yes of course, its pretty obvious isn't dont take it personally, there is no such thing as bitches, it's always your fault, you didn't make her confortable, you didnt demostrate enough interest, not enough skill, move on , learn from the interaction, and know that no situation is impossible.

Correct - It usually means no interest or low interest. Best to just leave her alone. This is the standard response for cold approach. It's a numbers game. You might get 20 women respond with coldness for every 1 woman that responds with warmth. Unless you pick your targets better and you have done some work on yourself to be very attractive, or perhaps you're genetically blessed - then you might have a much higher hit rate.
