If you think social anxiety can be cured by a one or two line response on asktrp you are going to be disappointed. Wrong. OP, consider your social skills as a "muscle" in that it needs to be worked out consistently to improve itself; you're not exercising your social skills, then you'll be the awkward guy in the room, like the >100lbs guy trying to bench with dudes double their weights. Try and analyze all social interactions you've done in the past, how you could improve them, and apply all con…

Genetics play a very small role in this game, just like metabolism. There is some factor here that your friend is taking which you aren't, OP. There is no way you two are on similar programs and not in a convergent path.

I strongly recommend you to research all your questions on Google and fitness websites/forums, and not restrict your sources simply on Reddit. 1) Stronglifts and any gym regime for weight loss are all redundant; though I don't know enough of Stronglifts, Starting Strength is an amazing program for beginners. Getting a good core strength is primordial in the beginning. 2) If your program is working, you should be eating every 3-4 hours. It doesn't matter how many times a day you eat/drink, but ho…

I'd be perfectly fine with the premise of a group of people fixing other people's shit, as long as the ones that fixed now are in charge of taking care that the original group does not fuck up again. And there is nothing that tells us this is the case. It's a "Help us correct our own misdoings then get back to your place".

Copying my previous post: I didn't meant to literally ditch salad, but if you want to gain weight, salad is an awful meal for that. It has a lot of fiber, very few calories, few carbs, no protein. I'd highly suggest salad if your goal was the opposite. If you don't want to completely ditch it, that's fine. There are a lot of good salads with fish and chicken breast. Mix it up with some white meat, then that's better than keeping a veggie-only salad. Salad is healthy, but your goals are to gain w…

Unnecessary is a bit of an overstatement. It doesn't hurt if he wants to take it, though it won't make that much of a difference compared to other much more important things.

To better endure those, you need good sleep nights (8 hours, at least), meals with good nutritional content and some caffeine as a boost if you need one. If you can handle the routine, then that's all that is required. If you can't, then slowly climb up to it. It's a good supplement, but it's not going to help you gain muscle or body weight. Ditch salad. Eat meat, preferably lean. Drink tons of milk, preferably skim. Take weightgain supplements that have tons of calories. Lift and religiously take your whey protein (disregard optimal time of consumption bullcrap; as long as you take within 30 minutes pre or post workout, it's going to do it's job). Take casein/albumin before sleep. Prefer eating shit calorie junk food than skipping a meal (studies sho…

I don't disagree with any of your points here. However, there is correlation between both men and women looking for partners that resemble their opposite sex parent. As in, as a man, you are more likely to have a partner that resembles your mother, and if you're a woman, more likely to have a partner that resembles your father. In women there's the additional correlation of having positive relationships with their dads; the more they are well with them, the more this phenomenon goes on.

There's a real issue I see with TRP. There's just too many black and white statements. Nofap. No videogames. Lift until you puke. Spin plates enough to fill your week quota with a girl every day. AWALT. Okay, so you want to tell me that I swallowed the pill because of the sheer amount of radicalism in mainstream media to pedestalize women to your radicalism of pushing myself to the extreme until I break. Great. I understand the message. People spending their entire days fapping and playing games…

There are girls who have one single tattoo on their necks which are barely visible, and those who have new tattoos once every month. Just like there are women with multiple piercings and those with one single small nose piercing. Then there are women who drink every party and get wasted, and those who drink once every three months, and just have enough to feel slightly dizzy. I'm not saying you are wrong, but context is everything. Nipple piercings IMO are like tramp-stamps.

Hello, Karen. You were, and still are very vocal about Gamergate. Speaking in the field of gaming development, there's this general notion in the industry that portraying historically accurate games for women may hurt potential sales. To illustrate that, I'll give you a real example: I'm developing a game based on the 5th century. Women in war were the real exception, and the consensus is that you didn't call them to arms, unless as a last resort, which makes perfect sense. But the question I ge…

Yes. And the fucking condom. Don't forget the condom. You don't want to be the daddy and visa-enabler BB. Don't buy the "i'm on the pill" BS. And yeah, /u/yoyoz69 has a good theory which might, or not, be true. Just double-check.

No. But this behaviour ain't exactly uncommon. She either wants a gringo dick to get a visa or is simply open to new experiences in a new country and is straightforward towards sex. Just like in any country in the world, there are all types of girls, but when it concerns sex, I'd say brazillians are more straightforward then most.

