Actually imo, its best to not push for sex but to make the girl comfortable around you. If it happens cool, if not no big deal. The thing your aiming for is comfort. Genuinly mean things you say to the girl like "its cool, communicate with me if you want me to stop at any point." Shows non-neediness and lack of investment for sex.

your in a pain period right now. Failure is apart of this process. You will come out of this if you keep trying and eventually find a way better girl then her. Two pieces of advice I want to give you: Stop overthinking about what to do and just live in the moment. Work on getting a better self esteem about yourself.

Seems like your overthinking way too much imo. I feel like you lacked vulnerabilty and some honesty in those interactions. From reading, sounds like you came off needy by getting a certain outcome and being to concerned by "playing the right move" instead of just being yourself and enjoying the moment.
