That's mostly since 90% of TRP is angry phase posts, I used to go there and, among conclusions I have of my own that differ from TRP, it becomes an echo chamber where all you see is bitching about feminism, posts that used to be about "Woman did X thing to Guy, this is what was in Guy's hands that he did wrong" have turned into "Woman did X thing, man what a bitch they all do the same, feminism is enabling her and punishing him" so it makes it easy for people have any dislike over TRP to increas…

I think the whole AWALT deal is more gender neutral than you'd think. From what I understand it is a gross generalization RP uses meant not to say "All women will turn into scumbags the moment you lower your guard" but rather as a safety measure similar with guns, every gun should be considered to be loaded. So the way I see it, regardless of you being male or female, you open up to someone else, give your trust and heart and what not to the other person, that very fact means you're in a vulnera…

Maybe $1200 if you get unlucky. That's basically the cost if you don't start your trip on a city with a big airport. You'll have to make a stop to said big city airport first and that can add up $300ish to the plane ticket. For someone who lived in Texas, I'm seeing flights in the 800s in Expedia if they start in Dallas or Houston, but 1200s if they start from another city that has to stop there.

It's attachment, you cling emotionally to certain situations, it could be due to low-self esteem or a need for validation (these two usually come in together). Just "sucking it up" is bad advice because you're not addressing the root of the reason why it affects you so much. Might work wonders short term but long term it could just give way in to other issues that'll require you to see a therapist (you could actually get started with seeing one).

For some reason I thought this was about increasiing how much you lift. It's kind of like that saying "happiness is a decision".

It was my gateway into the world of lifting and all the injuries taught me a bit about the body, not sure if I'd say worth it but I took as much as I could from this past year
/r/TheRedPill29/01/15 06:11 PM
1

I was a total beginner, I did some tae kwon do and ran a 5k but couldn't go past 5 push-ups. My first year with stronglifts was basically going in and out of injuries from bad squat form and weak joints and tendons. I'm starting all over again from empty bar but with a modified routine, a sort of mix of 5x5 and 5/3/1, in about three months I'll get to see if this works better for me than stronglifts.
/r/TheRedPill29/01/15 05:57 PM

Not with the intention to take any momentum off OP's post but the people who come from a background of having not lifted before or never done a push-up shouldn't start right away with stronglifts or SS. Granted that yes, they are beginner routines but I'd say only in the sense that they cannot lift above a certain number, but someone who hasn't lifted before and likely first needs to address joint strenghtening and mobility work is going to set themselves up for injury and once they reach a cert…

ICF has so much extra work I feel it's not right for someone who is coming from a background where they sit all day at work then at home to watch tv or surf the net. It's a beginner routine yes, but only numbers wise (as in anyone who can't squat over 2 plates), but someone who hasn't lifted should do other steps first before considering ICF.

I think the real question would be, why would it affect you? This is a genuine question with no intention to antagonize. Why would her pointing out that a celebrity is pretty hot take anything away from you? While Agree and Amplify's definitively the right answer, you'll just be faking it, which yes, you can start by faking it till you make it, but you'll have to be genuine about it at some point. edit: Just noticed in another comment that it doesnt bothers you, so I suppose I leave that questio…

The problem isn't the zone itself, it's the oneitis that is the problem and that falls on the guy not the woman, not everyone will be attracted to you. You either have to accept that and meet new friends through her or next her and move on if you're too emotionally invested.

The best cardio is sprinting, jog 60 seconds, sprint for 15 seconds for a mile. You'll feel right away the huge difference between actually pushing your own body forward against fatigue and gravity over having the treadmill move you. If you're gonna work on a sandbag do it, i.e. you want to practice punching and kicking then do that training under a discipline that practices such.

While it is a necessity, nothing in excess is good, there should definitively be a ceiling for this, due to the quantity of incoming people most people are in the anger phase, one of the problems this can cause is a perception that anger phase is not a phase but a constant of the whole TRP thing, so rather than actually going and doing shit and coming with terms that things are the way they are, people will just perma-anger phase.

My only problem with this is that lately the sub seems to be less about taking control of your sexual life by self-improvement, proper gaming and understanding the hamster and more about bitching about feminism or evil shit some women do so it will come across that TRP's just about bitching.

