Take up more space. Do not put your hands in your pockets when you speak to people. Do not sway and do not fidget like a child. Look people in their eyes, always. Posture is more than just how you stand it is how you project your willingness to own the ground that you stand on.

I have had businesses partners much older than me and many employees decades older than me come to me for advice and direction. I am always the man with the plan.

I was going to ask if you were on test, and then I read your name. Good for you. Pump and dump my friend.

Great post. When in social situations with other men, it is imperative that you hold frame, women forget little mistakes, in their eyes you can constantly reinvent yourself, and like in sales objections are easily overcome with the right words. When I see a man for what he is and then he later presents himself as something entirely different, I see the fraud, I smell the fraud, I know he is a fraud. A man must have a code that he lives and breathes.

I eat a carb here and there. I get mine from vegetables.

I drink a gallon jug a day. Sometimes I finish early in the day and forget to drink for the rest of the day. How’s your recovery coming, we’re you left with permanent injuries?

StrongLifts is for building strength and putting on weight. I’m not saying you can’t cut on it, but it’s probably not the most efficient use of your time. On the other hand if you are weak you need a couple months of StrongLifts to get you pointed in the right direction.

You have to clean your diet up. You can’t choose where to lose fat on your body, it goes all at once. Those last two abs at the bottom are nothing but diet.

It’s hard to look in the mirror sometimes when you’re bulking. I am only clean bulking, nowadays,I will never eat a bad diet again.

Solid advice. I get my carbs from vegetables, pulses, and beans. I eat some fruit here and there but I can live without it for the most part. I love some bananas though (not the kind found in hammocks).

HIIT is amazing. Sprint hills. Lift heavy weights with compound movements Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench press. Add assistance exercises if you want. Stronglifts 5x5, Starting Strength, Ice cream fitness all work great for beginners. Eat a surplus of 300-500 calories from your TDEE to gain weight. Eat clean. If you are not gaining you are not eating! Add healthy fats, coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil. You can add them to your shakes.

You should warm up. I would suggest seeking professional guidance. I am not a Doctor. I will say this, the problem with cardio before weights is you deplete glycogen, which is essential for lifting weights with any real intensity and volume.
/r/TheRedPill18/07/18 04:43 PM

If you’re doing cardio first I think you need to readjust. For me the weights take priority over everything. I do running and rowing but my maximal effort is given to lifting heavier and heavier weights. Cardio before weights is widely frowned upon.

I highly suggest investing in a power rack. Removes a lot of the time demand. I know the feeling with the women. Long time ago my ex use to harass me for going to the gym because it took time away from other things. I started going at five in the morning, she said something again and I asked her what the fuck are WE doing at five in the morning. That chick was a parasite anyway.

6 months of StrongLifts without fucking around will have you stronger than you can imagine. You will gain fat, and you do have to eat. Cutting with StrongLifts is counterintuitive.

HIIT can be done very quickly. When I was working on drill rigs we still hit the weights. Even when we were working 13.5 hr shifts 20 days in a row.

Depends on your activity level. Use a TDEE calculator and try to be precise. Adjust calories from there if you are not gaining.

For the squat, I started with Stronglifts 5x5 and learned all of my form from Medhi's website. I continued on to read and watch all of the form videos that Mark Rippetoe has done that are on Youtube, I believe with the guy from The Art of Manliness. I continued on to watch Layne Norton's videos much later. Laynes videos were extremely helpful to me as I began squatting over 300lbs, which is where I was plateauing, often because of knee pain. Haha, I caught that after a minute. The thread made it look like you were talking to me at first. Sugar is a slippery slope, especially in America. Eating keto is complicated as shit, there is added sugar in EVERYTHING.

I never talk about nothing. Meeting people and having pleasant conversations everywhere you go will make you a much happier person overall and it will also increase your opportunities to network, socially, and professionally. Sharpening your interpersonal skills is never bad. If you are talking about nothing, people normally will not listen.

