RufWarrior's plan. It's geared toward single guys, but if you're in a relationship the books can still benefit you. It's geared more toward having a stable long term relationship, as opposed to bedding women, but in the plan is a period where you are a man-whore. I'd like to add that a part of this toxic shame is an unhealthy sense of unentitlement, that you don't inherently deserve to be happy, unless you act a certain way (like a nice guy), which is connected to looking for external sources of validation -- the opposite of inner game.