Don't talk about TRP, don't use the term or the "jargon" employed here a lot, I'm not really active here anymore as I was in spring but I sometimes give small TRP truths here and there and even my uber-feminist one-of-the-guys best friend agrees with me. Hell she's called me mysoginistic because, save for exceptions, I tend to not find women with pixie haircut attractive and women with long shiny voluminous hair make me drool, but I'll talk to her about hypergamy, af/bb and she'll agree.

Girls do this shit a lot, not only for "alpha" guys, also for beta orbiters, they are well aware of their intentions but "omg friendship", they will hold on to people to their lives just because of what they believe is a friendship, when in reality there's no actual or honest desire for a friendship from either part. The orbiter or alpha guy will, in their own different ways, seek sexual opportunity. The girl will relish on the attention, which comes in different flavors from emotional support f…

She felt safe in the US, the husband's a drug lord from looks of it, it may have been a response to fear and control that's missing between the lines in the story. She's probably glad the husband didn't kill her there and then when he did what he did to 'discipline' her. But then again, I can't feel much empathy towards women that seek men in that trade.

Not sticking to your beliefs is emasculating. Sure the frat guy who lays drunk chicks every weekend will call you a pussy, but do you care what he has to say? This is partially for religion and partially because it's impossible to get a girl to fuck you even if you're the hottest alpha out there. Alpha's get cute girls and date numerous girls at once but don't fuck. wat

But they do, and not in the sense that "their hypergamy will kick in and do this or that" but that, as human beings, a good deal of women are more shitty than decent people, but this is also true for men. It's more of a "people suck" thing. Not trying to be pessimistic or that there aren't good people out there, but you'll find more people trying to screw you over or just plain ignore you than try to do good for you. how I want my children raised? This alone should tell you. Because of your new faith, there's new things you want out of life and they now differ greatly from hers, you won't put your soul in danger if you stay with her (how can you believe in a God of love and still think that?) but you are inevitably going to get to the point where you both want different things in a family and eachother. What red pill does tell you is why you want SMV, not because of the obvious "high SMV = attractive" but because it explains what happens when you let it go down. This is probably why the sub has so much divorced men who can now explain to themselves why their ex-wife suddenly turned cold and ended with half their money, the kids and the house and why things like being more helpful around the house, going out of his way to surprise her and pampering her did not work.

Your qualities that lean towards the beat end of the spectrum can be either innate (like part of your personality) or dependencies and external issues, the latter you can fix because they stem from issues in your life, sometimes you don't even have to address them directly and getting a hobby, lifting or putting yourself out there can be enough to shape your self-worth, once you value yourself you stop putting women in a pedestal and treat them as human beings, which curiously is what RP detract…

Nope think of it as a boat sinking: it will tip over, sink and then go up, and go down again. Society's been mostly led by men for the longest of times, which had its host of issues that have led to level the play field for women and it's slowly been tipping to favor women more, as seen by the most vocal voices of feminism they take more than give so it may make it to the point where women are overfavored over men which will of course now lead to its own host of problems (many becoming apparent …

Something I've been noticing is that, among the AWALT trends and RP truths regarding female behaviour, a good education and family values deters the hamster and hypergamy to a degree. Now this is falls more in the realm of common sense, untouched by feminism nor RP: A person who was raised well won't do fucked up things. How's that different from telling men and women alike to avoid dark alleys or walking by themselves at night, specially in bad neighborhoods, you aren't spreading paranoia and distrust, you are telling they do whatever they need to do to be safe.

You should go to asktrp. Guys who ask advice on how to lie or cheat are immediatly told not to, despite the fact that this is supposed to be amoral meaning, the person makes their own choice and they aren't told to lie or tell the truth, it's really not our business to tell people what is right or wrong, but the advice is that they should build their own frame and set of beliefs and values and to stand by them and then make their own choices.

