Intriguing that you mentioned Albert Einstein because INTPs aren't too dissimilar from INFPs haha. I think he's considered a 5w4 and not a 5w6, though... I find that interesting, to say the least.

I get what you're saying. While I prefer to lean on my own impressions and contemplations to a reasonable degree... since I use this space that way, too... I can understand why someone might rely on the discernment of others to validate or deepen their own. I've seen how easily someone can be relentlessly vilified or antagonized by members of their own in-group. It turns the discourse destructive instead of constructive... especially when presence or difference is perceived as a threat rather th…

So aggravation was your only reason for doing it? Fair enough. The framing wasn’t clear from the outside, but your intent comes through now. Honestly, we can’t really say for sure who’s behind the downvotes either way.

That’s a fascinating data point. For someone so guarded about identity, choosing to trust someone here with something that personal definitely says a lot... about the environment, or perhaps about the individual you trusted. It does make one benevolently ponder.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/25 12:08 PM

The simple truth is this: it’s much easier to use congregations of disillusioned men to reaffirm your suspicions and justify gathering "evidence" against men you have feelings for... than it is to seek understanding through trust, discernment, and presence. The latter path won’t always make you feel "right." But that’s because love... real love... isn’t about proving you're right. It’s about choosing to see and be seen... despite the risk. To me, love is risk at its core. And I’d rather walk tha…

I thought I missed something and checked your username. The truth is, you thought you missed something... so you did check. That’s fine. We all seek clarity. But the second I realize I've been lied to, I'll happily pretend to be taking a photo for "memories"... So the moment you suspect deception, your response is to create a deception of your own? A covert move framed as sentimentality, but really meant to gather ammunition... just in case? Because when I end things, I will have evidence... You…

I’m rarely if ever in the daily thread, stick to one or two topics. Yeah, I see the topics you frequently engage in. And some of my posts are from a coworker who is fascinated but he won’t make a profile. Ah, so you share your profile with someone else?

I do see the "Top 1% Commenter" badge, but I don't see any custom flair. Maybe using the old version of Reddit on a browser has a part to play, but I can't say for sure really.

Yeah... that's odd, to say the least. It's a possibility, but I hope that's not the case. In my opinion, you don't deserve hateful treatment... nobody does.

Read a lot of things on this sub over the years on, but Exhibit A is something... else.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 12:33 AM

Ah, it's fake. Would have been more interesting if it were real. Oh, well.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 09:00 AM

While not provable, if women tend to upvote each other more, then that could mean women circlejerk more. Well, that challenges the prevailing narrative. But even then, I have seen enough users on this sub over the years with a blue pill flair to have abhorrent views or generalisations towards the opposite sex or gender.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 05:58 PM

You have? Well, we'll see how it looks over the coming months.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 05:35 PM

Perhaps... we are nearing the end of the month, so it couldn't have been too recent. Either way, we'll see over the coming months.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 05:32 PM

Yes, that's true, and I will continue to monitor the numbers quietly over the coming months. While 1 month does not disprove the prevailing narrative, what it does do is invite my question to begin to be explored.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 03:23 PM

Welp, there will be more on the horizon.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 11:38 AM

If most people have had it by now, then there may be more general alignment on this sub than many may believe.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/25 11:36 AM

After some quiet lurker observations and rough head counting throughout this month, I'm not too sure what this means but I've noticed there are far more Top 1% Commenter female users here than there are Top 1% Commenter male users. I can't remember the stats from the last survey, but if the prevailing narrative is that this sub's sweeping majority userbase comprises of bitter/angry incels or men who struggle romantically/sexually with women or men who hate women and the like, who are the people …

/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:27 AM

Yes, I know all this haha. The deliberate inflammatory posts, the incessant, consistent ratio use of "male"/ "woman" and the evident lack of direct engagement with challenges to their views that are put forward in reasonable manner (in my opinion of course) is truly a sight to behold. But that's PPD for you haha.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 03:06 AM

A direct affirmative claim that it's OK to virgin shame "males"? Damn, I've now seen and heard it all on PPD. Good game.

"I’m just seeking vengeance for these spaces destroying my brother and my fosters brother’s lives." Seeking vengeance won't "at least try to undo some horseshit." I'd argue it would only add to it as vengeance is a destructive endeavour as opposed to justice which is a constructive one. After all... "hurt people hurt people". Perhaps, a different approach could be suggested... how about the seeking of understanding and acceptance to overcome acknowledged ill feelings like bitterness and resentme…

But you admit you have "avoidant tendencies", and from learned from research, it relates to past unhealed trauma. If didn't admit that then I wouldn't have said anything and even if it's not trauma, it's pretty evident to me that your past experiences with boys/men (which seem to have been negative from your description) is shaping your perspective of them. Being avoidant is as bad being anxious in general which is why I suggested working towards being secure. And I said with the intention of be…

This isn’t going to end well for you. Is this supposed to be a threat? Regardless, I do mean what I said, and I hope you do heal from the past trauma from your previous negative experiences with men/boys SharpEngineering379. Myers-Briggs horseshit and astrology aren’t habits of rational, logical people. Well, being a computer science graduate myself, I wouldn't say being "rational, logical" is the be-all, end-all. I have avoidant tendencies Ah, I see! For me, it provides a lot of context and reasoning behind the comments you make on this sub. Perhaps you should work towards being secure and work to overcome your "avoidant tendencies" as it could potentially lead to unconscious self sabotaging of a potentially great thing you have going with a "good" man who does come your way. Especially when you get closer to said "good" man after learning about his flaws. Trauma can be devastating and a bitch if left un…

INFJs have Si (introverted sensing) as their least used function which means INFJs struggle with retaining tangible sensory information (especially when stressed) which can be problematic when you require to access said retained sensory data to perform said tasks in the immediate moment. This could explain the seemingly random mistakes you are making because of the lack of recall of important information ("forgetting stuff"). Gotta put more effort in remaining organised in the sensory realm so y…

Equally unsurprised that you choose to insult me when I’ve don’t nothing except mirror terper behaviour. Not condoning you being insulted but I have a serious question for you. Do you not agree that choosing to "mirror terper behaviour" is deliberately and unnecessarily adding to the level of toxicity of this sub? As I said, serious question.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/24 12:38 AM

Enjoying the rise of "woman" and "male" posters. Enjoying this year of PPD. 🍿
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/24 06:05 PM

I explained why to you in an off topic chain months ago. When one repeatedly uses "male" and "woman"/"man" and "female," it comes across as prejudicial and de-humanising towards the group being called "male"/"female". This could be an elaborate troll account but I'll remain good faith regardless.

