Gotta disagree somewhat. We typically get ahead in this world by being very useful and skilled in one small area; be it trades, or medicine, or auto mechanics, or sales. Despite that, what makes us interesting and appealing is when we invest in ourselves by working on all the other stuff that improves us; reading and education, lifting and exercise, recreational pursuits, etc. Those things give us a sense of purpose in the world, confidence, and maybe even the DILIGAF attitude. It doesn't get mu…

Word; there was a chef I dated there once. I didn't recognize the red flag of "foodie girl" while I was dating her though.

Breakfast with the Dirt Cult - Samuel Finlay. It's semi-autobiographical (at least I suspect so), but red pill and some blue bill beta examples of oneitis.

As the Chateau pointed, out. Never has there been a finer time to point out. "Who. Bitch. Is this?"

My son just turned 8. I have 8 years of these logs.

As to Red Pope and Generic_name: I have an 8 year old son and am divorced. My ex had zero interests outside of her job. But with that, she had no interests in really being a mother. I actually come down on the stance that motherhood and managing the work of the household is a primary responsibility of the woman, and other interests should properly support that role.

Recognizing this behavior in myself, I've taken a new approach after an overnight with a chick. Plan something to do the next day and let nothing come between you and that plan. Make it something that you have to devote your complete attention to. For me that is typically one of the following: A lengthy and intense workout, (choose a morning workout and be there, ready to go and on time. Pack your gear the night before.) A motorcycle ride. Again, ready your gear the night before. A large project…

This. I have set hours to meet women. When I'm there, I'm 100% in the moment. I have set hours to be with my kid. But I'm 100% there with him, my time or not.

Fight Club applies here: "Man, I see in Fight Club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see it squandered. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables – slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our great war is a spiritual war. Our great depres…

I've read elsewhere that a medical expense fund has been set up for her. That's all fine and good, but if that's not a classic example of "alpha fux, beta bux"...

I teach group exercise classes part time; and I think this is completely true. I've got a roughly 70/30 mix; female to male in most of my classes, and for both men and women, it's a pretty broad spectrum of bodies; young and old; thin, normal, and fatties. And once and a while you get a woman that has really busted her ass, and most of the other girls hate her. She might have had kids, and she might not have had kids, and the latter are the ones that are hated even more. But here is reality abou…

I find it hilarious that when you go to the article, the headline at the top of the browser terms this "slut shaming." More like, "paid whore shaming."

I recognize that RP is a broad subject; but I think at it's core it has to do with how you present yourself the world related to women, your health and fitness, personal goals, work life, etc. And I think RP places a lot of emphasis on how men interact with women. It would be about as beta as you can get to kill yourself over one specific girl; that's like a terminal case of oneitis. It would be just as beta to kill yourself over the entire group of women.

According to my Grandfather, in days of yore, women could also pick up a sandwich, a cold beer, and keep a home running. And apparently, my grandmother took pride in these tasks.

I will give a small amount of credit to the first girl that started recording video. The second one though, was just copying the first and reinforces the idea that women are not individually imaginative and are largely content to copy others in order to fit in.

As a lawyer, I don't believe this story. Even if it isn't your practice area, you shouldn't have a hard time finding another lawyer with family law experience to help you out when you find out you have a kid with a stripper.

As a counter point, I'm raising my son to understand controlled aggression. Not predatory aggression, other than when we will go hunting, but controlled aggression. He's a boy and he has that energy. Taking it fr him denies him his basic nature.

I think the answer lies in the age of the child. But the others hit on hit here; example, mentorship, and narrative story. I've got a seven year old boy from the divorce. He lives with me most of the time. When I say that he watches me, that's kind of an understatement. He emulates me and then tries to do what I am doing. Shoveling snow (no joke), lifting weights, reading a book (he'll go get one of his own), checking out produce at the grocery store, he's into that. He wants to know what I'm do…

Make a list of what you have to do every day, and what you want to do. Get through the list of stuff you have to do every day (work, sleep, etc), and then get to the list of what you want to do (travel, lift weights, a marathon, a business, martial arts, music etc). Make that list and that plan your mission every day. The practice will become habit. Once it becomes habit, it can become ingrained. Don't expect massive overnight insights. Don't worry for the occasional lapse, or even taking a week…

Gonna make the assumption that both parents are alive and well on the earth. There are two possibilities: 1. There was something going on with your father that you didn't know about. 2. Your mother was a bitch. If you believe that #2 is correct, start spending a lot of time with dad. Talk to him, do things with him. Talk about the things that you do with him to your mother and/or siblings. This will drive her hamster mad. At some point she'll start talking and she won't be able to contain hersel…

Save your money. Most smart phones have a voice recorder built in. That said, as a lawyer, and without giving any of you specific legal advice, recording a conversation may or may not be legal, and even if legal, it may not be admissible evidence. I prefer email when I have to do it. Or, just take photos of your texts and retain those.

When my ex and I divorced, she left and I ended up with the kid. I was no longer concerned with being alpha to my ex. I was concerned with being alpha to my son. 5 years out, she is more or less a non-consideration. I see her at school functions and we have to coordinate for holiday placement and the like, but our lives are separate. To the extent that she needs to know about a decision I made to our son, I tell her, but I make it a statement and not a request. I have only had to throw down in c…

If you tell a child "no", immediately engage plan B. Head to a different restaurant, change the channel, tell them to go play with toys in their room. Never negotiate with terrorists. This method also works astoundingly well with women. The only difference is that women will need to hear "No" a few more times.

Find and read The Book of Pook. It covers both PUA and MGTOW and about everything else you need to get your eyes open and thinking. Follow that up with The Way of Men, Bang, a lot of Dannyfrom504 blog, Return of Kings, and The Game. And while you are expanding your mind, get to the gym (or keep on that routine) and make a point to get out of the house once or twice a week and into a social situation where you will talk to people with different philosophies. Have fun. Live.

He failed to maintain state control. Amused mastery over any win is a win for him. Jail? Not so much Check your logic and troll elsewhere.

That guy is an sociopathic idiot and a pussy that violated a cardinal sin; maintain state control. I've unplugged, but you don't taser women as part of a bet It's mildly amusing to watch YouTube video of the original Don't Tase Me Bro guy, or the guys on Jackass doing it, but you don't do that to your wife unless she's actively trying to kill you. Amused mastery would have gotten him way farther in life. Congratulations dude; you've joined the Steve Bartmann Hall of Shame.

My now ex-wife said that same stupid shit about 3 months before we were to get married. "I'm going to hyphenate my last name." I think she was feeling brave because her mother was standing in the kitchen with her. What is notable about that is the the former mother in law did not hyphenate her last name, she took her husband's surname. I looked the bride to be straight in the eye and said, "Girl, if you want to hyphenate, that's cool with me. It just won't involve MY last name." My mother in law…

Nuke the hamster. Take a good hard look at your girl and assign her a number. Then subtract 2-3 points from it. Then drop the mother of all bombs. "If he's a 10, he probably goes days at a time without running into a 6 like you."
