Hey man this was a very well detailed and good answer I haven't touched the six months commitment mark nowhere but here's what I'm doing: 1-lifting 3-4 times per week 2-Avoiding excessive sugar 3-The guys here are right "less talking more action people don't need to hear what kind of man you are you need to embody it" 4- Cold approach (I feel like it is one of the tools that might get me out of the online dating syndrome).