Learn how to channel your anger and rage into something constructive. Those two feelings are exceptionally useful in lifting weights. Picture the exercise sets being chains or ropes attached at your limbs preventing you from doing what you want. If you want to be released from those tethers, you must use all your muscles and concentration to break free from it. Helps if you listen to some rock songs. A good soundtrack and determination are two powerful allies in a lifting session.

I've developed TRP in my life throughout a year and a half or so. What was really interesting in all this time for me is I'm confrontational. This doesn't mean I'm going to get into a physical fight anytime, but rather engage discussions and stand up to what I believe is right or wrong. A very simple example. I was eating with my girlfriend in a restaurant, and the waiter was very solicit and welcoming. He provided us with an excellent work, and possibly made the experience much more enjoyable. …

Start with a stretching. Shower. If needed, use face moisturizer to shave after shower usually every 3 or 4 days (shave day includes shaving armpits and pubic hair). Brush teeth. Floss every other day. Take coffee with creatine. Eat. Do ya thing. I've started last week to listen audio books while commuting (tip from RSD Tyler which made so much sense I regret not doing this since forever; commuting takes a whole lot of my day). I don't apply exfoliating products unless my skin really really need…

Several months before taking the pill I was diagnosed with mild PDS. I'm still under treatment. Some meds can fuck you up, making you numb as fuck. You feel like sleeping a lot. Whatever triggers your anxiety will still haunt you for some time, because there's a very fine line between taking too much meds and making you prostrated and not taking enough and having panic attacks. Don't quit your daily routine, but take some ease on stressing things. Lifting hard CAN trigger stressful feelings toge…

Let's back the reasoning why OP would lie. To get Karma; Redpill has few users. No way he's going to amass karma in this sub. He invented the story, and Steven is actually him wanting to do that on his girlfriend; props to him. It's an unusual but effective way of enforcing his beliefs to go redpill. I think this goes further than that. TRP taught me that I shouldn't be good. I should be kind. More specifically, to treat others with kindness when they shown the same to you. When others are shown to you no courtesy, you don't give them this privilege back, regardless of them being an old fart or a 10/10. This gets even better in social circles. When you're the only one not giving two fucks about anyone who doesn't treat you well, regardless of how well dressed, their SV or innate power, this …

You are prepared to ditch the co-pilot, OP. If the bitch attempts to crash your plane, you're ready to kick her out and remain relatively steady in your course, because you don't NEED her. She compliments your life really well, but she's not an essential part of your flight. You're on the right track. No one can give 100% all the time. If drinking helps you relax, then drink. Daddy issues? Red flag. Tattoo? Sorta red flag, depending on the location (trampstamps - huge redflag; cute little tattoo on the back of the neck - open to interpretation). Lots of male friends? Red flag. The more red flags, the higher the risk for your LTR chances. Plate it instead would be a better alternative.

Take long sleep nights. Sleep early. Take a protein/zinc/potassium complex before you sleep (basically, some whey protein with a banana and a zinc tablet work).

Don't worry too much about your height. If you're in the average, this does not affect you in any way whatsoever. In a way, you don't have to overcompensate a midget status with a Napoleon complex, nor extrude more masculinity due to the fact you're a half-giant man. Just do your thing, work on yourself, and you'll realize that being average is the best starting point for excellence; you don't have a long way to go, and you also have to work hard to reach your goals.

I'm in a phase in my relationship where my statements of commitment are not affecting the sex I'm receiving. On the contrary; I'm getting better sex and a better relationship the more open I am that commitment is to be expected of me, as she is doing the same. I've never been in this stage before. Women usually do the opposite. Is this bad or good?

See, GayLube, the only thing I'd have to disagree with your post is that it's a bad idea to get atop a crippled horse. If you know the horse IS crippled, and you don't give a shit about it and prepare for the worst, tell you what, it's something that will teach you to spot crippled horses. And that is a valuable thing to learn when you're out in the market looking for some good mounts.

My father is a successful business administrator, owning a company who gets enough money to pay for a confortable life in a third-world country. I believe you can use the parents' legacy to boost your initial efforts towards your own cause. Even when you take the power-fapper into equation who masturbates five times a day, by adhering to no-fap, it's the same as a heavy smoker to quit suddenly, which is by all means wrong. If someone has a problem with that, nofap is too extreme. Reducing gradually to a "normal" level is the most adequate response. And that breeds self-control slowly and adequately, just like when you just start working out you don't bench 220lbs. You start slowly, than increase the difficulty through time.

