Going to trial Tuesday wish me luck. Read post for the wild ride it's been and what she is asking for.Good luck. I know some of this going through it myself. It's wild how much we have to go through to prove ourselves with real facts and evidence and then the other side can simply lie, obscure or make baseless claims. Then you're buried with more work and costs to disprove those things but there seem to be no repercussions when it's proven to be untruthful. I simply cannot understand why the system works this way being in the middle of it myself. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/08/25 09:27 PM
Does this lying strategy actually work?Damn my ex did the exact same thing as yours (the Dec 22) thing. I thought that was just crazy considering she makes $400K a year and I'm unemployed. Who the hell would believe that? | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/08/25 02:31 PM
Does this lying strategy actually work?got it. i've got so much "data" or facts but was wondering if that works against the slant and desire to believe these kinds of things. My main thing is, I won't put my kids in the place of testifying or whatever they'd have to do to speak to all of this. maybe I'm wrong but I just imagine an experience that will never be forgotten or have such an impact as doing that to them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/08/25 01:44 AM
Maybe the same old storyyeah I'm just out of money now so I have no choice. that whole switching and the retainer and all I'm just out of money. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/07/25 03:36 AM
Maybe the same old storyman will it ever end? i've never been a fool but damnit I feel like I just made every mistake, got played, keep on getting buried and it seems like every lawyer is essentially like "yeah this is pretty much the system if you're a man". like, is there anything out there that can be done or that enyone has ever found that works? this system just seems so f***ed up. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/07/25 02:12 PM