I just take what I need from it, yes the part that's encourage improvement but not just that, but the parts that explain why women do the things they do and to learn to accept them. This last part is usually drowned in all the hate TRP receives but this is why so many guys stay, why after the EMSK post the sub had a surge of subscribers because it answers the question "why do they say they want nice guys but go for the jerks" and goes beyond just saying cause jerks are confident and you should j…

That is like saying people who go to therapy shouldn't take that much effort to just identify the things that hurt them and make a decision to cut them from their lives. I was told the very things you say through my life but it never clicked, yet for every person who'd tell me to put my foot down I'd get a hundred who'd tell me how great I was for being selfless and nice and to never change, so it drowned in the noise.

it's about the man's happiness and fulfillment and if the woman doesn't jump to meet his demands, she's discarded, like a toy that's stopped working. Curiously TRP has helped me deal with situations where women told me to meet certain demands when they really expected others, treat you like a toy and discard you when a better one appears. It just happens that there isn't a subreddit for that because it's all, in the Joker's words, "part of the plan" but then a guy goes to counteract that and eve…

We'll need more cues as to what your 'bad boys' qualities are and what is she recently demanding out of you. You can be a better man without focusing on being a better man for her, but to be a better man for yourself and your own sake and she can either enjoy the improvement and join the ride or take a leave. That's pretty much one of the core values of RP.

The problem here is, women have a tendency to tell you what you want to hear when you ask them a question about this, not because of dishonesty, but because they tend to be non-confrontational. This puzzled and hurt me a lot in the past because whenever I asked something, they would say one thing and do another and I would mistakenly be bitter at them without realizing that this is just how they do and to better understand a woman you have to see her behaviour and what she does so I'd say to OP,…

The effects of Oneitis is something I'm re-learning the hard way right now (thankfully not on the level your father is experiencing). Followed TRP literature to a T with a girl who had told me I was too good and could only see me as a friend a couple years ago, she contacted me to hang out after a long time without seeing eachother, we met and by the end of the night I did things with her I didn't even imagine when I was crushing on her. You would've gotten a bang under her terms. In an ideal world this wouldn't be a bad thing, you are both supposed to be rational human beings, you shouldn't have to worry about having an upper ground or not doing things on her terms. Some days could be sex under his terms, some days under hers, you know, just treat her like a human being, you know? You are both equals and a couple. How I wish that was true, this sub would be unnecessary and maybe even primitive, but by having played in her terms…

This is why oneitis is so toxic, you essentially give the other person a grand amount of power over you, EVEN if you're in a LTR, even if she loves you, she is human, she can make mistakes, and most of all, when the ups and downs of life brings you down her hypergamy kicks in and you can't fault her for it, she's biologically predisposed to look for a better, stronger man if you're weak, what values she was taught at home will make a difference if she stays and fights with you or she "just doesn…

Lift, read the side bar and allow yourself to be a bit more selfish. Even small things like if a date feels like having hot wings, if you want pizza that day then dammit, drive you both to pizza and tell her next time it's hot wings. If you ever feel like you're in a situation where you want everyone to be win/win stop yourself for a bit and just stick to what you want. I agree, this should be more up the alley of MRA, as sad as they have become. I mean, hey it's great that there's women out there who recognize that current feminism is veering away from closing the gap in human/lawful rights between men and women and focusing more towards female supremacy. But, seeing it here on TRP I wonder, how does this help me add to my sex life?

Twilight was literally based on this premise. Bella was supposed to be the average of all averages, and as plain as possible and yet despite all this, she would still somehow be special enough that Edward Cullen would seek her out like she's crack. And then Jacob? Guy's the ultimate beta bux. Should Bella lose her plan A, she will always have her Plan BB.

You never truly see how bad "fat acceptance" is until you get surrounded by white knights in a bar for not reciprocating the advances of a heavy lady, because you must obviously only like skeletons, don't like real curves and probably a pedophile because the body of a 11 year old must be what you want. This shit won't fly in my home country but in the US it appears to slowly be more common. I won't go out of my way to offend a woman for her weight, I don't give a shit how you lead your life, but…

There was a thread asking what you didn't agree with in RP and one of the things I posted about was that I didn't like how things are dealt in absolutes, that the world is shades of gray (no, not those shades) and not white and black, and that's true but also now I see redpillschool's point on why the information is presented as such, and it's not meant for me, who has a clear idea of why AWALT and under what circumstances that will be the case or not, but I believe its a pretty strong way to sl…

