Ignore what you can't control. Focus on what you can control.

Talk to a lawyer, divorce, move on, take a year break from dating, get therapy, hit the gym and make friends there, start dating again. If you don't do this ASAP you'll waste a lot of time. Your post shows you have a low self-esteem problem. The fact you kept talking with this narcissistic selfish cheater after she told you she cheated says it all. The point is anything a woman does, for instance, she doesn't let the kids see or talk to their father, the response is "Power to you, girl. Get him!" Anything a man does, like filing to lower child support because he was laid off from work, the response is "What a bad father and shell of a man!" Anyways, men shouldn't fall for any shaming tactics. They're untrue and the only purpose is to manipulate, control or hurt the man.

I’m in a similar situation and know exactly how it feels. Pain is normal, what you’re feeling is normal. Never fight it, accept it and feel it (For the moment) so it gets better faster. Look up all the ways to increase testosterone and do them all, the higher the testosterone the less you give a shit emotionally. Read about Stoicism, keep being busy as much as possible, spend more time with family and friends, make new goals and start working for them.

I can’t stress that enough, that most therapists I’ve talked to don’t understand where i come from, make stupid judgements, prescribe medication for fun and made things worse. I’ve just stopped going to therapists and started to research all the tools to strengthen myself and cope with hard times. I just accepted this is how a man’s life has to be, we still have it better than men throughout history. Just toughen up and be stoic. Learn from mistakes, work on your goals, learn new things, listen/…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
