I think the ‘unspoken social hierarchy’ affects individuals differently, but it applies to a group as a whole. I agree with what you’re saying that women are women, that’s why guys should max out instead of complain or have limiting beliefs. lol I am still learning and practicing, but those are the steps no matter what. Some guys get it easier with good looks, others earn it through practice. Maybe just keep it simple, go up to 20 girls and say ‘you look great, I am xyz here for xyz, want to grab a drink later?’. Out of the 20 if 1-2 agree then they’re DTF, just follow the process above.

If it works for you then great and enjoy. But keep in mind the type of girls you’ll attract will likely use you in some way, and understand what type of relationship it’ll be. Also I assume this is with girls from teens to early 20s, after people enter the workforce, women will tend to value personality and that where the seduction skills come in.
