1	I want to crush shit tests but suck at them I see what you're saying. But is that all I can really do? Is there no other way than to write it off as amusement? I mean at the end of the day a lot of these things are people's attempts at slighting you. 1	I want to crush shit tests but suck at them there's a couple of options you can take to deal with shit tests. a&a/pressure flips etc. Also that I shouldn't gaf for the most part/just assert boundaries. 2	Recovering from a traumatic experience I understand how you feel. Anxiety, psychologically speaking is the feeling when uncertainty and negative expectations are present at the same time. My advice would be to kill your fear and build as much confidence as possible. It won't be easy but just do whatever you're afraid of.
