I had a total of 5 criminal charges framed against me. I was sent to jail twice, the second time gave me PTSD because she told the cops that I was suicidal and they put me in solitary confinement for 2 days (got arrested on Sat morning) with a suicide watch. I spent a total of $35k fighting the charges. She didn't pay a dime. She withheld the kids for 2 months everytime I got arrested. The first time I got arrested, she called the cops, and simply told them I hit her. In WA, if you are a man, bi…

My only concern is the BIAS the GAL has by now. I think it would be his ego coming in the way to change his decision

No one knew about it until I dived deep and found out the list of evidence she reviewed. The lawyers insist they uploaded everything, the GAL swears that is what she got. It maybe a pure internet connection problem. The downside is, my horrible bpd ex walked away scott free.

Oh man, I know that feeling. Fuck, I think it just took me back. Mine ex is a narc so she took it next level. She kept rubbing him in my face and kept insulting me that the dude she met 2 weeks ago was already a better father than me and my kids "cry" for him. She moved in with him within 2 months and moved my kids as well and here is the part which took time for me to get around: I can't do jack shit about it. She has love bombed him and is virtually unrecognizable as the same person I knew. He…

That sucks man. It might be a blessing in disguise (if you have child support and alimony lined up)

Get in line brother. I wish there was better way to say it, but I fucked up. And did I stop? My next fuck up was worse than the previous. For the longest time I kept justifying it with morality and doing the right thing etc etc, but the fact is, I was, probably still am, fucking stupid, and a coward.

Oh, 100%. One of the charges were thrawted by video evidence which showed the she lied 1000%. What did I get? 1 night in jail in solitary confinement, 3 months of depression, 3 months of parental alienation, 1 DVPO, $25k so the attorney can petition the system to get video evidence and get the the case in front of the prosecutor who dropped it right after he saw the video THAT he gave to my lawyer in the first place. What did she get? Nothing. Literally nothing. I am convinced, if the gender was…

In my case, ex filed 5 criminal charges which got shut down even before they could begin to walk. I had to spend $45k purely so my laywer can go the prosecutor and show him how stupid the whole thing was. I will be asking for those fees. I have been told I won't be getting a dime back.

Time. Before our divorce was even finalized, she started dating a new person. Up until then I was naive that somehow this massive event in life will help us evaluate our life and we will eventually get back together. When I was almost sure that we are getting back on good terms (casual flirting, respectable communication), I was hit with the new bf. I went down hard. I use to wake up crying, and use to dream about her all night. I was jealous, sad, felt betrayed. But, time healed every thing. I …

Hey, side question.... My ex has suspected bpd and (without proof) engages in child harm and neglect. How did then forensic eval figured it out in your case?

My son was 6 month old when she broke the Dyson on me. My son was watching as she hit me repeatedly and I sat there like always knowing full well if I hit her back, I will go to jail and loose my kid forever. I kept looking into his eyes as I was getting hit with the pipe extension. I filed for divorce next day. Even when we found it after that she was pregnant, I didn't take my decision back. Multiple DV calls, 2 month of parental alienation, $100k down the drain and still no end in sight, it w…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
