter out a weirdo after spending a full year, or more, with him. When I say “don’t let him meet your kids for at least a year“ I mean just that. No discussing them, no formal introduction, no informal introduction, no spending the night at your house even if they aren’t there. Definitely no key to your house. Absolutely no access to your children whatsoever until you know beyond doubt that he is not a weirdo.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/03/21 03:23 PM

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being upfront about having children, just have the common sense not to bring a new boyfriend around your kids for at least a year, possibly longer.

Unfortunately, most posts made by women on Reddit are painfully mincing and apologetic.. esp when a man is so much as mentioned. It’s awful. Everything having to do with anything related to finances, gifts or responsibility is 99% of the time prefaced with “I don’t expect anything and I’m fine with this fucking low effort pittance being offered if it’s from the heart”. Like bitch, you don’t have to apologize for being disappointed by your birthday being forgotten or being proposed to with a scra…

Right??? Nothing makes me angrier than watching a woman follow after a man, begging for crumbs of decency. How is this LVM going to have the gall to insist that she not improve upon the scabby ass little trinket he proposed with and then demanded 50% payment on? She needs to toss the whole man out and start over.

100% true. In my opinion, they are also so insecure and desperate for validation that they are more likely to cheat than your typical attractive guy.

In all fairness, I don’t want to do it either. To me, a HVM is a man who does not want me to have to do housework and is willing to pay for the assistance I need. But I understand what you are saying about the majority of men being oafs. Def avoid men who don’t want to do things for you without prompting.

But if that’s literally someone’s livelihood - I’m sure any cleaning service would rather have the additional business and not involve themselves in the politics of the household in question lol.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/02/21 05:16 PM

Housekeepers will gladly put away clean dishes out of a dishwasher and do laundry. Most dry cleaners also do wash and fold. Bills - um why wouldn’t he be paying those? Garbage - ??? What is the point in having a man around if he won’t even take the garbage out? Groceries - have them delivered My point being, if a man wants to chuff off helping with chore related things, he’d better be prepared to pay for a solution that does not require it all to be shoved off on the woman in the relationship.

I haven’t tried making my own sushi but it’s some thing I’ve wanted to try for a long time. I’m just very very lazy and I live in a city with a sushi restaurant on like every block LOL. I have a lot friends who really enjoy meat substitutes, especially the beyond burger type thing, I just can’t get past the mental block of it reminding me of actual meat. I do love tofu though and your calzone recipe sounds delicious. I didn’t eat cheese for the first 24 years of my life and I am still kind of te…

I love love love vegetarian sushi. Any tempura veggie with some avocado slapped on it, rolled up in rice? Sign me up. Honestly, I’m not into meat substitutes because aside from loving animals, I just don’t like meat. Anything that’s been constructed to mimic meat is likely to really gross me out. I’m more than happy to have the conversation. People tend to be up arms way too quickly - esp online. They are all adorable. Someone on some other Reddit thread was just talking about cute chickens softly clucking when they are picked up. The way it was described was very endearing. Nearly all animals (even fish!) seem to enjoy and reciprocate affection which really speaks volumes.

Thinking back now, I’ve only met one over the top vegan IRL and I halfway suspect that she hadn’t even been vegan for very long and was just generally over the top. Who knows. The best one hands down is that crazy old lady on TicTok. I personally have no issues with veganism. It’s a very healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle. ( I sometimes have pangs of conscience about eating fish but they do go and make themselves so delicious 😒)

That’s true enough for the vegans that I know IRL. I’m loosely connected to a handful of vegans on social media though that definitely feed into the stereotype. To be honest though, it’s very odd anytime a person views their lifestyle as the most defining component of their personality.

What you are saying is absolutely correct. The Roman Catholic Church went on a legitimate crusade to stigmatize powerful women in the middle ages. We are still attempting to recover from that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 08:03 PM

Right? This woman is in complete denial. I’m willing to bet he’s been banging his ex the entire time they’ve been together. No one becomes as quickly defensive as she did if they don’t at least subconsciously know somethings up.

Exactly.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 07:45 PM

Girl, the car she’s driving does not even have wheels. She is struggling to push that jalopy off the cinderblocks it’s sitting on 😂
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 06:51 PM
42

She also claims that she reviewed two years worth of their messages and that nothing had been deleted. First of all, why the fuck has your boyfriend been in constant contact with his ex for two motherfucking years? Secondly, how exactly do you know that nothing was deleted? There’s no way to know that. I’m assuming that she’s just taking his word for it. She’s willfully ignorant and there’s nothing worse than that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 06:50 PM
16

I’d have to say that the current girlfriend is a way bigger pick me though. The X is lame for clearly still desiring to fuck around with this pathetic half squished grub of a man But the current girlfriend is mega-pickme for defending his lame ass after he clearly cheated on her and then portrayed himself as a victim.

I would honestly feel much better knowing that OP is a 14-year-old girl and she just found her ken doll in the same shoebox as her Barbie doll. That would be much less disturbing than acknowledging that this post was written by a full-fledged adult woman.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 06:39 PM

I suspect that this particular brand of fool is hoping to hear that she’s the angel in the situation and that she’s somehow a better person for giving her “boyfriend” a chance to “heal”. Or some such nonsense.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 06:37 PM
13

That’s the part that’s difficult for me. Getting them to understand they don’t have to give anything up. If a woman can focus on herself and her own stability first and foremost, she can have a snuggle or go on a date or whatever as she pleases - as she pleases. There are hordes of men everywhere desperate for female attention. It’s not like you have to go shack up with them and keep them. If one proves to be exceptional, great. But women shouldn’t feel pressure to need that in order to be happy…

I don’t really have opinions on poly folks but someone lumped them in recently with stereotypical vegans and CrossFitters. Basically people who can’t refrain from telling every single person they meet all about their lifestyle LOL (That is not in reference to the comment above mine - just about stereotypical self-proclaimed polyamory)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 06:14 PM

I’d like women to realize that they don’t need a serious relationship with a man to feel fulfilled as a human being. Typically, what they need to travel outside of their communities and comfort zones and to seek fulfillment from simply living.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 06:06 PM
34

I honestly think she’s somehow viewing herself as a savior and the two of them as allies against the wicked ex girlfriend. She claims that he’s been so downtrodden and abused by his ex that “he’ll just agree to anything because he’s afraid of his ex”. Bia, why would he voluntarily go to spend the night at her house then?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 05:53 PM

She claims she went through two years of their messages via text and Facebook and that “nothing was deleted“. How exactly, pray tell, are you determining that ma’am?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 05:51 PM
26

It gets worse. Now she’s attacking nearly everyone who comments, in desperate defense of her “relationship”. I know I shouldn’t be watching this shit show unfold because it is truly pitiable but I just can’t stop.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/02/21 05:47 PM

I don’t get it. How is it that we’ve come to a place where we’ve been conditioned to value dignity and self worth less than frivolous companionship with substandard human beings?

Oh my gosh, I commented that the text that she read sounded staged and she got super defensive and upset. I truly cannot wrap my head around people who behave this way. It is so so very sad.

It really puts the nail in the coffin for me is the fact that she’s convinced by a text message that he voluntarily shared with her. Like that’s not staged.

Perhaps I will later but I already know the answer. My fiancé (was speaking hypothetically in line with the story, as we do not have a child yet) works in finance and has a similarly strenuous schedule in regards to having to watch the markets all day and being required to travel often. Have you ever noticed how any post or story involving a woman leaving her partner and ending up with someone with more money is THE BIGGEST TRIGGER to 80% of Reddit?