Not really. I was merely curious as to why you do that and you asked why I asked. What I asked you was "off topic" which was why I commented under the AutoMod (which is what it's meant for).
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 02:32 PM

Maybe nefarious is too strong of a word. I'm trying to say that using male and woman / man and female in the same scope looks like derogatory, which is why it can be problematic. If you still don't get it then I don't know how else to explain and further break it down.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 07:24 AM
2

I ask because it's such a particular thing for someone to write (fe)male and (wo)man within the same scope. Common for people online to read nefarious intent of those who write/speak in this manner. As someone who considers themselves blue pill on this sub, quite surprised you didn't think much of this. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since you said this wasn't intentional.

Yes, you do. Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 02:41 AM

Curious... Is there any particular reason why you choose to write "male" and "women" in posts as opposed to "man" & "woman"/ "male" & "female"?

You have little to no introverted sensing usage, which is basically the least used function for an INFJ generally. It's not even on an INFJ's cognitive function stack, so makes sense.

Good point. For all the talk about subs like these being shit for answers on the dating scene, people do come to subs like these looking for answers on the dating scene unironically. Nothing more destructive than jaded/bitter/chip on the shoulder people giving answers to other haha.

Yeah, it's what happens when you have idioms that share some of the same words (in this case, "settle") and subject (type of relationship selection) but have separate meaning entailment. At higher resolution discussions, if one really doesn't have a clear and consise understanding of how these idioms have separate meanings, they can easily make the mistake of conflating the two. It's kind of like how the words (although not idioms) "how" and "why" can mean the same thing in some contexts but act…

459 tritype combinations are called "The Comtemplative". So 495 is a 459 combination. 835 is the same tritype combination as 358 which is also called "The Solution Master" apparently haha. Nice title lol!

Loool, it's just more extensions to the initial enneagram core type number, so like 4w5 is an extension to 4. These sort of things in typology create further subtypes which makes sense since personality is incredibly complex. You should check out riot grrrl rock if you haven't already. Plenty of 4 lyrics in there. Alanis Morissette is an infj 4w5. The music is so good! :D

Damn, ought to formulate a new "popular roundtable" now that it's 2024. Kinda interesting how PPD is similar to a school's social ecosystem. Like you get the "popular" users who get mentioned in the community to join in convos because they know their involvement would be fun. And you get the "crowd followers" who would comment on the posts the "popular" people would make (sometimes you'll these types of people respond to many in the space of an hour). Went to see Phoebe two years ago! While she was performing one of her songs, she notices a girl in the crowd was coming up hard on MDMA looking she was maybe going to pass out. To me, the most interesting ones are those who are blue/purple leaning slowly change their tune (arguably for the worst) the longer they reside here. Similar to the trope (paraphrasing): "The hero who lives long enough to soon see themselves become the villian". I guess that makes "subreddit cultural assimilation" a thing. Only a few people who I have seen on this sub over the years that haven't really changed. But yeah, the culture of this subreddit encourages people to spout their negative gen…

(Potentially) unpopular opinion: The so-called "this sub is 90% incel" boogeyman needs to die now (obvious exaggeration). It’s hard to communicate with the obsessive planners in PPD who develop weird “strategies” for every possible outcome in order to make their lives orderly and predictable, but outside of insurance religious sects, humans are a unique combination of nature and nurture and some tend to follow whatever pattern they noted in their parents. Nobody wants to take a chance on some untested guy. You don't actually believe this, do you? People take chances on potential all the time in spite of inexperience if they like them enough. Be it jobs or relationships. Ngl, this just sounds straight up black pill. "Nobody" is a massive stretch.

Self reported data isn’t hard, and honestly believe that when they admit they are forty-four, I figure they are fifty four. Curious as to how you figure someone is 10 years older than they actually are when they admit their age to you?

Trolls and shit posters aside... These spaces tend to attract people with such extreme prejudicial views on other groups of people that will consider any individual anecdotal experience breaking that prejudice a lie and lump you in since it doesn't fit their tightly knit narrative no matter how seemingly warped or absurd it is. A pattern I've noticed lurking in this spaces for about 7 years now. Quite interesting to witness but then again it is the internet.

Just my opinion but... Hell to the fuck yes! Ashley Graham is a beautiful woman! Absolutely stunning...

Jesus did you look at that photo? That isn’t “low standards” that is an attractive woman with feminine, symmetrical features who can pick one of dozens of men who find chubby women appealing. She’s naturally pretty without makeup or filters. Just like thin women, there is a range of beauty with overweight women. Interesting... 🍿

Yeah, her and CimZim both are. The demisexual factor makes it less interesting for me though. (Not that there's anything wrong with being demisexual!) Unfortunately, I don't remember the details. I guess she's a living breathing example of what would happen I didn't say to myself, when I was 14, that these sections of the internet where people spout strong/hateful/extreme views are not to be taken seriously. But I don't.

Yeah, I remember finding the song when it was promoted on WWE when I was kid but it wasn't a song I went out of my way to listen in my own time. I really only started to listen to their albums properly for about 2 years now. If you were an urban city kid (in the UK) in the early 2000s, the popular music would be Hip-Hop/RnB. Being a black guy, don't know that many black folk who listen to rock or metal. Haha, well I've been to like over 20 concerts this year alone and the thing is that I decided…

If there's another purge, I might make another "Dragoon's Weird Wacky" but "PPD Concert Edition" but feature artists that I went to see play live in concert where their songs loosely relate to Pillospherian topics. (I don't think my C-Count (Concert Count) is that high? Maybe it's like maybe in the high 20s... maybe low 30s? This has been since post lowdown btw.) Ngl, that's gonna be a lot of effort to do though. I must have been really high in uni when I did previous ones here lol.

Haha, always a pleasure! Life got better post-lockdown! I've been to a lot of concerts, gigs and music events this year (like around 20?) and have more to come! I would say that's the main thing since last speaking to you. How have things been for you? :)

Are you using the royal "you" here or are you speaking to me directly? Hard to tell whether you are incorrectly lumping me in with these sexist gender double standards or not. I don't actually disagree with those premises that they are sexist and I don't hold these attitudes myself as I don't treat or speak about women that way anyway. What I said to you before applies to all genders in the sense that we should break the cycle. I've literally said the same things that I said you to men as well. …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/22 04:08 PM

I’m not punishing random/all men, but men HERE who slut shame, use “feminist,” as an insult instead of “woman,” etc. are going to get RECIPROCAL TREATMENT. Exactly. Which is why I said what I said. Two wrongs don't make a right. But damn, "punish" is a strong though. Definitely makes me think of revenge haha. I guess it just further adds to level of bullshit that is PPD by choosing to reciprocate these behaviours which ironically hilarious to me. But it is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/22 02:43 PM
2

Ok, I'm willing to accept I'm misusing the term "revenge fantasy" but I hope you aren't missing my point... You do seem like you are deriving pleasure off wanting to get back at men for their wrongdoings rather than seeking justice or to resolve these issues. If not a "revenge fantasy", I would say this is definitely revenge. If you really do believe the overall treatment of women by men over the decades has been terrible, why reciprocate these behaviours? Why not do better and not stoop to thes…

Jeez, people really weren't kidding when they say that is in indeed a stupid race to the bottom between the genders. Two wrongs don't make a right. That fact you are getting pleasure off wanting to get back at men because you believe women have been treated poorly by men in the past sounds like a revenge fantasy to me. No, I don't slut shame women or think negatively of a women with a "high N". In fact, despite being a 25 year old virgin, I'd happily date or marry a girl with a "high N" if we go…

/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/22 12:50 PM

Not gonna lie, venting about never having dated, especially when you see your peers around you getting into relationships sounds like embers of jealousy and bitterness in my humble opinion. There are much better avenues in which you can channel this frustration through. Why vent when you can do other things? It's a waste of time really. Erm, saying this an emotional 25 year old virgin male.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/22 11:52 PM

People are surprised when they find out I'm a virgin, they always say that knowing me they wouldn't have guessed that. I guess I don't really come across as one in real life lol.