You also miss the great opportunity to cheat your brain into a "reward" program. Did your workout as a horse? Ate like fucking lion? Rested like a bear? Kept that routine sharp during the week? Fucked/spinned plates like Casanova and still got some drive left? Good, now have some porn.

Never took Adderall, but got diagonsed several months ago with panic disorder after overtaking stimulants (caffeine, pre-workouts) and having a hypersexual life. Having to take Sertraline to cope with the attacks is awful; you take longer to come, your sexual desire is slightly diminished... but it was a requirement because of how the primary condition of panic attacks were also giving me high blood pressure. It is scientifically proven videogames improve your decision-making in short timespan periods. I'm against teaching children not to, but rather encourage them to try all sports and hobbies instead of being clinged to a single one.

This. So much this. If it wasn't so ridiculous to make people stop masturbating, now they want you to quit doing what you like. Next thing TRP is going to teach you to stop fucking women because "monk mode". I went to psychatrics twice because of excessive videogames when I was young. All of them were adamant in that if it was time doing what you like, then it's not wasted time. And I also agree with the guy above me. Got a LTR going with 6 of those points covered. Big tattoo on her back of a plant (colored; not very visible because she's white), belly and nose piercing (small ones). It's going very well so far. TRP reading helps me keep the relationship going, life outside relationship still happy and positive, self-improvement going well, work-wise going good.

Rollo was the guy who first brought me to TRP by his blog. After reading more than once every post in his website, every other piece of knowledge from this sub became auxilliary to his. There's actually a line between being a bitchy and demanding woman than wishing your partner improved in his job, life or had different hobbies than smoking pot with his friends. It's open to interpretation in the movie whether she passed with him moments where she "deserves" or not whatever Marky Mark wanted to give her. In my own opinion, Seth McFarlane hit the spot when he did this, because he never left a clue whether the couple passed through hardships, so BP society gets happy because she …

Yes, as I said in this occasion your way to deal is straight-on perfect. But it all depends on OP's interpretation for the case, because there's little information to provide a clear answer. Tell her you're really dissappointed with her, and the way she is handling the relationship between you both, but you still are giving her a second chance to make it up for it. She will flake, telling you she did nothing wrong and you're making things up. If she does, then just make a generic disapproval sign again, and send her a message that she's free to do whatever she wants, and bail if she's unhappy with it. The classic will pop up: "Why, do you want to stop seeing me?". Then you reply wit…

Yes, that's the idea. This is called positive reinforcement; you reinforce positive behaviour for her without breaking your frame, by inducing homeopathic doses of emotion. If she is not receptive, retreat, rock state. She will eventually understand that the relationship is her doing and helping you get what you want. She is the first mate, not the captain. She can't take the decisions in the relationship, but may help bring up topics which you're not taking into consideration. In the case of no…

I had the exact opposite feelings on this. Marky Mark is stuck on his 30's in a deadend job, with little to no desire to improve, while he gets stuck on his apartment with his inanimate object brought to life friend smoking pot while watching movies and stuff from the 80's/70's whatever. There's no ambition, no desire in Marky Mark except keeping his life a constant while his girlfriend is pushing herself in a job where her boss is a threat to their relationship while beta Mark doesn't even addr…

If she's willing to develop her sexual experiences with you as a partner, that's a great way to shape a LTR into your own quirks and dirty details, and may negate the time needed to prepare her for this training. If she's not, and will refuse to cooperate (common if she's in a traditional value family), a tight tunnel isn't exactly the only thing in the equation which brings a good experience.
/r/askTRP05/11/14 04:11 PM

Confirming this theory. A few months so far, this LTR is the best captain-first mate experience I've ever had, thanks to prior TRP knowledge acquiring. And I wasn't even looking to start one, in the first place.

Truth hits like a brick-filled glove fullspeed on your chin. It's how you stand up after that trainwreck which defines your success. TRP teaches you how you get up after crying in fetal position, stand up, pick a couple teeth you lost, look at them, look at the glove, and laugh at it.

