My bad, I thought you were one of those who thought they do not exist at all.

Yes lol it's not the best analogy but it still sorta works, you get the idea from it at least. But what you just said is something I can agree on. I believe that there's a chance a lot of the disorders might look incredibly different within 100 years. Some of the things we believe in now might be completely off the mark. Same reason I hate saying I'm ADD even though I really do fit the bill.

That would be because millions of children don't actually have ADHD, but something being overdiagnosed doesn't mean it's not real. There's a huge overdiagnoses problem in general in that industry prob to make money. But to believe it isn't real because a lot of people are just opportunist idiots seems ignorant. "offended"? maybe. It was 2am at night, tired and I saw those comments then posted on a tired anger. But look, your parents or grand parents could say the same about shit that suddenly po…

You come across like an asshole who is confident in things that he has no ability to back up. I've gone to TRP too, which your views are similar from what I see from some of the people there unless I'm mistaking where you're getting this opinion from anyway. Either way they all don't deny ADHD exists completely and rather that first world living like being on a computer/phone all day can create a pseudo-adhd by itself and our view of the amount of people who actually have the disorder is corrupt…

This is a good post that summarizes some of my own feelings about this as well. Too often does it seem like Red Pill is doing what feminism is doing. Which is just taking certain situations and making the man/woman seem as bad as possible. The threads in Red Pill where there's some bad situation between a man and a woman TRP just assumes that they know what the woman was thinking/doing (it's always something bad) reminds me exactly of what feminists do. Sometimes they're completely right but oth…

It's shitty they do that because they only reinforce what Red Pill believes and both sides stop thinking about what could actually be truth

What's worse is it seems like neither side seems to notice it's own contradictions in their philosophies

It's posts like this that make people look past any of your points even if they are right. Society doesn't need an overhaul. We need to hold all HUMANS accountable for their actions. As soon as you make this a gender thing is when the us vs them shit sets in

Haha lifting weights is very effective I agree but not even that is a end all solution to a mental disorder.

This is what my meditation book said about it. "Don't try to change things, just try to let things unfold" It helps me a lot even with these problems. Try Wherever you go, There you are, If you get the chance.

This is very good advice. I'm going to use this distinction a lot, thank you. I personally disagree with the Red Pill view of medications because most people use them to band aid a problem. But I do not. I'm getting all the help I can get so I can eventually function perfectly on my own which is what the medication is intended for. Medication actually helps people willing to make the effort to change.

You're a very angry man. I'm not a blue piller. You obviously didn't read most of the post. Stop acting like you're above everyone else like a child. This is for discussion.

To blame women for everything to blaming men to blaming women again. Never ending blaming without any actual resolving.

I agree and yes it conveys a different point of view but at the same time it does not. It still gets my point across. I didn't mean to make it seem so one sided.

Look man I am angry at myself for feeling so behind everyone. I didn't really grow up with any advantages I'm behind on way more than just women due to my upbringing. But Red Pill has helped me progress so much. One of the tenants about Red Pill is accepting yourself as now and then improving. You got to let it go man. Everything you've said in this thread is really black and white. The abundance mentality isn't bullshit.

I'm not driven nuts by most of my friends either. Like I ended that saying: you don't need to be driven nuts. (which by the way you're taking my form of speech quite literally) But it's the cases where someone's personality makes you put up with some bullshit you still love them and vice versa back. NOT that you allow abuse. That's completely separate. There were friends I cared for that treated me like shit before I found TRP. But then I started changing and putting up boundaries. Some friends …

Personally I feel good when I'm on point and wearing nice clothes while also getting compliments. I wouldn't be surprised if that was addicting. More women than men grow into it and may become addicted to the validation. Just throwing out theories here.

If you thought that was what I meant by love then you're reading into it wrong. I believe that love I described is a kind of love you can have for anyone. TRUE love that despite what they do to make you crazy you would rather have them in your life then not. This can go for girlfriends, or just friends. Even parents. My mother drives me crazy sometimes or angry. But fucking love her and I couldn't live without her. She doesn't make me miserable obviously she makes my life better but she drives m…

I believe you should read into Red Pill more. It's nice to have someone who agrees with my view but at the same time that person not having a good understanding of both sides can produce bias. I was once blue pill and while I am not fully red pill until I develop my beliefs through more experience; I believe in a lot of what they teach. This way I can look at both sides objectively. I'd suggest it if you get the chance. Edit:Not sure why this was voted down. Isn't the purple pill about challengi…

Do women love to perform? I wonder this. Doesn't seem most men like to unless they become addicted to the game. I question this because of the movement from groups like SJWs that promote not taking care of yourself but expecting to still be loved as a woman.