I learned about agree & amplify in completely desexualized context and until RP I didn't realize it was totally a thing, it was at my previous job during the training there was this guy who wasn't very good at it, not sure what he was doing over there as it was clear it wasn't his area and was, uh 'encouraged' to resign 6 months later but I digress. This is akin to a troll in /r/asktrp who posted what we thought about him since he was a male feminist who liked to be pegged and basically "the enemy". The boyfriend wants to feel like a man and he's come to the one place he's heard will help him achieve that. But yes, let's demonize him instead of helping him. There's one issue here. Despite reading TRP, he is still stuck at the first stage, he hasn't taken responsibility for anything, he continues to whine to his girlfriend when its wide-spread knowledge here that doing this to women has pretty bad effects. You don't have to be "Being aggressive, playing games with women, being really dominant, etc." to be 'alpha', sure those qualities naturally incline you to be perceived as such, but at the end of the day, what matters is that you build a solid frame and you do whatever the fuck you want to do without letting anyone second guess yourself.

"Follow your heart not your head" This is how I see it, the body is a carriage, the heart is the horse, the mind is the driver. Without the horse, the carriage and the driver aren't going anywhere they want to get to, but if the driver doesn't knows how to direct the horse, the horse will just drag the carriage through less tan favorable terrain. If you have a co-driver, you may take notice of their opinion, but you'll be damned if you let anyone tell you where you want to drive to.

Feminism should've ended when women gained the right to vote, go to college or enter the same jobs men do and taught kids that men and women have the same rights under the law. That's the kind of feminism I liked, because the women that achieved that got off their ass and did something about it, and with good reason, two human beings should have the same opportunities. Anything beyond that is just inequality towards the other side of the scales.

I can almost predict the r/relationship sub's opinion on this matter: "You should respect that she doesn't wants sex" "You're a loser for rejecting her when she finally took the big leap to accept sex" "You're not respecting her boundaries" I think sexual satisfaction is the biggest indicator of a relationship's health. Obviously both are ideal, but I'd say it's 40% looks and 60% game in the real world. With game you can do pretty much anything looks enable you, looks just give you the ability to get better looking women but average looks and good game can get you solid 7s and 8s. Good looks and no game will probably just get you 7s from time to time. If you're playing the tinder game, it falls a lot more on looks, we've seen how far just looks can get you.

The only diversity in science should be in (well fundamented) hypothesis and theories. Not in skin or gonads. Theory: Not one in particular, but rather whenever something is presented as black or white. Going beyond female hamstering, male or female, nobody should ever permit something, that doesn't really affects you directly (and it really doesn't) or is not within your control, to cause you offense or unhappyness. This is what I had been thinking since the recent influx sparked apologistic threads, while self-improvement is a major element of RP and I agred with what people were saying, it somehow seemed off. I'm glad this is being addressed and by a mod no less.

You'll find that more often than not. When people in other subreddits are being sincere about attraction and having others respect you, the advice they give you pretty much is the same RP says and others will agree, but only as long as you don't call it RP or use RP terminology, if you do you'll be demonized and what you type will be pretty much disregarded, no matter how true or right it is.

It was your diet. These are very rough numbers, but on a 1g protein/1lb of BW diet, only about ~20% of your protein intake go towards muscle repair, another 20%ish (the famous 60g recommended daily intake) for regular bodily functions such as making the cells your immune system uses, pH balancing, making the proteins that transport nutrients, etc and the rest towards maintain muscle and keeping it from devouring itself. How much do you squat? I've no doubt you're stronger than me as you bench tw…

Alpha this, Beta that. It's just a spectrum, like the x axis on a graphic. I don't believe it's very productive to label every shade and variations within this spectrum. Specially if you were to include in this spectrum a second dimension, a 'y axis' to describe men or humanity's behavior. With that said, cultures like Korea are extremely cohesive social wise, much of individuality is suppressed and these girls may just be doing what since they were little were programmed to believe was expected…

There is no "lifehack" or easy way to tell, you simply have to get to know her (which is what dating really is when your objective is LTRs) and be capable of judging her character. But I have noted this in some cases, really hope it doesn't comes to this for you, but basically prior to the wedding day or when she feels the engagement is close, these women will talk about their life/future together nonstop and at first it may seem like she is really happy about their union but her language might …

She simply hasn't hit the wall yet. Once she does that house is gonna get her wet, and most likely, there will be a guy who will be all too happy to provide it to her and cross his fingers every day of his marriage that another guy won't appear who will make her believe she's young and attractive again. It's not her fault though, really, it's men who do this to themselves.