First of all, congratulations on posting your wrongs. Most people in TRP are more focused in delivering success than failures. Not sure if this is already going, but Agree and Amplify works wonders in this situation. Tell her you were expecting more of her as well, and you're willing to give her a 'second chance'. You won't be able to commit to your full routine in the first two weeks. It's completely natural and you don't need to feel down because of that. Your body naturally adjusts to it and sooner than you think, you'll be grinding your exercise in auto mode. Yes. I have a new "hamster" which since Monday evening decides that whenever I drive, 10 minutes later I'm prone to be in an accident which may cause my death or severe trauma. He's called panic syndrome. My body starts to shiver, my heart starts to pump, usually one of my arms start to tingle and I get goosebumps. Rightafter that fucking spin, my BP is at 180/100 usually, which is the limit for the body's physical tolerance for "fight or flight" reactions; anything above that might induce risks…

After reading about both theories for a while, I could make a very precise argument on them: PUA techniques will help you spin a railgun at your targets. Faster spinning, more bullets per second, aiming is only secondary. As a rule of thumb, the more you try to hit, the more you actually do. It does little to refine your aiming. TRP helps you trade that railgun for a scoped single-fire M4. All intrincacies which will help that gun be as accurate as possible, such as including wind and distance r…

Do you see me blaming TRP for this event anywhere?
/r/TheRedPill30/09/14 12:12 PM

My usual extreme is 1-1.5g. Last week was an average of about 600-800mg. Two 200mg pills, four coffee cups. I'll try that out in a few months, and reduce my usual caffeine intake to cups-only, no pills. And keep it at a 2-3 cups a day dosage. You cannot disagree that in that moment, no matter how pissed off you still are, you controlled that feeling and let rationalization guide you towards your goal, not gut anger. It doesn't matter how much anger you still have inside yourself when you accept it, as long as you are now able to control it and deal with it, the step towards Acceptance was already taken. You learnt how to move on because it's way more productive than being pissed off and telling all women to fuck off.

Congratulations, you're now on a stage where most, if not all the fun is at when it comes to TRP concepts: Acceptance. Once Anger is subsided and controlled, you learned and mastered all the backlash caused by the huge, heavy punch in your face called "Truth", which hits like a fucking brick. First it hurts (Incredulity), you can't believe how hard it hurts. Second, you feel rage (Anger) towards the assailant, but then you come to accept he's not the problem here, he's just the messenger (Accept…

People make irrational decisions when drunk. Women are making irrational decisions regarding sex in these cases. They regret having sex because their hamster spins them into believing it lowers their social status amongst their peers. Thus, she cries rape. Even though sex might have happened weeks before, not immediately after. The problem is that women, surprise surprise, do not want to be held accountable for their bad decisions. Rape is then trivialized. Real rape victims lose their shit. Sta…

How intimally did she knew the guys prior to meeting you? Because this could be a clear intent of statement that the guy wants to label you as simply a beta of that chick, and he's the real alpha.

Doesn't take years of boxing to understand a chin's resistance to a fist flung at it. Take or give as many pounds as you want, the guy falls. Specially if you have the opportunity of a cheap shot. Still wouldn't fight at that scenario. OP was clearly outnumbered and lacking options. This is just another situation where TRP needs to be weighted and discussed throughly, because the theory is not at your side in this particular real, albeit rare case.

Something along the lines that the wife can always disagree with the husband, and move on. Saying this with a very light tone, it is not a standard in muslim culture.
/r/TheRedPill24/09/14 08:42 PM
3

Saying this with no critics whatsoever to any line of thought or religion; the wife has next to zero power in her hands to say "no, I don't want that woman as your second wife'. Islam not only preaches total submission of the wife to the man, but gives him total power over his wife. Any attempt to show independence over her actions is not well seen.

Short answer: Backfire as in physically, not always. Socially, maybe. Psychologically, no, if you're ready for the backlash. Long answer: Harsh negging isn't as effective if you simply refrain yourself from complimenting someone used to being complimented, and dose standard negging together with it. Crushing egos is a high risk-moderate return strategy which only works in extreme cases. Tell her she's putting the carriage ahead of the horses. You need to have physical intimacy first to have emotional connection. If she tries to prove you wrong, maintain frame and tell her she can have her opinion, and you can have yours. If you tell it right, she'll understand well enough you're looking for someone who puts the carriage behind the horses. And if she really likes you, she'll change your mind.

Okay, let's do this your way. TRP is for both peasants and monarchs. No true Red Piller would bend the knee for anyone, except if it brings natural gains for them. No true Red Piller would "accept" being ruled in any means; they would want to be the rulers themselves. TRP doesn't want you to believe in any god; they want YOU to be your own God. Ultimately, your own faith is what moves you forward, regardless of what you believe. And when you believe in yourself, you're unbound to any dogma or th…

Then you shouldn't ask TRP, but rather the Church or a priest for advice. She isn't supporting your decision because it's logically flawed. I'm saying that even though I still breathe through my mouth sometimes (mainly when physical exertion is happening), my nose isn't partially blocked. You only absorb air 100% through your mouth if you physically block your nose, so now even when I breathe through my mouth, I get more oxygen. I can now sleep without breathing through my mouth, though. Which is great.