My post did involve nutrition but it was written for those starting out. I made no mention of gut flora, the microbiome, or the benefits of beneficial bacteria and how to inoculate your microbiome with fermented vegetables and fish to enhance nutrient absorption and promote healthier cells. There is a lot missing. It is intended to point beginners in the right direction. Thanks for your input, data or information is always better than just calling people retards.

Dr. Andy Galpin agrees with you. I do as well, my whole point is that when you have somebody who cannot figure out why they are overweight when they do not "eat that much". You should know there is normally one culprit, especially in America. Thus, "those starting out" in my opinion should lean heavily towards removing all sugars from their diet, as well as processed foods, until they have learned what sugars should be included in their diets and in what form they should ingest them. I advocated…

You missed the part, "A Simple Path To Success For Those Starting Out" How many people do you think really understand how to eat correctly in America let alone who are coming to this sub for advice on how to better their lives. The research is a process. Its easier to use simply laid out plans for beginners to give them a start in the right direction.

It's easy to say just eat a perfectly balanced diet. Read the title again. People are lead much better when you can lay out a plan for them. There is nothing wrong with Keto if done correctly, and yeah sugar is bad for you especially HFCS, what the fuck are you talking about. https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/eating-too-much-added-sugar-increases-the-risk-of-dying-with-heart-disease-201402067021

It's not frowned upon. Men are jealous of those better than them. This is a good sign your trajectory is going up. Eat well, lift, dress well, and fuck the haters. Your not a fag when you are plowing their GF.

Lift, and then lift some more. Invest in your self to create value. Until others can benefit from the value you provide you will be in this predicament. Lift, study, eat well, and socialize with people so as to not become or stay an introvert. Did I say Lift some fucking weights. SL 5x5 and eat a lot of healthy food.

Your superiors hold the keys. Impress them and elevate them and they will in turn elevate you. It is common for superiors to take credit for their subordinates accomplishments. Do not be offended, build value for them and they will in turn bring you up the ladder with them. Some superiors will be weak and you will need to surpass them or step over them, be careful, make sure you have the leverage to do this, do not assume or overestimate your clout in the company.

You want to be fun to be around, that is a given. Do not make people think you are a child, or imbecile. I joke all the time, whilst maintaining my frame. Be careful though. I ran a warehouse when I was younger and I threw a big ball of shrink wrap next to this woman to mess with her, I broke her glasses and bloodied her nose on accident. It was a very bad situation as it looked like I just threw a big ball of shrink wrap in a woman's face intentionally.

Absolutely correct. If you are not gaining weight, you are not eating enough. "I eat like a horse" No, you don't. You weigh 135lbs. If you want to gain you have to eat, a lot. Look at GOMAD with Starting Strength, or milk and squats. I personally think it is disgusting and terrible for your health, but it works quickly to put on slabs of meat.

You need a career or source of income should you need to leave. Do everything right and you still might have issues that require you to be employed and have a nest egg of cash. I stayed home with my two youngest sons for almost 3 years in total. I had stacked a ton of cash that allowed be to do that though. I think you really have to get back to your roots. If you come from an impoverished gang ridden neighborhood you know exactly what I mean. Let them nuts hangs, and take control of your life.

I am solely dependent on myself, except where my children are considered. A woman holds great power once you have children with her, especially if you find it important to be a good father. If marriage is handcuffs. Children are the ball and chain. (It takes 18 years to find the keys to the lock on the chain.) The handcuffs you can take off whenever you want.

I worked at a lot where you had to build your own network and get your own "ups". No rotation, every man for himself. It is all in your mind. People will say no, even though they mean yes. Why do you go to a place that sells something? Because "your just looking"?

