Honestly, it's probably just my height and the fact I don't look like a troll. The height thing is very odd to me, some girls have a borderline fetish for tall guys.

Well my job takes up at least 8 hrs/day, commute 1hr/day, gym 1.5 hrs/day. After all that, I have very little free time.....I don't know how people with kids do it.

In my experience, there are a lot of girls on tinder who are willing to hook up, but the idea of meeting someone online is still a little foreign to them. Asking to meet up instantly may be overwhelming and scare them off. Instead, I make short conversation and ask for her number. Once you get their number, you appear less threatening and personable; at this point is when I ask to meet up in person.

I agree with a lot of things in this post, but I think it takes a healthy balance of being stand offish, as well as showing some interest. Attractive girls have 100s of guys trying for them at all times, you can't just completely ignore and expect them to come begging for you, unless you have an extremely high SMV.