Anyone with a sufficiently deviated septum, excess nose cartilage or a bone spicula which interferes with the air passage. Not all deviations are harsh enough. Most people have only slight deviated septums which some doctors insist they should do surgery, even though the benefits are minimal and/or inexistent (this is why I went to consult myself with two completely unrelated otorhinolaryngologists for surgery evaluation; both had the same diagnostic).

Seldom, mainly when exercising, sleeping... one of my nostrils had only a fraction of standard oxygen intake. My problem just wasn't worse because I always practiced swimming, which improves breathing a lot. It always felt normal to me, but after the surgery, it still feels like heaven to not run out of air even when exerting myself to the peak of my physical conditions. Looked online and asked around; most people who were recommended on the surgery told me it was the best thing they ever done. This a thousand times. It could be applied to many of the AskTRP topics in this sub. Often men get too emotional to take the best out of an unconfortable situation. If this girl does slutty behaviour, treat her as a slut. Spin her. You don't want to fire her, unless being seen with her is bad for you. Spinning might be the best-case scenario, reasons explained above.

If your husband says you need to lose weight, and you feel shitty about it, you lose weight. Period. You don't need to go on Reddit to ask for tips to feel less shitty. You need to lose weight. That's it.

Again, only your physician can tell if you need surgery or not. Went on two different ones, both said it wasn't a necessity, but would definately help on sports and sleeping. So I thought it would be a good investment to lay off a month to perform better in everything physical-related for the rest of my life.

First of all, kudos for making a thread on TRP on not being successful. It takes balls to do it. Second, I'm in perfect agreement with your rationale. Happened to me more often than I could imagine, and you should just shrug it and move with your life. Third, this does not mean you should drop with all contact. If she didn't offered desire now, doesn't mean it would be like that everytime. Doesn't hurt to try again after a few months. The initial rejection is a big red light, obviously, so just …

It won't fix your clogging problem. It's only recommended if your breathing is naturally not perfect for some reason. But if you're having constant allergy problems, for instance, it does nothing to alleviate that. Check with your otolaryngologist for a checkup if there's any need for you to do the surgery.

I've had other "bombs". Like the "you like black haired women", when she's blonde. The small things add up, mainly when you're at a vulnerable state. And yea, I want to overreact on an internet forum instead of into her. Which is uncommon of my behaviour, and blaming it on the surgery could be labeled as "male hamstering". I'll handle this stiff accordingly, you guys gave me some good insight into it.

Thanks for the kind and truthful words. This wasn't a "rant" thread; everything went according to the AWALT saying. Just a reminder that you got to get your heads up and just like they test you, you can use situations to test them as well, without her willingly knowing it and by observation act and react accordingly. She could have continued playing the game on my rules, which she was winning with honors, but instead chose to 180º at a decisive moment. The surprising factor was more of another h…

I didn't ask her to take care of me for whatever reason. In fact, I refused to let her see me after surgery. We talked over for some days after, and she willingly went to the hospital after I was discharged by the medical team the day after surgery. There's no pressure by my side whatsoever on wanting her to assume a GF status. As a matter of fact, there's no "using" from my side, probably the opposite, because things didn't change after my surgery; I'm just not able to go out until I'm fully re…

She could've handled this soo much better. "Drake, you see, I'm kind of worried because the point we started seeing each other, and even sometime before, I didn't see any other man than you. It would be great to be reassured of the same commitment by you." Still passive, brought up the situation like a champ, got points in her score for maintaining this great behaviour even when my situation called her to do the opposite. I did "agree and amplify" the first time. She got bold and tried to drag on the conversation by still being mad. What do you do when children misbehave? You give them a time-out. And that's exactly what I'll do. EDIT: I'd rather not lie but misdirect. I wasn't lying when I told her it wouldn't matter, and at the same time didn't get her what she wanted. In HS, your SMV is at a low point. It's a point of debate within TRP because many of those who claim to have "swallowed the pill" still can't wear the amorality shoes on their issues. So they'll say they're alpha and shit and still ban all possibilities of cheating. Cheat if you want. Cheat if you think it's a rational decision. Be happy by yourself. Fulfill your ambitions. Learn something new. Disregard success on your personal life as spinning plates; take it as a side hobby. If you consider females as a small part of your happiness, instead of a major one, you won't feel pressured to pursue them. Less pressure means you can rationalize any mindset much easier. Thus, any principle you learnt in TRP can be applied, regardless if it's a plan-C-6/10 or a would-fuck-yesterday-9/10. This is why lifting is so important for …

