I'm sorry to hear that. I think round faces are much cuter and more youthful looking than the other face shapes. Every face shape/type has it's own appeal.

You're not even bringing up relevant arguments. Of course children need to learn to love their appearance but how can you preach that when you couldn't even love your own appearance? I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything here, you do you, you asked for our opinion on how far we'd be willing to go to change our SMV, I stated I would never get plastic surgery and my reasoning (part of at least) behind it. I'm not discussing this further.

"Accepting ur natural self" I prefer the route of "practise what you preach" rather than "do as I say not as I do".

I had braces, everyone else in my family had perfect teeth whilst I had overcrowding. I think braces are fairly standard nowadays. Fixing damage is fine with me, I don't see a problem with that either. The breast thing might present in your own daughter so could cause the issue I brought up. My mother was the first flat chested woman in her family at a B cup when overweight whilst the rest of her family were DDs and Es. I'm a C and my older sister is a B so my mother was the start of small chest…

That's an exception to the rule and you know it, hence you used that example. Secondly, your point is completely unrelated to my example. It's not about a child being insecure in their appearance, it's a parent feeling so ashamed/disgusted/ugly with their own appearance, having surgery and then having a child with the exact same feature they hated and expecting the child not to believe that their parents finds that feature equally disgusting/ugly/shameful. There is no amount of therapy that's go…

I would never get plastic surgery, especially if I decide to have kids. "Mummy why do I have a long nose when you and Dad don't?" "Oh hunny, that's because my nose used to be long like yours but I was ashamed of it and had surgery to change it." That's not going to mess with a kid's head at all.

Either way, does it matter? He sounds like what us Aussie would call a "drop kick".

Maybe you could both agree to not try initiate sex at all for a period of time to eliminate that feeling that the other is expecting something and then build up the physical intimacy again? In that way you can untie the expectation of sex from the other physical intimacy like holding hands, cuddling, etc.

Do you have any physical intimacy besides sex?

My partner is the shy type. You really have to go after them I find. When I did tell my partner how I felt after having been close friends for a year he thought I was joking and trying to make fun of him because he didn't believe someone like me would be interested in someone like him. That might very well be why that guy shut you down.

If it's a high waisted skirt it may be exaggerating an hourglass figure which is a fairly uncommon figure nowadays so might be causing that issue. I have the same problem.

I'm so flat chested I don't have cleavage to show. 😎 Jokes aside, not in public often. I do prefer high necked things as I despise people looking at me like that. When it's hot and humid here (Coastal Australia) I will wear a singlet or tank top some of which can be lower cut. I think it depends on how it's done? Straight across is less sexual than sweetheart cut or a plunge cut I think. Don't ask me why.

Why would you want to get back with John? He sounds awful. He blackmailed you, manipulated you, character assassinated you, is toying with your emotions for his own amusement and is flirting with you behind his girlfriend's back. The sort of guy that is willing to do that will do that to you too. Tom is just as manipulative is likely giving you money to purposefully make you feel guilty to make you keep talking to him. You shouldn't take money from someone if you have no intention of the relatio…

What about blocking them do you think makes you feel anxious?

Is there any reason you can't block their number or change your phone number?

She's 30 so if she hasn't had her life goals delayed in any way she is likely more educated than you, earning more than you, wants children earlier than you do, has more assets than you do, has more life experience than you do, etc. If she has had them delayed due to medical issues, not knowing what she wanted in life, caring for family, whatever else, then she could be at the same stage as you. Same education level, same career stage, similar income, similar assets, etc. If she has a lot more g…

I think unless for some reason her progress in terms of life goals has been delayed and you are therefore both at the same stage in life, there will always be a weird power dynamic.

I just...what. He wants you to be submissive and do all the housework and let him have multiple wives so as not to undermine his masuclinity...meanwhile you're earning 90% of the shared income? That's not how this works. That's not how any of this works. He can't even afford to have multiple wives. What, does he expect you to bankroll his adultery as well? Btw if it weren't for equal pay for equal work he wouldn't have a wife earning 90% of the shared income and paying for him 🙃

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