Same here. Before reading TRP I felt much pride at the fact that the mothers of the girls I took on dates were always telling their daughters to take it to the next level with me and were always so kind and showed much hospitality to me, they'd go "my mom never likes guys I go out with, but she really likes you.", "If she knows I'm with you she doesn't minds if we come home late". I don't think this shows anything we didn't already know and is easily seen reflected in pop culture and media. What I'd like to see is now age of men vs age of women they are in a relationship with, and viceversa. This is completely anecdotal and perhaps a poor sample, but of the people I know, about 30% of men are with women their age, maybe 2 years above. The rest is over 5 years older. More often than not, it's not actually because she's a unicorn, most of us who have put a woman on a pedestal in our past can look back and see that in 99% of cases, these women weren't much of a big deal. With that smart girl you took classes with, a friendly girl you made small talk with at the park walking your dog, that really nice one you got introduced to by a friend/family or maybe a really close trustworthy friend you ended up falling for. Of course, during those times, we couldn't explain at all what hell happpened.

It looks as if you are taking a bunch of qualities/traits and want to re-assemble yourself like some sort of personality frankenstein, I don't believe it works that way. If you don't have the qualities you list then put yourself in situations where you exert them (volunteering to develop "nice" traits, for example).

I don't think the fiancé is a beta. This dude is alpha He took long enough to start sleeping with her, although it was his intention all along Once the relationship started he put her on a pedestal. Girl responded accordingly by making him her BB This further accentuates when he attempts to broaden their sex life and she refuses. She's telling him "You're BB not AF". This actually already happened a couple months ago. Girl goes on a long trip and wants to open relationship so she can have guilt-free sex with strangers on her travels, thinks it won't be big deal because some girl friends who previously undertook the same trip had crazy sex adventures and her boyfriend is a reserved guy who just plays videogames. Turns out, the guy bagged a girl from work (landlord called her, unknowing of their open relationship, to let her know the bf is bringing girls home)…

I don't think she wanted it at first, I don't have all the facts but going by his description of her, I suspect she probably didn't have that much self-esteem and wasn't that good at 'selling herself' so to speak to the opposite sex, so she probably didn't get that much attention prior to dating this guy. So perhaps for her, due to this self-perception of her own SMV and her low attitude, at that point men like the one she was with at that bar were unattainable so she was a "beta chaser", then s…

Emotionally she seems pretty attached to me, what does that mean though? She tells me she loves me a lot and tells me how she can't imagine being with anyone else, and she says it pretty convincingly. I don't know if all of that is meaningless or not. Can her actions demonstrate it? Women say a lot of shit, they tell you how much they love you and then go do something differently. Don't listen to what she says, observe what she does.

My only qualm here would be the guys who go MGTOW not because they are disappointed and honestly can't find the need or want to build a commitment with a woman and are fulfilled by their own selves but because they feel they are not capable of improving themselves to be capable of playing the mating game. My point is, you shouldn't pay these women because you can't get one to stay, but rather pay because you don't want her to stay.

There's two undesirable extremes when it comes to content in this sub, one is yes, when the bashing against women gets out of hand and the other when it becomes a "lets be better men, we dont need women" circlejerk, that's what /r/BecomeAMan is for. When the former is analytic and factual analysis of female behavior is talked about and the latter is about how to build yourself to deal with the shit females (and lifes) throws at you, thats when /r/RP becomes a good enjoyable sub for me.

They don't, no matter how much they say they love and care for the beta, their actions reflect it is just a shallow feeling. Just noticed you are directing this question to women, very very few girls browse this sub so good luck with a female answer.

I've had many displays of RP in my life that I ignored because I was so sure my femenist upbringing was the right way. Just last year I had a room mate, guy was a lard-ass, no facial aesthetics but the guy was mad confident and he played the bass for a local band. The guy slept regularily with 4 different chicks in the 3 month timespan I was living with him, many average guys don't even come close to that number. One of these girls learned about the other and it only drove her to do his every wh…

It makes me laugh everytime I read this. A while back when I was trying out OKC, I kept seeing profile after profile of girls stating to not even bother to message them if you have a shirtless pic, that it is "gross". Reminds me to not pay attention to what women say, which I tend to do when I get too complacent with myself, and instead take note of what they do.