If they reply a negative, then there's nothing you or them can do about it, it's a dead horse being kicked, and it's time being wasted by you and your comrades, and you should let them know it. Damn right. Hide away all irrefutable evidence that proves you wrong, then you're gold. It's like how those anti-vaccination groups tell you how it increases autism in children, yet hide all the benefits conquered in decades of such simple yet so effective medical invention.

You seem to be passing a slightly different message. Pursuing happiness is more important than being happy per se. You can be the saddest person ever, but if you're striving to be happier, and to clear shit from your life (and actually making it happen) it's a sign you are successful. You will never archieve a perfect life, otherwise you are not ambitious. You should always pursue a better life; a better salary/corporation to manage, a better home, car, body, woman, clothing. It's what drives us…

We had someone in a workout forum had blood tests every two weeks after he started taking tribulus terrestris. He had no significant changes whatsoever in diet, supplementation or workout routines. In 2 months, his free testosterone levels raised 15%. It's backed up with blood exam results. If you want to take it one step further, consider this supplement.

You and your brother still need to learn things from TRP. If a plate complains and "demands", it's not a plate anymore. It's a liability, and Red Pillers ditch liabilities. You can be with as many women as you'd like and if any of them dares to complain or demand shit, you'll just say to her "that's the way it is". Abundance mentality. This is the prerrogative of my theory of "backup plans any TRP'er should have". When you plan your week ahead, including your dates, you should always, ALWAYS have at the very least a disposable "plan B" ready. The benefits of this are the same as having multiple women at your disposal; if a date bails, you pull your plan B card. My go-to tip is: if you're going to gym training hard, chicks will naturally ask you to change weights in equipments, tips in their training/nutrition and assorted things just to break the ice if you're confident. This is when you approach. This happens way more in gyms without many personal trainers supervising. If you're going to the gym with the mentality of picking up girls, you're fucking your training up.

Any drive you can possibly control and channel will yield very poweful results. The problem is that something as powerful as a sex drive is often uncontrollable, mainly when our present society and culture stimulates us so much in this regard. First of all, I'd like to know how the euthanasia ended, and I'd love to know more about your greyhounds. This AMA came one day short of my last month email, and by now you should remember (at least vaguely) the context. Second, my culture is highly permeated by feelings, even amongst men. It's tough to act stoic when everything is a true carnival and the common definition of beauty is the "frog woman". I'm aware that western culture is pretty much universal, but the question which arises now an…

My father isn't a red pill guy per se. He is completely submissive financially to my mother, who doesn't work for shit and tries to be a household wife, but fails miserably due to overspending in expensive shit. But he always drives people to move out of this zone. Instigating, mocking, goading. He is a very annoying guy to be around if you're from his inner family/friend circle. He always pushed me and my brother to improve. This was mostly from knowledge, which he didn't had the opportunity to…

www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eike_Batista This guy was an anonymous millionaire. He rose up to be a billionaire based solely on his reputation. Today his fortune is in shambles because of bad administration. My point is that in my country looks can be more important than actual facts, and this is a prime example of it. And it looks like everywhere around the world this is starting to become more and more common.

By GLO's viewpoint, Dan Bilzeran is one hell of a bluepill. Yet all he does is play poker and post Instagram images of gorgeous women/firearms/jets/condos. Not sure how I relate to this. On one point, this guy fucks pussy like there's no tomorrow without sweating. On the other hand, he doesn't seem like the type of guy who works hard for his money. Sure, there's risks involved, but I've always imagined poker as a game that once you figure out how to play, you learn how to maximize profit and min…

Channel all destructive feelings into constructive ones. Feeling frustrated about how stupid you were? Go lift like a madman. Jog an additional mile in your routine. Start a new sport to channel frustration over how you're learning, instead of something else. The more you feed those feelings, the more they'll damage you. The only thing that you can do to make them worth anything is if you use them as fuel for opposite (constructive) goals. Anger and rage are exceptionally useful to break your ph…

The main issue here is that the classical behaviours of insecurity (overagression, loud talking, funny guy stereotype...) are easy to find; it's more like the subtle insecurities that they sniff and destroy you later (talking about your feelings, agreeing and amplifying bullshit to avoid confrontation, amongst others).