"Going"? No, we already have one. I personally like to call it the PPDPRT (PurplePillDebate Popular Round Table). When one has been here for at least 6 years (like me) and love to waste precious time psychoanalysing users here, you see people come and go vacating and reclaiming their spot at the round table. I guess social hierarchies form even in places like this. Also interesting seeing some users on here slowly change their tune about the way they debate on posts on here for the worst (not na…

I often wonder why I don't experience any visceral disgust or judge negatively knowing or finding out a girl has high N count as a 25 year old male virgin. Funnily enough, my friends (both men and women) see me as "pure" and "innocent" (their words not mine) even though I party, go clubbing and take drugs with them lol. It's fine really, I figured as such which was why I said what I said in response. And you're right. I did clarify with standing ollie over moving. That's the level I'm currently at with ollies. And thanks, skateboarding has been a healthy outlet for me to get time outside my head. There are some super steep slopes that I've found round my area that they are super fun to ride down. Just been a positive experience for me overall. If you don't mind me asking, does your name mean you are a goth? Do …

Yep, thanks for the explanation but I already know the ollie the foundation to many tricks and motions. Funny the first thing I even taught myself was how to fall without hurting myself. I've been skateboarding for 3 years now. Where I got up to before work picked up was practising the standing ollie and I was also recording myself doing it. But these days I just skateboard to travel places like shops, stations, places to meet my friends because it beats walking. I'm also a stoner so I like skat…

I think I would want to try that one day as I typically skate up and down smooth roads and pavements. Yeah, they are. I can do about standing ollie and a few turn tricks but haven't much time to practice much more than that because of work unfortunately.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/22 12:09 AM
1

Like a lot of things, getting good at skateboarding requires time and practice. I was terrible when I started but now I'm much better I use it to travel almost all the time if I'm not working. Well, depends what you consider "cool" stuff. There are skateboarders who don't do tricks if thats what you mean.

So they did the bare minimum of going a step-up from the criteria I described and called you a misandrist instead of misogynist because they know you are a woman? That's lame ngl. Misogyny and misandry are the second lowest hanging fruit. Hardly entertaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/22 11:38 PM

Nothing like a post work skateboard sesh smoking a joint tuned into PPD TV. PPD TV is most entertaining to me when women debate with each other because the low hanging retort of incel calling/touch grass/etc can't really be used. So it's quite creative and clever seeing what the women conjure up as insults since they have work outside the incel angle. Reminds me of those playthroughs in games where you don't use certain mechanics to making it harder completing the game. Never change PPD.

I would actually say both. As for the former, I'm an emotional person and I normally share and express my feelings and emotional ideas with people in real life. I experience emotions very deeply haha. As for the latter, I'm not bitter or angry about being a 25 year old male virgin and I do experience sexual attraction to women. I'm not saying I'm right and you're wrong, that was just my interpretation. Lol, we're good. I was more trying to paraphrase the lyrics literally to just illustrate what I mean when I said red pilled (and I also meant it as bit of joke). I don't really have a opinion on who's perspective Avril was singing the song from other than she's sing a song so you could actually be right. Reminds me of Girls & Boys by Good Charlotte. I guess Pop Punk and Emo are full of songs with these kind of lyrics.

It's because of the term "incel" has changed over time in the way it's been used. If it's quite a few like you said, I guess the term is problematic for those kind of guys who also didn't harbour hateful views of women (weren't blackpill basically) and were to be grouped or included with the same term people use categorise those who are unsuccessful with women and want success but also harbour hatred towards women. Just a thought.

After circling the cinema like three times not being to find the entrance, I asked someone from afar who was leaving the cinema how to get inside. Turns out there was an underground passageway that I need to go through to get to the cinema entrance. Felt like I was in a RPG game for a second there...

Nice one and respect bro! I did some data mining and computational science modules for my final year in uni and I found that stuff takes a lot of hard hours just working through the datasets. What kind of stuff are researching for your PhD?

Not at all bro. I turned 25 early this month. I graduated like 3 years ago in Computer Science. What about you?

A mixture of not trying hard enough and not sexualising my interactions with girls enough. Can I really say I'm "struggling" when I don't try hard enough? Can't expect much if I don't try more often. Meh, you don't hear me complaining about it on PPD. I've been told time and time again that I'm a "natural flirt", "charming" and a "great conversationalist" (I use quotation marks because these terms people use to describe me). My friends just tell me I just need to put myself out there more so tak…

And there you have it. I guess you don't need to be adequately experienced for people to want your relationship advice. My friends tell my I'm super empathetic and understand emotions and people (loooool, do I?) and stuff. I remember giving a woman some advice on her marriage when I was 16 on another website. 5 months later I received big blocks of paragraphs from her thanking me saying how my advice worked and saved her marriage! I was shocked and speechless... Take what you will from that.

I don't know about "tend to" but it's definitely possible. My friends like to come to me for relationship advice even though they know I have never been in one myself.

Thank you very much, hopefully you'll be able to sort this out too. 😊 Hopefully not too soon though so maybe incredible sex can happen when I'm 31. I wanna at least have one year to go nuts with my wizard powers that I'll get at 30 if I manage to stay a virgin until then. Only 5 more years to go... 🧙‍♂️

Wow... This is super long... Last concert I went to was on Saturday to see Less Than Jake it was amazing. Ska punk hits differently live... Now that I'm 25 (great birthday btw) it got me thinking, is it rare for male virgins my age to not care about n-count? I was talking to some of my closest friends (boys and girls alike) and they were saying that it doesn't matter that I'm a virgin because I don't come across insecure about it and I'm fun to be around. I love my friends haha.

