Tell other folks to fuck off and find ways to provide value. The top thing women look for is... Well, uh, there's not a single thing. It is half the reason redpill is bullshit. Don't try to be "alpha" and don't just care about looks. What ATTRACTS you to a partner? If you only care about appearance, you need to remember youre offering very little to a new partner. If you're offering friendship, compassion, shared interests, affection, and humble honesty you'll be blown away how successful you ar…

To be clear, your obsessive thoughts and kind of scary language suggests to me you might need much more than just introspection... but my advice is still to get some help if you can, and work on not obsessing and thinking about this or anyone else, because obsessing and repetitive thoughts get cyclical and make it hard to understand reality. Please, please don't hurt anyone. And please find whatever help you can.

My best guess is this: you're in a position where you're experiencing a lot of strong, negative emotions, and you are basically only able to process that as anger. Shame, embarrassment, resentment, self doubt, maybe even some true anger.... and often that comes to rage and hate because you're struggling to process and understand there underlying issues you're feeling/ dealing with. My honest advice is to get professional help, obviously, because they're the ones who can truly make your emotions …

Ok, simple thing to consider: Women are people. You, I have to assume, are also a person. Is your desire for a partner entirely dependent on their social status, and financial well-being? Well, I sure hope not, and neither is a WOMAN'S desire. How can I tell that women share the same desire for a partner is based on mutual compatibility, attraction, emotional intimacy, shared interests, and the like? Well....It's almost hard to just list a FEW ways. For example, how do I fight those thoughts and…

The key here is you're looking, actively, for help. Well, that's great. But let's start off with just a few facts: You are incorrect, number one. Let's talk averages, instead of specific individuals, so we can look at broad trends. On average, women seek sex less often, and less intensely, than men (especially in the younger age groups until you hit the mid-20s, early 30s range). Sure. But they SEEK sex. So let's just assume, from day 1, that we aren't here to tear you down, convince you you're …

Uh... this in no way supports that weird pair bonding argument. It's just straight up correlations. Earlier experience having sex is also associated with: Lower income growing up, less stable environment growing up, lower education, lower level of parental involvement, higher risk tolerance, increased likelihood of history of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, lower access to healthcare, etc. OF COURSE kids who grow up in correspondingly problematic households and in social groups where they…

You're worried about hypothetical cheating in a relationship you don't have. That's just like being worried about the dangers of black ice when driving before you even learn to drive, man. Also, cheating tends to be associated with some specific behaviors and issues.... avoiding them is useful in preventing cheating. Including, fun fact here, telling your partner that cheating is an absolute hard line for you, which (depending on what source you can find) tends to drop the rate of infidelity by …
