Why do girls like being ignoredI think it's just some women need validation and when you stop giving it they try to get you around their finger again. A woman who likes you will not stop liking you when you give them attention. | /r/seduction | 04/10/24 08:19 PM
Do men find straightforward and assertive women seductive? The thing I have struggled with is deciding if I want to ask a woman out, especially if I'm considering several. I prefer if a woman just has good feminine game with choosing signals | /r/seduction | 15/06/23 08:10 AM
Most guys are subconsciously attracted to the women they think they can get, not the women who are actually hotMen understand their value in the dating market because we are constantly rejected. From our perspective if we know our value why should we keep wasting energy approaching women out of our league and either getting rejected or having unsuccessful relationships. Women have a warped sense of their value in the sexual market place because women get lots of attention from super attractive men that have no intention of commitment to the over confident and narcissistic guys who think they can shoot ab… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/04/22 03:50 PM
Why do I want to improve myself?Wow you boiled the question of this post down perfectly, thank you. I do struggle with understanding my philosophical framework and sometimes philosophy just feels like a type of religion with strict rules and such. To answer this question I need to answer what is intrinsic value and what has it | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 03:41 PM
Why do I want to improve myself? Why do we compete for resources? At some point it just becomes gluttony because you can't consume that many resources on your own. You are correct, I am definitely taking for granted my privlidge. If I was in a bad situation I wouldn't even have the time to think deeply about my first principles. Or perhaps my hierarchy of needs has switched from basic subsistence to wanting to achieve success and most of the reasons are quite vapid. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 03:31 PM
Why do I want to improve myself?Wait are you saying getting laid is overated or finding a good relationship is overated? I agree with the former, I don't try to live myself trying to maximize how much sex I have. After having a good relationship what made you fundamentally shift your mindset? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 03:24 PM
Why do I want to improve myself?I am a wood worker so this advise does resonate with me. I do think that people are only limited by the their tools and knowledge. It does make sense to improve the quantity and quality of your tools so that you have the ability to work on more and more projects. It's definitely more attractive to people the larger my toolset is. I am asking why am i working on all these projects in the first place? But I suppose just having the freedom to do so is a good answer | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 03:19 PM
Why do I want to improve myself?Pretty privilege is something that definitely exists. Functionally it does make sense to conform to society's standards even if you don't care about impressing anyone. So I guess it's not a perfect comparison. I am a Jocko Willink fan, I very much try to embody extreme ownership and I do want to work more on my discipline. I do own some origin jeans because I believe in buying made in America products. I am interested in military history as well but weirdly I don't like fighting people and I don… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 03:09 PM
Why do I want to improve myself?I agree with the the feeling good aspect, I am a runner and just being in tune with your body feels much better than not and that is for sure a reason outside of women. Security and freedom are also good self fulfilling ends. Thanks, that's a good way to frame it | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 02:40 PM
Why do I want to improve myself?Oh quite the contrary, I deeply want to improve myself and be the best person I can be. The reason I don't date now is that I don't feel worthy enough, I want to be able to provide both monetarily and emotionally and I can't do either of those things right now. Also, I am just more comfortable alone at this stage of my life. With this post I'm just trying to understand my own motivations or if there's a different way to frame my motivation | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 07:26 AM
Why do I want to improve myself?I agree. However, I have met people in my life who had no ambition and were fairly hedonistic about life. Just maximize pleasure. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 07:20 AM
Why do I want to improve myself? This is why I think social media is so problematic because you end up putting yourself on a hierarchy which is very difficult to top. I mean, why do people want to be atop a hierarchy? Being on top grants you power and resources which is helpful for raising children and spreading your genes. This is what I mean, it's so easy to look at everything through the evolutionary lense. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 07:19 AM
Why do I want to improve myself?I like this survivalist/path of least resistance mindset. What stops you from just being a minimalist or anti consumer and just sleep in bed all day? Why work much at all if it's just laziness? Reminds me of the lying flat movement in China | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 06:56 AM
41% of women would go on a date with someone who voted for the opposing candidate, compared to 67% of men. Why do you think this is? How will this affect relationships when a majority of men are republicans and a majority of women are democrats?I think this poll is just a surface level analysis, like the laundry list of requirements a person wants out of a partner but not what they would settle for. I think people who say it's due to women looking for long term compatibility vs men looking for short term is right. I do think this poll highlights a trend but I don't think it is indicative of how real world relationships play out. First of all democrats and republicans are such a broad term. Democratic and republican party platforms don'… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/12/21 06:57 PM
CMV: Women care too much about wanting to look good as a couple when vetting menThat's the problem with social media, it gives you a false perception of reality. Im 25 and I know lots of women who don't use social media or very little, some just use Snapchat and really just as a messenger app. I remember quitting about 10 years ago because of privacy issues. My only social media is insta atm and I don't have posts on it, just to see what some people are up to. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/09/21 02:39 AM
Do you put your money where your mouth is when dating? What were you looking for and what kind of questions did you ask? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/09/21 03:11 PM
Blue pill thoughts that women typically haveMan I'm a fly on the wall in this sub, I'm trying to figure out modern dating. But wow there's a lot of toxicity in the comments. The opposite sex isn't the enemy people | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/09/21 08:42 PM
The name of the game is brutal, painful honesty on this prompt folks. That's what keeps me going, that a little bit of hard work and going about your purpose will propel you far. Because most people are just trying to survive and not trying to thrive | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/09/21 08:59 PM
Men would make the exact same decisions they shame women forThe thing that turned me off was the fact she was a shop lifter. But I don't get all the Amy Schumer hate tbh, she's just a mediocre comedian | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/08/21 03:50 PM
If women prefer high testosterone men why have male testosterone levels consistently dropped? If you bothered to look at the video it's a proper presentation with a doctor who cites his stats | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/08/21 06:26 PM
