How so when r/TheRedPill can't be accessed? Thanks for your useless contribution

If she's ignoring your texts when she's out with her boyfriend, it's obvious you're just friends. Attraction can escalate at any time, be more aloof, and be present in the moment at the salsa classes. If she sees you get attention from other hot women, she will also see you in a different light. If not and things stay platonic, use her as a resource to game other women.

Give it a week. Call her to set a date in a week's time, concrete plans like dinner @ your place @ 7. Always have another date lined up if she flakes. If she flakes again, drop her. If she contacts you within a week's time or thereafter but it isn't to set a date, tell her you're busy and to let you know when she's free for dinner at your place. Continue gaming other girls in the meantime. Also, try to close within the first date. If she's making you wait until the third date to fuck, either she…

In my opinion, this is beyond a shit / fitness test. Skip the anniversary, soft next and dread, and do not tolerate that manipulative behavior again. Keep in mind what she said about you when she blew her top.

This is good. Vet her properly, look for red flags, date her for a few months first. If she stays LTR material, she will eventually be having the talk with you. Frame your expectations, and DO NOT CATCH ONEITIS. Good luck to you brother.

What has also helped me is reading books like No More Mr Nice Guy.

I have this issue/quality as well, coupled with hypervigilance, ADHD and anxiety, it is tough to get over considering how selfish people can be interpersonally. The key is to always put yourself first but remain open to socializing, building friendships and relationships. You will respect yourself more by putting yourself and your interests first. Find ways to exert your energy like described above, otherwise your internal dialogue and hypersenses will poison you. Use the energy to build your li…

This is popularly called "edging". It does work. Do it too much and like me, you'll last for over an hour but quickies are non-existant unless you're really focused on it. I fap once a week nowadays and that has helped combat the desensitivity. The edging will help you strengthen your kegel muscles.

There is no repairing this LTR if she has become used to this power dynamic. Notice in the beginning of a relationship with a woman that nearly all women with some level of natural submissiveness will seek out that dynamic with her man, and why most men wonder why she changed and how to get that "passion" back. It changed because the power dynamic changed and swung into the favor of her being the dominant one. Changing it now will take a lot of work or will only cause fighting, she will see your…

Also, go hiking or fishing/camping, mountain or road biking, something that inspires the mind, and because cardio is important too. Now is the time to cultivate hobbies you will enjoy throughout your life. Try new shit. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain brother.

You identified your problem in your post. Find a better job to support you through school. Intern somewhere in the field you are intending to work in when you graduate. Working at a pizza place is fine, but it's not something to invest into.

They take time to learn and very few can be changed overnight. You want it all to look and seem natural. If it comes off forced or trying too hard, that's almost worse.

Inner game. Self-confidence, recognizing beta tendencies, adopting alpha behaviors, being less supplicating and more selfish/valuing your time and self worth, self respect and imposing that respect from others, high SMV from what you can control, ie; low body fat, lifting, dressing well, healthy body, grooming well and looking the part of a high value man, seeking success in your career and in your hobbies and interests, increasing your intelligence and making the process of learning game more p…

I also have done okay with women according to red pill standards, and I was able to maintain an image of alpha in attracting them and in the first year or so of a relationship, but my own undiagnosed issues at the time and shit tests from them would always cause me to become beta and supplicate to them, likely because of the blue pill ideology about women, men and relationships that plagues all of us. Encountering an alpha widow is what led me to the red pill and this sub, and my development as …

This is exactly my life growing up. My parents never divorced, but my biological father left my mother before I was born, and I only met him twice in my life during my teenage years since he lives in Rhode Island, and we live in San Diego, CA. My mother married a different guy that became my step-dad and didn't really raise me either as he was active duty Navy and would frequently be deployed on tours, and probably didn't know how to create a bond with me or didn't want to since I'm not his kid.…

Take it from me, unless your peers are actually people you value and will likely maintain relationships with 10 years down the line, forget about them. If they add nothing of value to your life, ignore them. You don't have to drop them as friends (unless they are not providing anything beneficial to you) and go monk mode as previously suggested. Focus on becoming assertive and dominant, lift, build your self esteem and learn game, read the sidebar and fully digest it, seek out mentors, and figur…

Holy shit, I just learned something new about myself, my posture has been kyphotic for years. I am 6'5 and usually tower over most of the folks I speak to on a daily basis, so in turn I think that may be the reason why my posture has become this way. Any specific reading material or movements you'd recommend to correct this? Thanks a ton man

Congratulations on your improvement via RedPill, I was 365 pounds and in the worst physical health of my life before I stumbled upon a red pill article a year ago. While I am not the proverbial red pill man YET, I have improved many aspects of my life by adopting a true red pill mindset. I'm in the 280s, but luckily I look swole in shirts so it helps pull women that look for the big masculine men. Anyway I just want to tell you I find your writing style and overall attitude very amusing, like ho…