I am not naive to the point that women can cheat without you knowing. I protect my assets is the best I can explain it without going into it deeper than I care to. She cleans my house, blows me all the time, takes care of my children, and does what I tell her to do, and enjoys doing the same things I enjoy doing. Getting married, I would absolutely take back as it creates a barrier to my exit should issues with my wife arise. Do I think that I will ever divorce my wife, no. Still, should I see any signs of infidelity I would drop her like a bad habit and being married would make that a lot more complicated than it would be otherwise. I would choose to be in a LTR with my wife without the "handcuffs". She is an amazing mother, a great partner, and adds a lot of value to my life. She understands very clear…

I have read about it a lot. When I really got interested in the subject was when I met a guy that looked 50 who was 70+ partying and traveling the world banging all sorts of hookers and strange. I compared him to my wives grandfather of similar age who was wrecked by aging even though he eats healthy and is quite active. I often suggest "looking into it with a doctor" to men who I like who clearly could benefit from it. Could you give us some examples. Good and bad. Thanks.

You should really talk to a doctor. A couple major things is if you have heart issues such as heart disease, or previous heart attacks, or issues with your prostate. Talk to a doctor that specializes in TRT in conjunction with your primary care physician to get tested and develop a plan. Good luck.

Eating healthy is essential to life. So is exercise. TRT is essential as your levels decline in your older years. This is my opinion. I am not on TRT, but there is no way I am not doing it when lifting and diet no longer work. An example, I know a guy who exercises all the time in his 70's, cycles 100's of miles a month, does resistance training and he looks disgusting when he takes his shirt of, literally makes me sick. I have many of these same beliefs and try to do good often. Sexual strategy is important for the happiness of men and their future success. The anger phase is a bitch, but should you get through it, the enlightenment on the other side is priceless. Its not always negative, it sometimes, just is and you have to know how to deal with it accordingly. You are right about spending to much time reading theory when you could be educating yourself in the multitude of disciplines in life.

“So many women, so little time.” Gramps Project value and confidence. Man the fuck up and act like the stoic gift to women that you are. Confidence my man confidence. Built interest by projecting value. When you plant the seed in a woman’s mind that she is of value to you and that her worth is more than yours is the first step down a slippery slope that ends with you losing exponentially every step down the mountain you take. You are the prize not her. Act accordingly.

Act as you normally would. If the friend is hot game her as well, be low key about it though. Ask her a lot of questions about herself and project your value. Win the friend, win the day. If you show interest in the friend the “date” will naturally compete for your attention and validation.

Nothing ever came of the abuse, no one ever saw any penalty whatsoever. The guy that molested my sisters died alone, he shot himself in the face after he became extremely depressed in his later years. My mom has changed completely in the way that I interact with her. I treat her like a child. She is the same person she has always been. She knows if she shows bad behaviors I will never let her see my children though, so she does what she is told.

Thanks. Once you build value in your life and you understand that you are the prize it comes naturally and if you are not a cunt you can rationalize that only should people want to be around you but also that you get to choose who you allow into your life. If I cannot have the relationship that I want, then I want no relationship.

The rabbit was of no significance. What has resonated with me for years was how little people cared about me. This hurt for a lot of years, probably until I had children, and I knew what real love was. I am a lot smarter than my friends. But what really kept me away from being the same is them is I have always looked down on dope fiends and people with weaknesses and people that are not addressing and trying to remedy their weaknesses. There has always been an intrinsic motivation in me to be be…

First off, displaying emotions in public and in front of women is a big problem(unless its laughter and happiness). Build, build, build, if you do not have a hormonal imbalance than I would assume you have a shitty life. No offense meant, but if you are mad, and emotional all of the time then I would be willing to bet that you have a lot of stuff going wrong or that you have had it to easy in life and when you were emotional and threw tantrums as a child no one kicked your ass. Get them to talk about themselves, do not talk about you until you are at a point where you are building value in their minds. You have something in common, school. If nothing comes to mind ask about an assignment or what classes they are in, or often they are on a laptop, "what are you working on?". Any response can be turned into a conversation.
