But the fucked up thing is this: In 1970 Men recieved ~57% of bachelors degrees and women recieved 43%. This was more than enough justification to pass Title IX (enacted in 1972) and highlight the plight of women on campus. Now, Women receive 57% of bachelor's degrees, and men receive 43%. An exact turnaround, but instead of looking back at Title IX, the focus is instead on high demand degree programs where women are "underrepresented." Where's the advocacy for men? It hardly matters what the beginning of the experience is. How people tend to evaluate experiences is what is called the "high point end point average." So, making sure prisoners are more comfortable as time goes on will eliminate any deterrent effect having of having a less comfortable time in the beginning. I think it's a little more complicated than that, because the man would have to be convicted of rape for the law to apply. Unfortunately, ensuring that the jury understands this is iffy. I.E. A prosecutor puts forth evidence that only 1% of the population in the US would have DNA that matched the DNA at the crime scene. They then conclude that it is only a 1% likelihood that the accused is guilty because his DNA matches. But that isn't really the case. Ultimately, what law is applied or what state you choose is something your lawyer will have to fight about. If you've already responded in OK it might be too late and you'll be stuck there. 1	Apparently it's sexist that none of Sony's top executives are females. In fairness, the Sony press release wasn't even entirely Sony. It was mostly announcers from differend devs or publishing houses, so all the complaints about sony seem to be somewhat pointless. They invited who they invited. There was really only a limited number of actual Sony execs through the whole thing.