Contraceptive use has nothing to do on Bolsa Familia. It is due to the government widespread strategy of distributing contraceptives and the industry being heavily subsided to provide their products for dirt-cheap price. A pack with 4 units of one of the best condomn brands in Brazil is close to a couple dollars. A month pill contraceptive is nearly 4-5 dollars. Four day-after pills are 8 dollars. Compare these prices to neighbour countries and you'll understand why Brazil has one of the lowest …

I'm not advocating against men with low stature. As a matter of fact, I respect those that can maintain frame under such conditions. But this example is the clear indication that if you want to behave like the alpha, things are going to get harder. And if you take things for granted and relax in a comfort zone in these circunstances, things will get vicious towards you. This is just a prime example of why RP is important in aspects beyond getting laid and spinning plates.

Having close, powerful friends is very important in case something goes wrong. C'mon, another fucking bashing on masturbation? Fuck off, you don't want to fap that's your fucking problem. Masturbation has nothing to do on how you build your character, keeping your frame or RP behaviour/self-improvement. It's already time someone get some facts straight on extremes of masturbation. It wasn't jerking off that was an escape. You associated masturbation with loneliness and a setting of thoughts that quickly merged together once you engaged in the act.

If you aim high, even if you fail, other women who saw you try will see you as someone who is playing game at a certain level. Those who are interested in you won't back away from it. God the comments session of that piece of crap article manages to be even more cringeworthy than the attempts of the journalist to call out BS on Dana. Also, the fact that he's an Alpha does not mean he's a competent guy. It would be a great deal of an ego boost for a female to promote a beta to alpha status. It would be her "master project", and most probably a few women may find appeal in this endeavour, as long as she does not have to work for it and reap the hard work the beta took to reach this status. This is my take on the issue, so take it with a grain of salt. For omegas, sorry, you still need to have the minimum sex appeal for this to happen.

The extremes need to be addressed accordingly in TRP. We know the benefits of holding yourself from constant masturbation. Skill marketing should always a by-product of your ambition to perfection, not your goal per se. If YOU feel like you're good enough, pursue other skills. Try bass, drums, violin, harmonica. If you don't, practice it until you find yourself confortable with it. Don't expect people to know how good you are at subjects they're alienated to. I have a friend with the exact same fucking story. I'm starting even to think OP's name is Sergio. It's not uncommon.

Reminds me of this guy in my country who won a 20 million dollar lottery prize (~50 million in my currency). Married a 25-year old younger bitch. One year and a half later, was killed at her orders. Four days before the crime, he confronted her for buying a 200-grand penthouse in a touristic part of the country and threatened to remove her from his will. Things aren't much different around the world.

Don't know why you got downvoted. This guy is right. White Knights will always be White Knights. Use things to your favor. If Facebook drives you nuts (I'll admit it does to me) then learn not to. You won't stop it. Live on, forget about it, prove how wrong they are through yourself.

I've posted about a theory on a "purple pill". We can't expect everything to be absolutes. Same applies with TRP. As I said in the link, people who grasp and already applied the concepts before, but refuse/do not apply them anymore are IMO in this category. However, /u/Rollo-Tomassi himself described perfectly the first 5 stages of swallowing TRP, but this is more of a "swallowing" phase, rather than a different pill on itself.

Don't be a fucking lone wolf. Being an alpha does not mean you have to fight with other alphas. If you have something to deal with others, be it of monetary, social or learning value, you'll get people to be around you. This is good, as long as the scale isn't too weighted on either side. If you have a friend who is nothing but a leech on your wallet, and is not contributing to anything of your value, he isn't your friend. Now, if he is a very efficient wingman, a co-worker with access to the up…

It's all cool to be a Buddhist or whatever religion you want until you face dogmas. You do not seem too familiar with the theory, but let's put it this way; Buddhism preaches chastity. TRP and chastity are IMHO antagonists. Catholicism preaches celibate pre-marriage. Only recently the Roman church started to let go of the idea that condomns are "evil". See where this is heading? If you suddenly start to let religion dictate your life, or become "lucky" enough to be in a circle where all those wh…

I mean you cannot expect to have a good time in a place where it's very difficult to do what you want to do, with the added risk of having lots of potential to rebuke on you. Women who go to the church do not expect to find potential sexual partners. If you think there's an opening, you're following an exception to the rule, and there's a whole other new level of approach there, which is difficult to find knowledge because of it's inherent essence. If you think there's an opening, exploit it.

