A guy I worked with years ago tried love-bombing me. I always seemed to have a headache when he was around. Soon realized HE was the headache.

We were together for like a week and he said I love you. I should have bounced the instant that came out of his mouth.

Omg YES... I had a friend like that who suddenly became interested in role playing games and playing dungeon master and stuff with one guy. Then the next she dropped it and loved to listen to System of a Down (🤮) bc that was ALL her new dude EVER listened to.

I told a guy specific places I liked to eat (had an eating disorder back then). He took me to one 30 mins away I’d never been to, which took me another 30 mins to order bc I was panicking about food, and then he mentioned he HOPED IT WAS OK HE BROUGHT HIS EX GF HERE BEFORE. Bruh. I would not have known if you hadn’t brought it up. There was no second date.

Here I was thinking, anybody can have a dad bod, if they’re, y’know, a DAD. But she trolled him so hard omg 😂🤣

My fat cat walked across my swollen belly after I got my colon removed and just got home from the hospital lol. I shrieked and pushed him off. Later he jumped in bed with me, walked around instead of across me like usual, and lay by my head and groomed my hair. ❤️ Miss that big boy... 💔

Thank you ❤️ Yes that’s why I had to put my baby down too. He used to be like 20lbs, my big chonk. Then the infection paralyzed half his face, then his throat, so he couldn’t swallow his food. He lost so much weight so quickly. I didn’t want him to starve to death. I was also dealing with my parents bullshit at the time and had to leave their house for a couple days, and I was so, so angry because I had to leave my cats behind, while my baby was dying. I was able to come home after I was “forgiv…

Team Crazy Cat Lady forever! I recently had to put my baby to sleep bc he got an infection that antibiotics couldn’t get rid of. It got to his brain and he got wobbly and couldn’t jump well. He tried to jump on my bed and nearly fell and caught himself on my leg, scratching the hell out of it. But now I have three scars on my leg to remind me of my big chonker. I have three other kitties, but I had to put him down in May and I’m still heartbroken 💔

A guy in high school was funny until I realized he was literally quoting entire pieces from Dane Cook. After that I couldn’t stop noticing it. Then he’d try extra hard to make me laugh and I was like “dude leave me alone, I need to practice” (guitar class).

10 years since I last had sex! Had a coercive rapist boyfriend and decided not to date ever again. Then a couple years ago, some asshat tricked me into a date, and I was still kind of a doormat and had already agreed and didn’t want to be a bitch and say no after the fact. Lucky for me he shot himself in the foot and tried to reverse-psychology me into giving up my boundaries, “broke up” with me (it was one date) and whined about being a sex addict, he wanted to work on himself first, blah blah.…

Another guy I was “friends” with at work ghosted me when I went on medical leave for surgery. I’d told him about my procedures and how I was worried I might have cancer. Few months later, I came back and said I never heard from him. He told me “the phone works both ways” 🙄🙄🙄 I dropped that guy like a hot potato. I was like, I’m the one who thought I had cancer and you’re the one whining I never texted you? Fuck all the way off.

I did this to a guy I was interested in. We exchanged numbers, his texts were one or two word answers, he complained about women too much (wah they don’t like me for sOmE reason—ie trying to manipulate me into feeling sorry for him, but I was just like “I can see why” lololol), and I just disengaged. He never texted me again. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got written up at work once because I had to choose whether to take meds to treat my migraine or my cramps. I chose migraine. And then hobbled around trying not to cry. I didn’t make rate, and my manager talked to me the next day and asked why. I told him the truth. He just stared at me. Bastard still wrote me up.

I had a guy tell me to “wear something nice” to our date. I said “I will if you do.” Then he whined he didn’t think he had anything nice. Bitch you have time to go shopping beforehand. I only gave him one date and it should’ve been zero but I was a pushover back then

I feel this way, too. One of my online friends (a man, former coworker) was always on fb posting about the dinners his gf made, how much he loved her and her girls, etc. It kind of gave me the side-eye, like how much is he bringing to the table other than working, while she cooks and cleans and watches the kids all day? She ended up breaking up with him, and he was apparently blind-sided, but I wasn’t really surprised.