Of course it isn't very active. There have been attempts to break away from this subreddit and create their own but never really gain any traction. There's reasons why people keep coming back to PPD despite the frequent mention of shit posting and whatnot. Thank you for your kind words. Yeah, it didn't feel good knowing there wasn't much that I could immediately do for him but say what I said. Pretty friendly guy himself, we ended up talking about Guinness and he said the Guinness isn't as good back home as it is here in England. /r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 04:49 AM

Yeah, quite interesting stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 02:47 AM

Yeah, I actually do. I like to meta-analyse internet personas on forums. It's interesting picking up on the patterns in the way people communicate with each other through text. Not gonna lie though, I prefer in real interactions because you have to more to work with like body language, tone and eye contact. But text is fun too.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 02:46 AM

Yeah, Wyatt's up there I'd admit. The truth is I'm 24 and going to be 25 in a month and I discovered this sub when I was 19 so that was like 6 years ago, I'm still considered new to some of the folks on the PPD related discord servers. I did read a lot of TRP sidebar stuff when I was 19 but just lurk PPD now. I also lurk femcel forum sites as well (they hate any guy who posts there understandably so too haha).
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/22 02:41 AM

I think favourite eras of PPD are kandyapplez, Atlas and GayLubeOil. I think Cimorene86 was a recent good one too. This current era isn't bad tbf. I'll call this the GimpGirl era.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 01:01 AM

Nice. I'm gonna take that to mean that I have been lurking successfully. Even if you looked at my comment history, I was lurking PPD before I even had a Reddit account. There used to be a IRC chat but a lot of them moved to Discord. So there is the new meta including the users you mentioned. It's fun emerging from the shadows every now and then though.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 12:47 AM

Well, they count in the sense that you (at least subconsciously) desire to be in some sort of sexual encounter. I'm saying that that's good you have sexual dreams because I do too and I like them. But I actually meant in real life haha.

Man, I'm loving the current PPD meta. Maybe it's because I watch too many shows like Pretty Little Liars and Domina but the female posters are the most entertaining. It's enjoyable I'd say. I'm championing that Logic guy with the Hisoka profile pic, bandit and Wyatt for the male users.

Definitely recommend especially if it's band or musician you don't mind listening to live. Ngl, some of tbe best nights out have been solo. Going in friends is super fun bur going alone gives you more freedom to do what you want. You are succumbed to the limitations that comes with being with a group. I even managed my first hookup alone which is saying something I'm naturally introverted too. I have low energy but friend persona lol.

Rolo Tomassi live was awesome. They sound so good live it was amazing. Met some cool people too as well. Nothing like a good night out solo when make friends who are willing to pay for your drinks for the rest of night out. Literally just opened up with "are you in line for drinks?" and the rest is history. Endded up having deep convos about J rpgs and some of the music we were also into. Sick night, what more can I say?

/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/22 08:24 PM

Haha, I know what you mean. I listen to a lot of alt and post grunge. The truth is a lot of bands overlap and merge those kind of genres together in their music. Just listened to that white noise song and I was feeling it. It's a nice prelude to the band I'm going to see in a gig tonight. Their name is Rolo Tomassi. Tonight's gonna be pretty sick.

Contemplating on whether I want to head to this club events that's doing this 2000s pop music theme this Saturday night. Judging from this other 2000s club event I went to, I'd be assuming the majority of attendees will be female as opposed to males. I don't care about whether the majority demographic are women or if the music is 2000s pop music (had a great time at the other event I went to as well). Damn, they postponed the Covet gig that was in Feb to Aug! Gutted, but hopefully Neck Deep, Wolf Alice, Rolo Tomassi and YONAKA are still on. One thing I can say about concerts and music gigs that the people you meet are awesome. You literally end up having like 15-30 minute conversations talking about random stuff to random people. I know the atmosphere in these concerts will be amazing because I won't be the only there who would be so happy to be there.

Really? That's so cool man. I honestly wouldn't know what to say to them if I did meet them in person. I listen to a lot of math rock and progressive rock so it would be super to hear some live. I've had a rough ride with concerts and music events these last few years. I haven't been do a lot of the social events I would have liked to do because of covid which is a bummer but I'm still hopeful.

It's interesting having thoughts and opinions on things you haven't personally experienced yourself before. Understandably, I presumed my friends (knowing I was a virgin with no real relationship experience) wouldn't be interested in whatever I had to say on sex and relationships but I was proven quite the contrary. Have no idea why they would want advice from someone who has no experience. 🤷‍♀️ I've also never been to another country before and I've never been on airplane. Definitely don't thin…

Definitely aren't the only ones. A lot of us who have been here for years who feel this way just don't bother to post anymore or just lurk.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/22 10:54 PM

I put emphasis on it because you using probably suggests you aren't so sure of your own explanation yourself. So, I don't really know so "probably" is good phrasing.

The concert has been put off for a second year in row!! Ffs...

Well, I was very careful not use "incel" and "male virgin" interchangeably. But yes, you do have a point.

That's why people should stay from these parts of the internet if they can't stand the heat. If imagine how hateful I would become if I internalised all the bullshit comments people made about black people online.

3

Yeah, "probably"...
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/21 06:23 PM
1

Yes, of course... I don't make it defining feature nor blame the world for my virginity either. That's why I said it's more the Internet than in real life where you might find people shitting on virgins. But obviously this hapoens in real life to an extent as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/21 04:57 PM

Yes, I agree with this generally.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/21 04:47 PM

Despite dbz19's woes, I think male virgins are given more shit on the Internet than real life. Maybe I have been really lucky who I'm friends with (the high N count, party and drug taking kind of people) because I receive nothing but support from my friends finding out I am one. That being said, doesn't help that a lot of the men that spout hateful rhetoric at women online are virgins as well so it's common for all male virgins to be lumped into one group as a consequence. On another note, man..…

Loool, sounds like a typical club night out in London. Those guys at that table must have had an amazing time. You bet I had an epic fun time! London has an amazing nightlife and I'm glad it's mostly back to the way it was pre-Covid. Hopefully, Canada gets there too sooner rather than later.

But yeah you’re right the right time is when it feels right. This is the right answer OP. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. Do what makes you feel comfortable and accept that others may damn you for it. If you don't feel comfortable doing the deed in such short notice then don't it and accept others may damn you for not doing it. It's your life, not anybody else's.

But I find girls sexually attractive though. It's not like I haven't played around and flirted with girls. Just haven't had sex yet. Oh, and no oral either. I'm a virgin basically haha.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/21 11:48 PM
1

I guess the majority difference between me and you in this regard is I definitely don't consider it a core part of my identity. It's merely another thing about me. Look, I think the fact that you feel that it's now a core part of your identity has made you fall into a hole you can't climb out of. Not saying you have to change your feelings but I really think this isn't helping you. That's all I can say on it really. I hope you have a wonderful 30th birthday in a few months time.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/21 11:45 PM

Oh, I definitely agree that I'm sick and tired of people using in a derogatory term. I definitely understand how difficult it is to no feel inadequate over your virginity, but honestly being a virgin is one aspect of a person. Honestly, those who seriously believe and overall negative judge a late non-aesxual virgin aren't worth your time. I'd be interested to see how my perspective changes if I am still a virgin at 30. You're 29, right? I'm 5 years younger than you.

