I am finally able to verbalise what I am. I am a low value man. The terminology dawned upon me today.

Years ago I actually learned I was not desirable due to certain traits such as being long term unemployed, overweight, bad hygiene and generally not taking care of myself. But only today was I able to masterfully contextualise who I am in society.

It's okay. I understand my position on the board of life. I have for the last few years been working on myself. Slowly I have been making progress.

I went from 360lbs to then maintaining my weight in the 340s then the 330s and now the 320s. I'm broadly built and tall so I don't look like most people weighing in the 320s however I certainly am no Samir Bannout.

I changed my diet from eating £10-15 worth of take away junk food including drinking 3 litres of Coca Cola a day to one 3 piece chicken and chips (fries) meal with 3 hotwings and a can of coke. Yes this isn't exactly a healthy meal however it has much less calories in it than what I used to have.

Also there has been times where I ate much healthier restricting junk food and only having it once in the week. My longest stint eating healthy was 7 weeks. Currently I am not going to the take away.

Other things I have improved on is having more longer stints sleeping early instead of 6am, longer stints of good hygiene, overall hygiene being better and seeking counseling for my personal battles.

Yes I am low value but I am working to change that.