I didn’t date the guy, but I did try to be friends at first. Until he tried arguing about whether I’m actually asexual or not, and he said he was pansexual and into polyamorous relationships. I was like, nope! Not gonna touch that with a thirty-nine and a half foot pole. Also he was morbidly obese, had gotten surgery to remove his stomach(?) and had started losing weight. However much I felt bad that he was legally blind and barely went anywhere, I have an anxiety disorder and he was too big to …

I was a picker in a warehouse for like two years (before all that walking on concrete fucked up my knee and I had to switch departments) and we do what’s called “walking with purpose” aka if I walked any faster I’d be jogging. There were a couple times I went on walks with family and if I weren’t paying attention, I’d just leave them in the dust. However, unlike these dudes, I learned to walk at the other person’s shoulder or behind them so I didn’t zoom into the distance. It’s just common court…

I like how he doesn’t actually talk to you straight. “Does that mean you watched it” -> doesn’t give you an immediate yes or no, then admits yes, but then has an excuse. “You lied to me” -> doesn’t apologize immediately, first thanks you for some bullshit and his “I’m sorry you didn’t help me more” is a non-apology. Trash services? Throw the whole man away, please 🗑

Lol I’m imagining a bunch of girls being asked by like twenty different guys each and having to say yes to all of them. Then there’s a big ol’ crowd of dudes around them, waiting for their chance to dance at the prom, fighting over who gets to go next... This is such a clusterfuck idea

I will add that at 17 I also wore sweatshirts and hoodies in 100°F and wasn’t sexually abused. I was turning into a woman and tried to reject my own body. Hiding my shape. I realized being a woman SUCKED and I didn’t want to be harassed by boys/men or dress-coded at school or anything. Plus, with the way her stepmom and dad are treating her, the shame they’re piling on her could be what’s exacerbating her clothing choices

Another HVM youtuber I like is Julien Solomita, with Jenna Marbles. I miss her so much since she stopped posting, but I understand why she did it. I love rewatching her stuff and how Julien is always so supportive and engaged with whatever ridiculous shit she decided to do. Plus Julien isn’t afraid to look feminine, and he always looks fabulous. Now I have another youtuber couple to follow~ I tried joining a female fitness subreddit, but got downvoted to shit for complaining I wasn’t losing any …

I love short guys too! I had a tall friend and I always hurt my neck hugging him or looking up at him all the time. My bestie is around my height, and now I get nice hugs and can actually lean my head on his shoulder. Well... before the pandemic anyway... 😢

One dude I dated kept treating me like a taxi since he didn’t have a car (he was 18), and I told him to stop. Then while I was working late, he texted me asking if I could pick him up from his friends’. I said no. You got there somehow, ask the people who picked you up to take you home. I wish I had blocked him right then and there, but I felt bad because I knew he was leaving for the Army the next day, and he could get in big trouble if he didn’t show up. Stupid me texts him fine, what’s the ad…

I watched one episode where a beautiful black woman was proud of the gap in her front teeth, she thought it made her unique and it didn’t bother her anymore (she used to be ashamed of it). They argued her into CHANGING HER TEETH because of her video she’d sent them, claiming she’d “do anything” to be a model. They were throwing her words back in her face like “I thought you said you’d do anything, you must not want to be a model after all.” She ended up getting her teeth “fixed” and said in the …

My best friend is a married dude and (prior to Covid) he’d occasionally come to my house to hang out. He was okay with three of my cats, but my big fat black cat has tons of dander. He still pets him, gets black hair everywhere, and goes home sniffling every time. I tell him I can shut him (the cat) in my room, and he says “no, it’s his house” 😂

Hell, my gay former best friend would do this to me. We went hiking in the Grand Canyon with a couple friends and he’d fucking be halfway down the canyon without looking back. He told me to hold onto his shirt to keep up... 🙄 I’m not friends with that group anymore after that selfishness manifested in other ways too. Why be friends with people who don’t care about me?

Told this coworker I was only interested in being friends (bc I don’t date coworkers). Like two weeks later he asks me to dinner and I said yes (I got food with friends/coworkers plenty of times) yet then he added “wear something nice.” I was like... “excuse me? Did you just ask me on a date?” He thought for a second and then said “yes.” I was kind of a doormat back then and was like, ugh I already told him yes, now I can’t say no... so I told him “you wear something nice too.” He had the audaci…

Some thirsty dude at work tried beating around the bush rather than just straight up asking me out (so I could turn him down. I don’t date coworkers). Asking me questions like “what’s the longest relationship you’ve been in” and stupid shit. He about lost his mind when I told him I was in my late 20’s (I’m 30 now) because I looked so young. He was like 22 or something lol. I tried to let him down easy like “I don’t want to date right now” (aka I’m not going to date YOU). LITERALLY the NEXT DAY. …

He made the issue all about himself. He didn’t do anything privately because he wanted to put her on the spot and make her feel bad (and also probably because she blocked him on everything!). He doesn’t care how she feels.

I got a part time job at bath and body works, mainly for the discount, hehe. At the interview, they asked me why I wanted to work there, and I said I LOVE SOAP! (Then I said jk, I miss having customers, blah blah, but really. Come on now. I have seven different scents around my bathtub and more in the cabinet lol). I’m so jealous but happy you found a guy who cares about you 🥰
