"selling digital love is empowering for women" Who is it that everything the "empowers" women seems to be something where they get paid for existing?

Context? Was this a girlfriend, a non-romantic friend, someone that he met on a dating app and shut him down a week later?

It's not faith in the government, it's faith that the Repubs would use the tools at their disposal to punish the companies that are censoring content that favors them. Trump was literally trying to get Congress to dump the Communications Decency Act for this very reason. If he had been reelected he probably would have directed something along the lines of my post.

I'm not sure if we're talking about the same show, but "90 Day Fiancee" has been in Discovery channel for almost a decade. The premise is that they follow people who bring foreigners to the US on a visa that gives them 90 days to get married or the foreigner is deported. There are tons of obvious golddiggers and green card whores (male and female). Anfisa and Jorge being the perfect evil Russian woman story and Mohamed and Danielle being the stereotypical gross fat chick taken for a ride. Plenty…

I'm loving how they took a drawing of five black chicks and still managed to further "diversify" it by making one of them pregnant, another a Muslim, and a third handicapped. Bravo.

What does Dick's Sporting Goods have to gain by destroying the country? More likely they're following some bad advice from a six-figure "diversity/minority outreach executive" that they felt they needed to hire because of the times. Just like when they dropped guns from their inventory, or Walmart dropped ammo- someone told them they would earn points with "the right kind of people". I happen to think they're wrong, that it unecessarily alienates people like us and that their new social justice …

We won't have any joy with the Dems in charge, but the way around big tech censoring "wrong think" is to debar them from federal contracts if they conduct such practices. Think back to Trump banning the government buying from anyone that does business with Huawei. Private businesses can do as they please, but the government can condition eligibility to compete for government contracts on adherence to rules/principles that the government chooses. Amazon is trying to get the DoD to move a bunch of…

While I hate that women are so shallow, there's a certain amount of job that comes from knowing that, since they determine their value primarily by their looks, no matter how rich these women are they will not have the value that matters to them.

There's no need for your tone and insulting language. Do you need to speak to someone about your anger issues? I'm sure a smart guy like you knows that there are literally thousands of drugs banned by the Olympic Committee as performance enhancing. Obviously that wouldn't change. Not allowing an athlete to take aspirin because Backwardistan has outlawed it is stupid, and it's an easy fix: don't allow the use of the drugs the Olympics is OK with? Then no Olympics for you. It's a private body that…

The only thing that annoys me more than ghetto-speak is converting it to ghetto-write. She writes like someone who failed out of high school. Pass.

In fairness, she's apparently on ADHD medication that they didn't allow her to take to Japan. I'm sure she was even more mentally whackadoo than a normal chick. This raises another issue: countries compete for the right to host the Olympics; how is it not a requirement by the Olympic Committee that they allow competitors to keep taking whatever prescribed medication they need as long as it's legal in their country of origin? It would be an easy fix. The countries would comply or never host an Ol…

I got one of these last week for telling someone here that there WASN'T a Jewish conspiracy to rule the world. These mods are idiots. Just create a new account and move on like I did.

I don't think content is deleted unless you delete it. I had another account that was banned "for promoting hate" and the post in question is still there.

It's authoritarianism either way. The left is running roughshod over everyone right now (censorship of "misinformation", cancel culture, BLM riots, antiterrorism laws/witch hunts based on 6 Jan riots). The only question is whether or not the right pushes back and if the people vote to go a hard 180 to right wing authoritarianism. You have almost half of the country that shares almost no beliefs in common with the other. Rather than bridge the gap, both sides use the time when they are in power t…

Women suffer from a delusion that they deserve to be happy. If you're not making her happy, she owes you nothing and is free to pursue her happiness elsewhere. Imagine if everyone thought like that. How many of us are "happy" at our jobs? It's not awful and it pays the bills is the best most of us get. Are you "happy" with your blood relatives? How many men here would kill for a wife exactly like she describes her husband? If we could find women who were likeable, loyal, and honest MGTOW wouldn'…

Part of the whole "thing" of the Olympics is sportsmanship. Someone who just quits because they had a bad practice session and thinks they're going to lose has no sportsmanship and doesn't belong in the Olympics to begin with. Anyone celebrating her, or calling her strong for quitting when the going got tough, is a fucking idiot. Everyone has a bad day, and there would have been no shame in her going out and losing. There's nothing but shame for her walking away.

Given that gymnastic scores are the product of judges' subjective opinions about a performance, it would be impossible to ever make a data-based claim as to the best gymnast ever. Contrast that with scores from running events, where there is no subjectivity.

The whole entitlement to "the lifestyle to which you've become accustomed" makes no sense. Aside from the sheer stupidity of the idea that marrying someone entitles you to a right to a better life in perpetuity, who does only one spouse enjoy this entitlement? They're willing to drive one spouse to poverty in favor of the other. In the video one interviewee (a woman!) Said she had to work two jobs to afford the alimony for her jobless ex. Where's her right to enjoy the lifestyle she had in the m…

No fault divorce originated in California; big surprise. That state is responsible for 90% of all the leftist/communist laws and policies that get forced on the rest of the country. Fuck California.

Be careful with this. AWALT, and you have the added dimension of being the "rich white guy who will take me to America" once you start looking to the third world.

True, but since nothing will be changing soon for men in the same situation, we're indulging in a little schadenfreude.

I have a variety of accounts and post on several reddit boards. The people here are far more likely to upvote others and post supportive comments than anywhere else. I've spent significant time researching and posting detailed answers to questions elsewhere that don't even receive ankowledgement from the OP for helping them out.

That's $2.4M a year. The root problem is basing support not on the needs of the child, but the income of the father. That and not requiring any proof/documentation that the support was spent on the child.

What gets me, is that usually the Moneyist will encourage people to do what's "fair"; i.e. they will say "there's no legal requirement, but you should compensate person X for money they gave you" Not this time though: it's simply "don't put money into a house that you don't own" followed by standard investment advice. No mention of the car, free lodging, and six years of bills that she says she "always intended to pay back, but...". That's pretty selfish advice and I doubt they would have said t…

"Of course, it’s his house and he paid cash for it so there is no monthly mortgage. In four years, once my daughter graduates high school, I dream of selling this house and building my dream house in the country." She acknowledges that the house entirely belongs to him, but is making plans to sell it and build her dream house-presumably with the proceeds.