I said blindly following religion gives you limits. I've studied religion for a long time. Had plenty of examples of people being limited by their religious beliefs. Had they freed themselves from those imaginary shackles, their quality of life would leap tremendously. TRP does the opposite; if it restrains your potential, you should let it go. Thus, religion becomes a tool, not a mean.

TRP is boundless. It does not restrict itself. The opposite of TRP is TBP; restraint. "With freedom comes responsability" - Roosevelt. The foundation is freedom; the building itself is how you deal with it. Religion gives you limits. Any religion will do so. The more of a fanatic you are, the more those boundaries rise. Many I've seen men start with religious boundaries as simple lines, and in days become twenty-feet high, four-feet wide concrete walls. I'm not talking solely about self-improvem…

I want all those feminist preachers which want a change of posture to post a picture of their 20's. I bet most of them were close to a decent HB rating to warranty a safe passage to the cock carousel. Then conveinently changed their minds at their 30's. Why don't we see this role being played by a hot mid-20-year old woman in the media?

Capitalism 101. If you have wares that can be sold to the greatest amount of potential costumers, your potential of selling them increases. /u/MakeMoneyNotWar nailed it.

Bullshit. If you train everyday, you won't be able to rest completely from such exerting routine, and overtraining symptoms would appear sooner or later, depending on the same criteria you said. If you're training everyday, didn't rest for a day at least once a week, and no overtraining symptoms appeared in a week or two, you're not training hard enough, and need to check your routine accordingly.

Even on the most spreadout workout routines you still need at least an offday once a week.

It's pretty hard nowadays to be born and keep oneself unplugged for an entire lifetime. There's just too many variables going on to insist on you to stay away from TRP.

Got some workout colleagues of my own from multiple facets. Some of them do steroids, others don't. Some workout in a "summer project" way, others do it the entire year. I see those who are really commited to working out constantly challenge themselves to be the closest/equals to the ones using steroids. It may be impossible for them to archieve such goal, but the motivation of trying to peak "clean" is a very powerful motivation tool for some few. So if anyone claims BS on 300 body standards, a…

Working out, and specially conditioning myself to a long-term commitment to it after 10 years of coming back and forth to a gym. Spent an entire week of holidays to prepare myself for it. One of the best time/resource investments so far I've made in my recent years.

I completely wasn't expecting you to show up. But since you did, big motherfucking kudos on your works. If you say so, then the theory just doesn't hold up, I guess. Even in the grey areas, you're still BP if you can't find a way through.

As I said in another post, it helped that I already had a mindset of improving myself constantly. TRP is way ahead than those three concepts, I'm aware. Cited those as examples of ideas that were already there in my mind.

Another RP'er takes it to the top by giving females what they crave. You're still far from planar form, though. True planar form can only be archieved after you are away from the game through age. Until then, pursue perfection of the game. Pursue perfection of yourself. The best thing of being an RP'er is that the boundaries are not there anymore. You can be whatever you want. And knowing this is already a feat only a few truly understand. Congratulations, sir. You have my respect. Just don't fu…

I tried to adopt that notion (RP is a joke; found my unicorn), against my own will, unconsciously. The feeling of something not being quite right and the hauntings of all these rules confirming themselves, one by one, is kinda horrifying. I'm happy today with myself. Adopted the notions of the RP without letting go of what made me, in my own views, a great human being. Which every day makes me happier, now that the rules are clear and I can live with them in peace, acknowledging them for what th…

My fiáncee was 32. Solid 7. Bought the same shit for two and a half years. Things went south, met The Red Pill a couple months ago. Helped a lot that I was already working out semi-hard and knew the basics of gaming beforehand. Did OP's friend mistake. Will probably "yup" with a few friends I know, unfortunately.

It's alright to be human, Mr. Rock. Be a foundation, but show signs of humanity, a sliver. Depending on her reception, gradually show a little more if she's receptive, negate everything and be the rock if she doesn't. Don't ever deal in absolutes; some women (a few, almost none, exceptions, take it the way you want) may actually feel safer when you are a rock with everyone, but share a few of your emotions to her; it shows trust, security. This is all, obviously, when the woman in question is be…
