Walk around a non-boring part of your city and find something to eat there. Gives you more opportunity for physical escalation than sitting across from someone at a coffee shop. Not sure what your driving situation is at 16 but hopefully you can do it without parents involved and in the evening.

I'm barely a beginner but, Attractiveness isn't a all in the physical, if you carry yourself like someone with confidence and self esteem, you can be attractive even if you aren't a 10/10. Focus on the shit you can control, don't just quit because you think your face is fucked. Getting muscles wont fix that, but to say that it wont help at all is a lie and its taking the easy way out.