Yikes, just saw in a thread about adopting a negative mindset that the OP has gotten a lot of DMs about guys mentioning they're virgins and are depressed and shit. C'mon being a virgin isn't that bad. And I can say this being one currently. I haven't been treated any badly by people after finding out even if they somehow secretly think I'm a 24 weirdo because of it. But I will admit I don't know what I'm missing though. 🤷‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/21 10:49 PM

Funnily enough, my friends always like to come to me for dating and relationship advice for some reason. I'm like "you know I'm a virgin with zero dating experience right? Yet you're asking me for advice again?" And they're usually like "I know but I trust and want your perspective" or something along the lines of that... I'm just like LMAO.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/21 03:30 PM

Maybe those Virgin men under 25 are to shy to comment, or would rather lurk/soak up information-perspectives... More like there's nothing really plausible for the non-bitter virgins to adequately comment about since we have no experience to back up what we say so we'd rather lurk.

Yep, my face is similar to yours but I have facial hair so I look more my age but if I shaved my beard, I'll look late teens-early 20s. A lot of my uni faces only ever know me woth facial hair but when I shave it off they'll all suprised how much younger I look. A lot of black guys have baby faces. I've noticed this growing up. A lot of black guys pull of that that "cute but masculine" look effortlessly. Michael B. Jordan immediately springs to mind.

So it's a Friday night and central London was full of 18-24 year olds. I was waiting on the platform waiting for a train with mt friend and there was a guy and girl making out in front of us. I mail to my home address. I ordered 2 grams of MDMA for the my first ever dark web purchase and they vacuum sealed it and hid the stuff inbetween a stack of folded A4 papers. When I handled the envelope, I just felt like there were documents. It slipped through my letterbox perfectly (I live in London, UK). I have a bitcoin and monero wallet because monero is the currency the website I ordered from uses.

Apart from my concert yet again being postponed for another year, I can say the countdown begins for me finally hitting some DMT. Gonna have to wait for my next payday though. Then to the darkweb I go to order that shit. Decent prices too.

I'm so annoyed they decided to postpone my long awaited concert for another year! For fucks sake! In other news, had my first successful dark web purchase which means I'm confident that my DMT dream will become a reality. Speaking of dreams, it's interesting have sexual thoughts and fantasies as a virgin because whatever is concocted in my head won't be based on actual tangible experience but that wouldn't stop me from making sexual jokes though. 😈

Yes, I already know this. You have mentioned this to other users on this more than once over the years on this subreddit. I'm gonna actually say you're recalling incorrectly because it doesn't make any sense for Ti, Fi, Si, Ne and Se to coexist whilst Te, Fe and Ni to not exist for you're recollection to be accurate if it's the official MBTI test. Unless you can recall what you remember from what the test entailed, whatever it sounds like to you doesn't really hold any real substance to debate o…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/21 12:34 AM

Well, it's no surprise you it sounds like that to you. You don't even know the basic fundations of the theory. Anyway, I am just gonna be civil and leave it as I'd be more interested in your assertion that's it's just sounds like astrology if you knew more about the subject.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/21 11:34 PM
1

But I don't think T has anything to do with being logical Ah, but it does depending on whether you're an INTP or INTJ for example. It's a Te vs Ti thing and you definitely use Ti if you're typed as an INFJ. I think one can be both logical and feeling-oriented although it can be less common. Of course. It's extremely common for INFJs to discover this about themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/21 11:12 PM
1

What makes you say that? It's because (despite how many people may disagree with what you have to say) you are very logical when you formulate your arguments. It's no wonder he thinks you're T lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/21 10:34 PM
1

Lol, ok I see what you mean. So how about this: I think her dominant Ni and tertiary Fi is very apparent when she butt heads with people on this subreddit. INTJs are ruthless when their ideas are challenged. It's a fun watch, keep doing what you're doing lemazaki.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/21 10:24 PM

You're in for a treat, even if you don't like the story (which i doubt because it has this sort of unorthodox appeal) the music is always on point. Also one of the few anime that I genuinely think has a dub as good as the sub. Yeah, I reckon I will like it because it doesn't take much for me enjoy stuff. And I'm not asking you how common it is in general, I'm asking you how common you've found other women express that they like to challenge themselves and test their sexual capabilities based on the conversations you've had with other women.

Oh, I see. That's quite an interesting self observation. How strong are the stars you see? Is it proportional to how rough dick is shoved down your throat or is it pretty consistent? Oh... And also I wanted to ask, in your experience, how common is it for other women to "challenge themselves" and test their sexual abilities to see what they are capable of? Is this just a matter of being sexually adventurous or something else?

I recognised one of them from before (this was early last year) and recognising me his eyes lit up with glee and he exclaimed "Oh, it's you! How have you been man?" I was a bit surprised he remembers me since I last went there more than a year ago. Anyway, luckily I didn't need to buy a new board because a pro skater gave me one of his old boards for free …

That's fair enough. Unfortunately, taking "too much" is where the fun can properly begin for anything psychadelic. I would encourage you to stay in your comfort zone though. I suppose ketamine in small doses can be compared to alcohol. They just mix terribly together though.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/21 08:36 PM
1

I disagree. I really wouldn't compare the two... Have you ever k holed before? If not, I'd argue you haven't taken enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/21 07:37 PM
1

It's not really that popular. I've encountered so many people recently who love cocaine but don't fuck with ketamine (and even weed). In fact, it's becoming more frequent me encountering a combination of those who like alcohol and cocaine but don't like ketamine and weed. My brain is an interesting place to be so drugs just makes it a more interesting place.

Yeah, it's pretty good in general. Depending on how much you get at a time the quality can vary however.

Disappointed I was not able to do shrooms on my birthday because my friend's dealer was a no show. Still went on a 10 day bender though; plenty of coke, ketamine, weed and vallium to consume. Man, I ended up doing like 15 lines of ketamine and the k-hole was excellent. I put on this gothic metal album and every riff and transition of songs morphed and affected whatever visuals I was seeing into something extraordinary. I don't think I'm buying MDMA from London again because me and friends bought…

I wasn't implying you never would, I just meant say you do end up losing it at/after 30 you really won't regret that you missed out on what are supposed to be your prime years or that any girl you date would have a significantly mismatched sexual history to yours? Your questioning highlights the deadly trap I'm talking about. Meh, me being a virgin is only one aspect about me that doesn't really matter in the long run. It's only "odd" because I'm in a minority of people who are into drugs or even my age. All it really means is that I haven't had sex yet, it doesnt mean I never will (unless I get into an accident or something). So my question; is there a woman able to recognize guilt, debate in good faith, or more simply able to discuss ideas without always having the need to frame things as us/them, team man/team woman, or thinking shit's a zero sum game ? In short, debate like a reasonable adult? 🌍 🐝 🤷‍♀️

i'm interested in psychoanalysis as well!! i feel like i can get a really good read on people, but i struggle with categorizing them in any sense. that's really cool. Hmmm, good point actually. Perhaps dating isn't for a lot more people than we think. Just wondering how people would respond (in real life) to the answer someone gives to "Why aren't you dating/are single [or something similar]?" with "I can't tolerate uncertainty so dating isn't for me".

