My ex wife did the same thing. After we split she let it slip she was in a serious relationship 2 weeks later. I told her if it’s serious she’s been cheating on me for a long time.

I quit a job that pays 120k a year to making less to be home every day and have weekends off to see my kid. If the courts don’t see that as an attempt to be with my kid I don’t see how I can reason with them.

Her lawyers is bringing it up and mine said she’s entitled to it as well 1 year for every 3 years of marriage. As for her relationship I agree he’s been in the picture for a long time I just don’t have proof of it

I have a lawyer and even if she’s living with someone as long as she didn’t get married she’s still entitled to spousal support. It’s 1 year for every 3 in Washington state. I’m 100% ready to fight howevever with the maintenance I’m expecting with my current pay and what Washington state says she deserve I’m not going to have a home for a least 3 years unless I can find something that pays what I’m currently making.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
