Men can have eating disorders too
Men can be abused by women, both emotionally and physically
You can be accused of something and then cleared, yet still have your life ruined by the accusation. Take care of what women you associate with.
The biggest killer of men is heart disease. Watch your diet. Consult your doctor if you need help.
There are support structures for Men: consider going Greek
The biggest threat to your grades is being too arrogant to get help
Psychological services are available to men too. If you are depressed and want to talk through it, call (find a service that provides this sort of thing that has male doctors).
Your girlfriend shouldn't be determining what friends you can and can't have and what activities you will and won't participate in
If you have debt or are in financial trouble, visit your financial aid office. They can help you

This list isn't very comprehensive, but it lists some of the things I remember men having issues with. Some of them are about "I can do it myself!" arrogance (when of course they do need help), that applies to 4, 6, 7, and 9. The rest are all things I saw happen that could be used in such a message.