They can discredit you if they don’t like your advice, and accept your validation if they do. Except this doesn't really happen to me in my case. We discuss and debate in a civil manner. We typically don't outright discredit each other's advice unless someone said something really stupid. Lol, I don't know why a lot of people are assuming the worst lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/21 11:34 PM
1

This makes a lot of sense. It's a pretty weird occurance for me to typically end up in some sort of advocate or confidant role when speaking to others. I guess I don't mind it too much as long as I can confide in them if I would like to (which I can although I often don't need to so that's good). So I guess it's a healthy friendship dynamic.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/21 04:32 PM

But I do confront them though. I will always call BS or set my friends straight if I need to or see fit. Maybe the way I tell the truth doesn't dissuade them from coming back for more advice.

I know what you mean. In my case, it's not like people constantly come to me asking for help or advice about the same things. I would say more help and advice is given when we are just have general conversations and discussions about whole range of topics. Yes, I am also like this. I am not one to to vent and pour out my issues onto others. I am very private and keep my more deeper issues to myself (and work through them independently). I guess so. I was just thinking from my POV giving advice and helping others about things involving dating and relationships. I remember around 5 years ago I gave this women advice on a Q&A website with her marriage and like 5 months late she PM'ed me saying my advice was super useful and saved her marriage! I was like what???
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/21 12:21 PM
3

Well, I would say that's what good friends do (not necessarily being used as an emotional tampon but someone to confide in every now and then which would occasionally include venting). With my friends, I would say that we generally go to each for help and advice on stuff. Other times we might want to blow off some steam and sometimes vent to.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/21 12:18 PM

I wouldn't say I'm a deeply logical person but I am decent with logic. If you ask my friends to describe me they would say I'm a warm, friendly and empathetic person (they're words, not mine).

2

Why do my friends ask me for advice on their dating and relationship endeavours when they know full well I'm a virgin with no relationship experience? I have asked them this before but they say that I (apparently) "understand" where they are coming from and I'm a good person to confide in or to talk to about with any issues they need talking to someone about. But I'm like wtf? How much can I really know let alone advising others on it? I'm pretty sure a lot of PPD would be like wtf too? Maybe I …

Not really. I am open to accept that I could have missed out on opportunities had I not be lazy to approach and esculate. The problem is that I'm not really interested in casual sex which is how a lot of LTRs these days form from. I've been a bit more open to having sex on more casual terms but me caring less for more original preference came as I am getting older.

Yes, mistress. 🥺 That's true I guess. I was more thinking about how some women on this sub have expressed that they would stop seeing a guy if sex was shit the first few times. I guess if you were dating me, you wouldn't have this problem (being a virgin and all 😉).

I was gonna say starting from level 1 is hard but when you're a virgin, I would say you are not on the first level yet but actually still left in the tutorial haha.

And nice dodge of the question, btw I was reading this thread and I was gonna comment on the dodging of the question. Never change PPD.

A better question would probably be how many people have never been in a situation where they had to make X or Y choice. It's all well and good to say "I think I'd do this" or "Of course I don't care about that" if you've never been confronted with something. But if you've been in a conversation or situation and did act/speak as you imagined, then you have firsthand knowledge of being correct. I guess this is ultimately why I rarely give my views on sub about sex and relationships. I don't reall…

Virgin guys are not incels. I agree with you but from how I see it more frequently (incorrectly) used, it's getting to the point where virgin men are just lumped in with incels. Luckily, I personally don't have to worry about this in real life.

Actually, I do see your point.

Has it come to the point on PPD that all virgin men are incels? I think you're part of the problem if you think so.

i literally never see this, I'm only subscribed to like ppl who agree with me or have interesting takes on politics. are you all subscribing to feminist feeds? This is the likely reason as to why you aren't coming across this crap and no, it's specifically not just feminist feeds where you find this stuff. Actually, that's a pretty important point. All my friends who were very experienced with psychedelics told that the most important thing was to make sure that I was in a good enough mood before I take it otherwise you could end up having a terrible trip. The fact that I've never had a bad trip and I've also received good feedback from my friends saying how well I handle myself tripping out or just drugs in general is a good sign. Tripping with people you feel safe and comfortable with is king. S…

I tried pills and crystal form. I prefer crystal form because it hits you smoother and than pills. Also, the problem I found with pills is that you don't know how strong it's going to be so it's pretty much Russian roulette haha. 💦 🔫 Shrooms is a psychedelic and MDMA is a stimulant. When you trip on psychedelics your vision and thoughts get distorted. Depending on how you take this and the environment you are in, this could freak you out or joy it like hell. And the come down from shrooms is ple…

Ok, so are you the guy who’s too busy chasing the drug high to bother with chasing sex? Yeah, pretty much but I mostly smoked weed more than anything though. Seems like we are entering that area where incel somehow means celibacy in any sort of form which fails to take into account the "involuntary" part. I don't buy the argument that those who don't try and don't care to are involuntarily celebate. Not for a second. INTJs living in their own bubble tend to fall into both of the previously mentioned groups. They just don't care and if they did then I'd imagine they'd likely do something about it making them volcels.

So in my opinion being Yoruba is something that should be a mark of pride. They are a noble people who perhaps have not fully industrialized yet, but are on the path. They are extremely intelligent, but also practical and wise with a culture that is beautiful. Woah, slow down there with the romanticism Corbra. With any culture, there are major pros and cons and parts of that culture has some major cons (given that it has played some influence in my upbringing)! Last point... I only spent a few w…

My experience is in Lagos... which to my knowledge was primarily Yoruba. To my eyes the number of beautiful women exceeds that of most US cities simply because the women are much more fit in their youth. Regarding facial features... the african tribes I tended to hold as ideal were Oromo, Amhara, and the Tutsi. Now if I take a step back and consider that it's likely because I was raised in a Euro-Centric culture and these women have facial features more aligned to that standard. Yeah, that's fai…

Oh, she doesn't have to super fit, just like fit with some curves in the right places. A girl with some extra meat who is also somewhat athletic on her qualifies as moderate fit in my criteria (I really do like different shapes and sizes as different parts compliment other parts various ways). Face does it way more for me than body.