I should reiterate for you. I never meant women are all seducers like Cleopatra. I meant to say that once it became popular that at least part of it started to show in every woman naturally as it was used many years down the line it just became what it was to be a woman. Just like how we USED to teach men how to be men and that was okay. It didn't mean they were all top seducers but they understood better than men today who are taught completely wrong. This is what I meant I should have made thi…

From "Art of Seduction" by Robert Greene "These women—among them Bathsheba, from the Old Testament; Helen of Troy; the Chinese siren Hsi Shi; and the greatest of them all, Cleopatra—invented seduction. First they would draw a man in with an al- luring appearance, designing their makeup and adornment to fashion the image of a goddess come to life. By showing only glimpses of flesh, they would tease a man's imagination, stimulating the desire not just for sex but for something greater: the chance …

And he was because of his upstanding unique personality. He's the reason he is a celebrity after all. Plus like I said up there that doesn't mean shit when attractive male celebrities time and time again have been fucked over.

Then this is where I'm not completely red pill because I don't agree with that. TRP's philosophy to me has it's amount of contridictions and bias that I believe is dangerous if followed blindly. And that the men run the play and the women are actors analogy also fits in with the captain of the ship analogy. The captain of the ship doesn't do everything for his crew if he did then he's not a captain. Also despite my disagreements I believe a lot of what we say in TRP is truth and has helped my li…

Do you believe Patrice O Neal had a woman who had low standards? It's all in his behavior man. Sure it makes it harder but it doesn't mean her standards are low. It means that man just gets it. Patrice is fucking amazing. Patrice is one of my favorite examples for this. Make up for your looks by building your personality. Looks do mean a fair amount but at the same time they shouldn't to YOU because if you're smart then you find ways to make up for your weaknesses with your strengths.

Same is for attractive beta dudes after awhile. How many famous attractive dudes has TRP talked about being ruined by a woman? Quite a few. Attractive has nothing to do with it, look at Patrice O Neal and tell me it does. Beta is EVERYTHING and being unattractive is just frosting on the cake.

I don't believe that's true that women play a passive role. I believe we think that because to us this is how women always are. You're forgetting about one of the most preached things on TRP. Women are BORN into this performance IT IS how they are because of it. Most men these days ARE NOT but COULD have been. They put on make up, act in certain ways to drive us crazy, manipulate and try to control in their own way just as we do. We're used to this because they're born into it and there are very…

I think we a lot of the time on TRP we tend forget where we come from. Saying "make yourself unattached" is much easier said than done. Especially if you're actually in love and not lust. Like you enjoy their company+personality AND the sex. Like at that it's at that point it's incredibly hard to un-attach yourself from a person. What we don't talk about at TRP is how these things are much harder said than done. Sometimes TRP is too black and white or acts like every situation can be handled in …

This post is what spoke to me and made me finally realize what's wrong with me. It made me realize the connections of why my friends act the way they do and why some seem happier and get more girls while others are hopeless. It's daunting to finally understand everything. It's angering. I'm angry at my father and everything. Angry at all the things I've noticed since I've started reading and realizing things. And un-reasonably angry and hard on myself.

I've been going through some anger recently. I understand not to confide in friends more than you wearing out your welcome which I used to be bad about but I've started changing recently. However does: "And pitiful is the he who places his pain, his anger and his outrage on another man who is not responsible. This is treason against the only creed to unite us all on here; that of manhood. The very lowest form a man can take." Mean don't confide in friends or does it mean don't be angry at the me…

After being told it all your life it becomes internalized and it's really hard to get out. It's not like I want to believe it. Sometimes I manage to keep it out and I feel really happy but it always manages to be something I struggle keeping out.

It's harder to eat well with this shitty community college food but I should do my best. As for sleeping and everything else then yeah those are something I can def make better. I agree with baby steps they make a large different in the long run I'm so much better than I was in my first year here but it's so hard to not fall into these shitty ditches.

Did I not make that come through well? Yeah that's basically what happened. I know that's actually what happened but my irritation with it made me say "pretend" in that comment. The fact she thinks I would do this over a fucking maybe makes me feel even worse. It's also good to include that she's known for making herself believe untrue things in arguments within our group before but I just never thought she would do it like this. Thing is she never really flirted all that much with me but I just decided fuck it might as well give asking a try anyway and she at the time said yes. What happened after well I wrote it out. You're right but I don't think it's a good idea to move on to girls again just yet. I feel like I need to get my shit together first and work on myself. Between homework, working out, socializing and controlling my emotions. Edit: Why was this voted down? Isn't self improvement and love the biggest point of TRP?

Ill keep this in mind for future friendships. It may just be best to not get intimate with friends in general. Edit: I guess I thought our friendship would mean enough to her to make time anyway. I guess I was wrong to put so much trust and care into people so easily thinking they would surely do the same thing I would if the roles were reversed.
