I am fasting as it's Ramadan. Part of the problem is I can't get the usual 1-2 meals I usually get on my 1 day on 1 day off takeaway diet. I was using that startergy to wean myself off of junk food and it was working. Because my eating time is limited and take aways close a couple of hours after opening my fast it's hard to get a takeaway meal walking to the take away so I end up ordering from Just Eat.