Ok. Firstly, I don't care about race so race doesn't factor in for me. A moderately fit and athletic body (I'm athletic too), cute eyes and lips with a nice smile (harmonious face overall). Not too fussed about breast or butt size as long as they're perky. I'm 5'7" but I'm not too fussed about height. If possible - tell about yourself - what SMV do you think you are. If we are going with the general PPD axiom that men generally need to approach to get any and women have a reactive sexuality, I'll say my SMV either doesn't register or is around 1 or 2 because I don't really try or approach so my SMV makes sense from my perspective.

Whatever happened to building a romance out of friendship? Perhaps you should make an OP about this because I wonder if people who prefer building romance this way are decreasing in number fast since the general dating culture expects you "sexualise" your interactions early as well as having sex early. I would agree with you that I would prefer that approach to romance (no sex early and would like to get to know someone as friends first before reaching that stage) but seems like increasingly fut…

This doesn't answer my question. What the hell is an incel uncle tom? Is him being a virgin in his mid 20s supposedly meant to be somehow loyal to actual incels? I don't know if it's become more like PPD but I do miss the way it used to be around 2014/2016. Yeah, I've been on GAG since like 2013 when I was like 16. Yeah, the website before they changed the interface to be more social media like was when it was at its peak which around those years. If men are generally expected to approach, flirt and esculate and this guy generally doesn't, would he really register as a sexual/romantic/relationship prospect to women in general? Exactly, continuing using what works for you. Everyone has things they are not willing to do in terms of dating/sex/relationships so that's fair enough. Once again, it's you, an individual, so do what works. Those things are good to inhabit because those things speak to the idea that you shouldn't be overly consumed with all the sorts of feelings present when pursuing sexual/romantic partners.

Yes, essentially. I am aware of flaws and drawbacks to not trying often. I would also like to give merit to some general principles that TRP advocates for. Any idea that's good no matter where it's from is useful. I agree to an extent that the TRP can function as a toolkit.

Bro if you get sexual attention you got to escalate I already know this. I've have sexually esculated to the point of touching up girls but that was when I was like 14. I actively don't try because it's not a priority of mine and I'm not complaining. Fuck it just read some TRP stuff, I know you're a blooper but stuff on there can actually be helpful, especially when it comes to escalation. That's what I do I just use trp as a toolkit get what I want then leave. Am not jaded or bitter. I don't ca…

Haha, skaters here in the UK get laid. I'm not necessarily struggling to get laid (or ideally leading up to one) and I'm not angry or bitter about my situation at all. I just wanna get laid in a LTR that's all. I just don't really try to sexually esculate but I do get sexual attention from girls but I'm open to trying though.

To be fair, I've had some experiences and thoughts weird and craxy enough to the point where telling others have reacted to it in a way as if I'm some alien. 👾 Even that alone has sometimes made me question my own insanity but I realise that it's just my atypical brain workings haha. 😅 My main problem is that so preoccupied in my inner world and mind that makes me somewhat despondent to what is going on around me. With a gallon worth of salt, lol. Yes, exactly this. When you grow up with your brain acting weird and your family doesn't do anything about it, or claim it's something religious, you learn to adapt and figure out good coping methods. Well, that's one way to explain it. I don't know if you're anti-religion but I wouldn't necessarily say that having a religious upbringing inherently works as a detriment against one's sexual/relationships/dating success. If you do agree with the idea that that boi…

Well, I agree with your perspective that I wouldn't want to measure by age. Stating an age takes away nuance and life circumstances. And if one wants to argue about trends and likelihood, then I would refer back to my previously asked question about how seriously should one take opinions on PPD. "If the general trend is A, B and C. Then you thinking you're an exception is not the case and thus fall into A, B and C in some shape or form." (In this case, there's something wrong with you). Funny ho…

Kind of interesting that people are actually coming up with an age. I guess if someone really gave a shit about what people on PPD had to say and fit their criteria of that age threshold they could internalise that "there is something wrong with them" and start a vicious cycle haha. At what point should someone care about the general consensus of a typical type of judgement of one's relationship/sexual circumstances?

You shouldn't worry about how not being angry or bitter might make you less attractive. Ah, I think you misunderstood me slightly. It's not that I'm worried about me not being angry or bitter making me less attractive, it's more that I do not see the overall benefit for being angry, bitter or resentful about it. A man confident in himself despite not having much sexual experience to me is still a great prospect. Of course you'll need to find a more patient woman. Yeah, a patient woman sounds goo…

Some further thoughts on the virginity thing... Being a 23 year old virgin would place in a minority for my age so it would be a bit ridiculous and unrealistic to be holding out for a girl that's also a virgin. In fact, I could give less fucks about her virginity if I found her attractive, pleasurable to be around, kind and all that other good stuff. Because of this I am perfectly happy and comfortable with the likelihood that the girl I end up having sex with would be more sexually experienced …

People are always surprised when I tell them I am a virgin/never had a girlfriend before. At first, I thought it was mainly because it's not usual for anyone really to be this inexperienced at 20+ but then I've had people (especially women) tell me they are so surprised because I'm "funny, witty and charming with an attractive (well, they use cute and nice specifically) face" so just presumed I was taken or had done the deed many times before. Yeah, forming long term and stable connections is a struggle for me too. Although I have managed to form some meaningful connevtions with others, I have noticed that it does take a lot out of me to do effectively. And whenever I successfully start forming bridges to start growing and building these meaningful connections, I find myself getting "comfortable" and slipping back into my more natural passive mode which comes across as "cold" and "aloof". It's not an uncommon remark I get from others …
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/20 11:04 PM

Hmmm... Interesting choices. Especially the ESTP one. I'm pretty sensitive and my natural mode is be passive and observe in social situations (especially when I'm not in an "asking questions to get the conversation rolling" mood). Yep, I definitely resonate with the vivid imagination and sadistic side (probably also the reason why I'm on here a lot). It's almost like I met the female version of me... Don't be fooled by how I come across online. I'd rather say something positive on the internet than write pages about how shitty I feel about myself and the world. You explained yourself rather well. Thank you for the thorough answer. I've never been in a relationship before so I can only use my imagination and I can imagine that being with someone who constantly berates you for your earnest attempts to help them would slowly but surely eat away at you. I would also like to imagine that I would want partner who earnestly tries to steer me in the right direction to better myself. I would also want to be that kind of partner to them as well.

"... but people come to such conclusions based on their own experiences and prejudices, and a lot of people won't budge, hence the hostility." This all make sense as this coincides a bit with what I imagined would be the answer to my own question. Yes, we all have our ways to help us deal with things that work best for us individually. I guess one key thing to take from this (and for anyone else reading what I'm writing) to be brave and have courage. Some extremely risky things are well worth it especially if the rewards are truly great in terms of sex and relationships. I don't really know why either. Perhaps it's something to do with somehow being an odd position where you have "everything else" go well for you (which could also include being able to befriends and also be involved in social situations/groups involving women) apart from sex and relationships. A lot of people do not realise that if you do not come across sexually in your interactions with women, many women wouldn't react sexually towards you because you are giving them no sexual cues to go on to…

If he still coming across as not sexual after asking a girl out, does this mean that a guy shouldn't try to ask out a girl if he didn't sexually esculate through other means prior to that?

