Focus on exercises that work many parts of the body (like swimming and dancing), while also mixing it up with a good cardio exercise (biking, hiking, jogging, swimming, dancing, etc). Mix in some muscle building exercises (weights at the gym help provide a plethora of options and muscle targeting, but push ups, sit ups, pull ups, swimming, dancing, are all great). In addition to the exercise, a shift in diet is incredibly important. Increase protein intake to build muscle (more muscle helps to b…

You are sharing there is more than this, and most of your replies are about the negative aspects of how he doesn't do something that you expect him to do, and feel upset when he doesn't find a way to ensure you don't have to do the tasks. Are you unhappy with him? Are you unhappy with your situation? Are you unhappy with yourself?

The war doesn't right things, it's the solidarity of hardship and suffering that unifies the people (whether that is good, such as the French Revolution; bad, such as the rise of the Third Reich after The Great War; or kind of weird and confusing, such as the Great Depression)

Asking from my own experience with this: How did finances play into your previous relationships and dating experiences? (On both ends)

You may be too invested, but you won't know until you talk with him. Communication is incredibly important, and it can help clarify how you are feeling with him and give you an understanding of what he wants and where he stands. Talk to him and let me know, and if he isn't feeling the way you are, it may be best to step away and look for another who satisfies you and makes you feel the way that you want to feel. Trust that it's probably better to find a partner that fulfills you as opposed to gu…

Looking at the description of an alpha man, they are leaders and motivators, but solo protectors/financial foundations. There may be a misunderstanding of what you think is alpha male, and what men are seeing/being told as alpha male. An alpha male to me is an aggressive, distant, financially focused individual who doesn't put a lot of forethought into anything deeper than shallow. I recognize this sub tends to be against this (but also for it?), but the idea that my lady can support the partner…

Be honest and humble about it. If you meet people who shun or shame you for the life that you had no control over, those people are not the individuals you should be/keep around. Also, this area is just a (incredibly) small portion of the world, and there are many many other locations and people you can meet. You're currently in a bubble. Don't be ashamed of your past; own it, learn from it, use it as an experience to better yourself (and others) where you can.

Confidence. Showing an interest in yourself and those things that interest and/or drive you. It presents to others who you are and shows a strong core. Those are incredibly powerful foundations and will draw the attention of men (though the real trick is understanding and recognizing how one shows their attraction).

Master'a degree can open more doors for you in many ways that plastic surgery can't, plus with a master's you have a higher chance of securing a job that can cover the cost of a plastic surgery. I just watched someone's defense. Go for the masters.

Growing up with foreign ethnic groups, there was always talk of marrying white American women as a sign of prestige (it's not the norm, but talked about often). Also speaking with a lot of immigrants, it's a sign of prestige to make it big at the wealthiest country in the world, to live the American dream (and show all the other families that their family is better). There is also sending money back to support those who can't find income in their native country.

What OP shared, what you have shared, and my own experiences, it sounds like OP's husband, though they may have ADHD, also appears to be suffering from something internally; possible something they are not being honest with themselves about. I say that, because I have experienced something similar in the past when I ignore what my inside are telling me, and because I shut those parts of me down, I suffered in many other aspects of life, included finding joy and happiness in things, and motivatio…

I recognize the rules and I am not trying to start a feminism tangent, but, my experience and understanding of feminism is to love ones body, and the bodies of others, because of the notion of feminism is the attempt at breaking down the veils of separation. It does sound like OP has been living with/around influences that tell OP she should dislike her body. This seems pretty prevalent in most of the US, and something I have experienced in at least 6+ different states/cities. I did not experien…

My perspective on this is, using the human body like it was evolved to be used makes a the human feel better and more alive.

What about those things bother you? When you start to unclothe, and the anxiety and fear start to show, what exactly triggers it?

This, 100% Making sure to not allow anything to block you putting things away when finished as well. Also, have a system in place to get things from A to B (so you don't set the laundry down because of something else, and then it's 6 hours later and you're just about finished replacing the refrigerator shelves)

Ask. Be upfront with the individual you are interested in. Tell them what you want.

Not hating on this subreddit nor the members (as I am one as well), but as a reflection, Rule #5 could easily be taken as a perspective of a lack of equality given the following definition of Feminism: "the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes." That could be seen as polemical to others.

Given that we are in a community that chooses to reinforce gender roles, you don't have to try to insult someone's intellect, and it sounds like you are saying single mothers (if they are from this sub should know how a man is supposed to act) can't take on masculine roles to share that strength with their children when needed. Those statistics are strong, and looking further into it, though hard to find strong research/data on motherless vs fatherless, what little there is says it's a lack of p…

If those are traits of the feminine, does that mean I should include those in my femininity?

Recognize that you are 30 and that your body will maintain and hold health for the next 35 years (supposedly ~65 is when the body begins the "fail") and take advantage, plan, and look forward to those next 13,000 days. 30 is just the beginning of the rest of your life. Live it and love it.

It could mean a variety of things, but ultimately these are reflections of compatibility and of the things you desire in a partner, and could be signs of things that he does not consider as important in a partnership or in a partnership with you. If this is something that is important to you, be law school degree clear of what you want and if he doesn't alter and show effort then you may want to find another.

Because after starting a majority of the conversations, they are frustrated by the lack of responses that lead to more than "Okay" (There are many other reasons, but I've heard that one before 😁)

This is assuming that a 17 y/o "man" (assuming the date is the same age) will have no mental or psychological develops over their life. Once they move away from their bubble, they may have a different perspective and find different things attractive.

Recognize how you feel from the choices you make and talk with him about how you are feeling. Even if you said it was okay at the time, you are clearly upset about it. Talk with yourself and with him about it, and next time aim to be more true to yourself with how you are feeling. I know little about your bf and the relationship you have with him, but keep in mind how his reactions and choices to your feelings and events in your life make you feel; just because you got a bonus doesn't mean he sh…
