The thing with social anxiety is that it will never go away without jumping in, in spite of it being there. After you jump in multiple times, it still doesn't completely go away but it will become much lower to the point where it's almost non-existent.

That's true, but there are things that can be improved to attract most if not all the girls who give you initial interest by learning to convey personality more. This includes improving humor, storytelling, and fluff talk. Another skill that can also be improved is moving things forward.