Would you say that after your dark triad stupor, even though you were back to being an empathetic person, were some of those dark traits retained? Even though I've read much of the material, have internalized it (contrary to back when I'd look at men hold frame and just think "those guys are just being jerks" and ignoring the fact that they had success for a reason) and have even had a taste firsthand and in the flesh of how RP changes the way you are treated (and it feels great), I find myself …

Even if they get everything they want, they will have no true respect for the guy no matter how much they claim they love him or care for him. I've seen this again and again both in the flesh and other men (and further reinforced in thread after thread linked from askreddit/women/men/etc). A girl who dresses for herself would wear sweatpants or whatever's lazy and comfortable, I know I do so too. They dress for other women, when women arrive somewhere they don't eye the men, they eye the other women and they know they will be eye'd, also why they wear heels despite being awfully uncomfortable, it's a competition not for the men directly, but to out do eachother. Us men we dress to project our status and is unaffected by what other guys will wear, do or say.

Facial aesthetics are THE #1 thing if you're doing Tinder/OKC/POF. But in real world situations I've been finding that the more self-centered I am, the less people walk over me and the less invisible I am to women. Alpha is not about being silent and stoic, is about having control of what you have control over and not bending yourself to others. You can be happy-go-lucky and laugh at people and yourself but at the same time be true to your own needs and wants. Just try to be a bit more selfish.

True and actual homophobia would stem from a traumatic event in childhood that would cause you to irrationally react to the object of fear, as with most phobias. I agree with this not exactly falling within RP, we see hamstering and questionable decisions stemming from a woman's natural predisposition to get herself the highest quality male/alpha within her social circle but this doesn't seems like anything coming from that, she basically wants to nurture a living creature in her womb long enough to see what it's like to flush it out is plain sociopathy.

By soliciting her for a kiss you put yourself in a lower ground to bargain what you wanted, since you were insistent you are pretty much putting more value on it than she does, so she has more power, power that you were giving to her, so if you felt her entitled, it's because you set her up. It's a waste of time to think of her as a bitch or manipulative or whatever because of it, AWALT, RP doesn't teaches us to whine about women but acknowledging that it's how things are and learn to not to los…

Just read the TRP, cultivate your SMV. Frame up. Don't be scared or complacent because you're sailing through calm waters, the sea is fickle as fuck and can't always be trusted to be the same, regardless of your environment. But if your ship is sturdy and the navigator manning it skilled, then it should brave any storm the ocean tries to dump on you.

"Become the type of girl you are attracted to" This is actually the type of advice young guys (as in, going through puberty) who grow without guidance, a male role model or any experience on girls end up following. And they succeed at becoming that, but the result is far from what they wanted. The result is every BP story you'll read here.

The way I see it, a male player fulfills his physical needs that his whims dictates while a woman player instead fulfills her emotional needs that her whims dictate. So you have a guy banging whoever he wants and a woman getting favors, validation, etc. Both giving back absolutely nothing in return. So from a gender neutral perspective, it's the taking without the giving AND getting away with it. And it's this last part what I think truly makes the player a player, not the number of people the p…

I'm not sure why you're being downvoted, I think its a pretty legitimate question. Due to the same reason women stick with men who treat them badly. It's irrational and emotional. You feel hope that maybe, she will appreciate that you are such a great person and will obviously choose you over some who will keep making her get jealous, keep making her guess/dread, etc.

This is sadly the only way you learn. For years, RP-esque stuff would pop up and I'd read about it, and while it made sense it didn't struck me until I hit rock bottom. Any avatar fans out there? You should probably just let it go and lose touch with her life, the scenario is just gonna keep on angering you and that's like drinking poison and expecting them to die for it. That train will derail on its own, though when that happens, we'd like to hear about it from you.