".... i put all the blame on myself. which is the opposite side of the spectrum and just as harmful, mentally anyway." Yeah this is me as well. I can be a perfectionist and can be incredibly hard on myself when things go wrong. I really don't like to blame others for my shortcomings. That being said, I think because I'm a bit apathetic towards sex and dating stuff because I don't try plays a major part in why I'm so not hard on myself about the lack of experience. Also, it's not like I never exp…

Yeah, makes sense. Giving that I don't have any relationship experience, I'd imagine I'll have some ideas about how my hypothetical partner would be like but reckon a lot of the ideas would be disproven. But as I said before about being open to being wrong about preconceptions, I don't think negative experiences would make me what to take revenge on women and think all them are useless etc. I think it boils down to that idea of lacking an internal locus of control and harbour a more external loc…

I agree with pretty much everything you said. That's a major reason why most of posts here are argued in bad faith. It's very clear to see how an OP feels about men, women, sexual dynamics from the way they frame their posts. It really isn't healthy double down on anger, bitterness and resentment. It's like the worse three emotions a person can be trapped in. Those things can literally warp you sense of reality.

"i don't blame them, im very passionate about some of my views & i recognise that it's very unlikely that someone would change my mind about those." Yeah, I don't blame either. Afterall, if you have negative preconceptions on something and you're sure they're right, why shouldn't you abide by them? I guess differ in a way where I'm generally accepting of things I don't necessarily value myself as long as it isn't malicious or corrupt in nature (I have to draw the line somewhere?) Do you think this sub will ever get to the point of banning people with no sexual/relationship experience? I guess the main thing I would be interested in seeing being played out is how the sub goes about determining what qualifies as experience. For me personally, I don't mind because I mostly lurk anyway but I do wonder how seriously people on the sub take opinions and perspectives from those who have no experience whatsoever? Also wanted to add... I guess having no experience in a given thing…

Would you say those who want to "get to know the person" before they can have sex with them are a part of the modern SMP? Also I wanted to add that this probably requires more than few dates to get to the point of them "knowing that person" where they are then willing to have sex with them. If yes and given this idea, would say this is just an unfortunate disadvantage?

"You can't talk about The Wall without talking about fertility." Yeah, I would generally say I agree with this. Essentially, women pretty much have a natural time limit to bear children and you can track female fertility rates for and you can see a steep decline in fertility after women fully matures compared to male fertility rates (or at least some studies have shown). What I really find interesting that the fact that TRP are bothering give FDS attention.

I find it quite fascinating that for almost every post on the different aspects of TRP, you can say there's an equal and opposite post on the different aspects of FDS. It's like someone saw TRP and concocted a subreddit of their own using sugar, spice and everything nice instead to create what we know today as Female Dating Strategy. Fascinating indeed....

"So no, there is no secret cabal of women strategizing how to take advantage of men. There's just normal women who are trying not to be assholes." Yes, normal women are just trying not to be assholes about this stuff in general.

"It’s the orbiters, simps and potential husbands that they don’t want to lose." This reasoning is repeatedly put but I'm not so convinced that this explains it. I think what is worth discussing is whether those women that want the female sexuality hidden from men think this wouldn't have worse consequences as opposed to the truth wasn't hidden from men? But conversations on this level is rarely discussed here it seems. I just want honesty really.

I saw someone on this sub give this reason favouring why it would be wise to keep the "truth" about female sexuality from men... "Because angry disillusioned men are dangerous." I guess this is another way of saying men can't handle the truth so the truth must be hidden from them and if it were the case that the truth of female sexuality was revealed to men then chaos, disorder and destruction would ensue. Is this really justifiable? Can we not get to a place where truth is not hidden and remain…

Yes, and this is part of the reason why a lot men and women end up having bad relationship experiences and end up miserable. A lot of people are growing up with little avenues in which they can learn these things from.

Yes, you are wise for taking a balanced view of this. Too many people discover this red pill stuff and takes some its ideas and concepts to the extreme. To address you "jock" question with more detail, there's no reason to try and become competent in your hobbies and interests. Taking up sports help build character and self esteem. There are a lot circumstances which occur that has resulted in the men they are in a relationship with is giving them less attention. Before others say "no" (they do have these their reaons for saying so though), this is one way to do so. Just realise that by showcasing some behaviours as a way to attract women would automatically select for certain traits these women would be attracted to. This goes with any other way you try to attempt to attract women with.

"The truth is, nice guys don’t offer women a challenge. They are boring, agreeable and easily attained." Can boiled down to this really. To answer your question as to whether this is true? Some men and women have expressed these experiences many times before so take what you will from that.

Makes me think... I'd imagine both men and women typically wouldn't be thinking about whether they could do better or how they measure up to their partners if they generally fulfilled both sexually and emotional in their relationships. It would take a particular person to always thinking if they can do better or their partner is objectively better or worse than themselves. Only people here in subs like these quantify things like attraction/love etc.... Makes sense a lot of women in relationships…

A lot of these posts about men not needing women if it wasn't for sexual attraction/thirst are a bit silly and narrow minded at best. No human functions or lives life solely for satisfying their sexual needs. We as a species have advanced enough to a level where we are able to see nuance and also think about things critically that have nothing to do with sex. Not everything in life is about sex and if anyone wants to argue otherwise remember you yourself don't live that way no matter how much yo…

No RP but of course I would follow my own moral code. Anyone who doesn't have any strong convictions or values of their own typically end up in life where they are stuck and clueless. Im pretty sure a lot of RP men would agree that although TRP has proven useful and works would also talk about developing yourself as an individual. This includes self discipline and moral codes.

I think for guys they can approach a large amount of girls and they would eventually get laid. It seems for girls, you can keep having ONS and eventually you would end up situation where there's an opportunity to be in a relationship. In both cases, there is a question about the quality of partners obtained through these number game strategies though.

That wasn't the argument. The argument was most men that aren't having sex is because they couldn't even if they tried. I don't believe this for a second. Even a lot of self proclaimed incels aren't really incels. Staying indoors playing video games all day instead of going outside your house every once in a while doesn't mean your involuntarily celibate. A lot of guys don't even try and you can't consider yourself having no hope if you can be bothered to move your lazy ass.

I don't know why this claim get propagated all the time. Even if this is true, what makes you so sure? As I said, there a multitude of reasons to explain why someone in their current circumstances are not currently having sex. It's not just down to being too ugly or unattractive generally to not get laid but I would consider those reasons "involuntary" though.

There's a multitude of reasons as why someone may not be having sex. It also doesn't mean those not having sex is "involuntary" (not to mention the hateful misogynistic rhetoric that's also needed to be considered one). Seriously though, the term incel has lost its meaning.