There's a lot of factors. One being that my father worked double shifts to provide but I rarely saw him and well until my teens I had no interaction with girls, so without any sort of guidance or experience as to how shit works with different genders I had to learn by myself and I just ate everything TV, movies and what girls I began befriending told me about what women want. Being a fat kid didn't make it easier and was often complimented at how sweet I was and how I was fine and amazing just t…

That's why I said, depending of your perspective. As a single guy, if you are only seeking short term relationships and indulging in a couple of plates, he's got it made. But he has a marriage, if you make a compromise you are held accountable to it, just because the divorce rates are so high doesn't justifies taking the easy way out when shit can still be fixed, with a person who took on a role she shouldn't have, she could have put him down when he had no status, attractiveness or money and le…

Write long, well-thought out messages playing on her interests. When I got into online dating, this was pretty much what was advice as the definite advice to stand out from all the one liner men, along with having a profile that expresses you well (such as demonstrating to be funny instead of saying "I'm funny") and photos that imply you are social. I recently attempted to defend what TRP is about to an acquaintance who is a very vocal feminist. She insisted TRP is full of hate against women and dug up a series of links and comments from this sub where several guys reflected this. But she had nothing to say about what the ideology itself states which is what I wish people who attack TRP would first try to see what it is about.

you think its okay to cheat on your wives with 18 yr old sluts and you think women are children and shouldnt vote... Maybe this is my fault for not reading the sidebar in its entirety but as far as I'm concerned, TRP isn't about cheating, sleeping with women of a certain age or whatever women should vote or not. I'm ignoring the children part claim, because expecting a child to make a mature decision based on his political ideals, sensible opinion of economy, etc. is just dumb. TRP isn't here to…

This is what I was thinking regarding the way she handled their tight moment. In most of the stories we read, when the man loses his financial status, ambition and attractiveness, time after time, there's always a man with those qualities available and the woman acts on the attraction towards the new guy. Looks like she did not.

Militant/vocals feminists will still have a bone to pick with TRP regardless. TRP is clearly about us hating women and thinking of her as inferior, not about men taking control of their lives so they don't go through this disgusting shit.

I concur with this, I don't think its within an adult to try to save another at least in this manner. I understand the motivation is distinct, but I see it a bit akin to trying to "save" a girl from her issues, a common mistake when you still believe in the fantasy of the blue pill.

Not just efficient but most of us can agree on it. You should have other hobbies besides the gym but these will vary from person to person on what they like and what their schedules allow. But fitness and hitting the gym or whatever/wherever you get your workouts done is fairly universal.

You can call me bluepill and focus on the problem here being her gender all day. It won't change the fact that these are the signs of a manipulative person and this is what you can expect from her. There's a difference in a woman manipulating a man because he allows her and a person manipulating another because they have an underlying issue that's not within what we know of red pill or blue pill or whatever the fuck color you want to crutch on. Elliot Hulse was talking about this but I figured it was just him trying to sell his 5x5 hybrid training (which is odd as he's usually giving sincere useful advice). He seems to suggest that his training can give you a hybrid kind of fiber type and get the best of both worlds.

These aren't shit tests. Shit tests are a rather dishonest way to judge how much worth you have in her eyes, you can be a decent man and still fail these, and if you are failing these in a regular basis you wouldn't be asking yourself "should I ignore her" but rather "Why is she ignoring me?", look at all those bluepill examples (holy shit the one where the wife suggested polyamory) and you'll see how cruel and cold women are to a man she is no longer attracted to. Pretty sure a psychologist or a spiritual guide (such as a meditation and buddhist practitioner) can help you more than we do, because from here we can address in a logical manner the issue and recommend alternatives such as "travel and go backpacking, go skydiving, learn how to do X" but while these things you can rationally know that they have value to add to your life, they won't really 'hit home' and raise a genuine interest. I honestly don't mind feminists. The ones I do mind are the ones who are vocal about it. At the end of the day, people like this chap and especially that whore Kezia Noble, are making money. They make money because they offer a service that apparently does benefit their clients. Sure its expensive as hell, but nobody is forcing anyone to pay them for their service, nor are they the only option nor have a monopoly in the service they provide. To me it looks like the opposite, she's choosing to settle for crumbs that OP gives her. If someone is not giving you what you want in a partner, in this case something as basic as exclusivity, then you leave the person and you go on with your life until you bump into someone who can provide you what you want.
