I don't know what to say. I guess you could play this by probability. The more women you meet the greater chance you find someone like you. Find your passions and maybe you'll meet a person who will like you for YOU. Don't give up!

Well, I'm sad for you, I hope that you find someone that thinks you are great regardless. Maybe you will find someone with your same quirks. Don't give up, she's out there!

I completely disagree with you. Women want a partner they can talk to, who ISNT just paying bills.

I (F39) think anyone who is any kind of hard-core "pill" person is more superficial (or for some reason obsessed with the physical) than they care to admit to themselves. Myself being a non-piller, the article posted above is a no-brainer. I'll tell you the kind of person that I CANNOT possibly ever be with... someone with no soul, good-looking or not. No level of good-looking could ever trump being with a person who gets life and is beautiful on the inside.

I have also seen the classism present in both, and you're right, there is no depth, they're like automatons in the way they view the opposite sex, on both sides.

I like the word attractive, like calling someone highly attractive. I know, it's kind of a semantics thing but I still don't like it.

I do realize that. There is a broad spectrum of feminism.

I see what you're saying but I still don't like calling ANYONE a "low-value" person, even it if is just to me. I think people have intrinsic value.

the world needs more poetry. That is why I am this kind of feminist. I love poetry.

Using the whole HVM/LVM thing is insulting to both sexes. It's insulting to men because I believe men are more than the system of values that these women have decided to opt into ,and it's insulting to them because they seem like superficial a_holes. I'm a feminist but I'm also a humanist. Being mean and self-serving, and being unfair and materialistic (the bad kind of materialist) isn't a good look.

My advice, be independent and don't put up with abuse: make yourself strong. But there really are good guys are there! There really are. You will just need to get out and meet a few and then you'll believe it.

Those are my thoughts on this too! The WHO did a huge study on the societal effects of legalizing prostitution and they found that the legal prostitutes (working in brothels that are legit businesses where they give their workers benefits and the workers pay taxes and get sick days etc.) were std-free and enjoyed not feeling afraid of their clients but that the illegal sex trade (underage or pimped) grew to levels much higher than before prostitution (of adults) became legalized. In Canada prost…

me too... it's odd, it's counterintuitive to want someone who could take you, but yah. I would NOT want someone I could beat in a fight. But I'm useless lol so that's basically almost anyone..

joke's on you... I AM a feminist!!! And I quit my job to be home with kids and I'm the only one who cooks (and I'm damned good at cooking, and you should see the cakes I bake -- amazing) and I do all the night-wakings and I have long hair and love high heels and flowery dresses and makeup ... and I have a degree, and I love to read, and I know about science and philosophy. So. Things may not be as black and white as you think.

Do what? She's pointing out the obvious because the original comment got the obvious wrong, somehow. Feminism is good for everyone. Man-hating is not. Most feminists just want equality. Most man haters just blame men for everything. You're taking everything personally.

Smart. Interesting to talk to. High Libido. More educated than not. More attractive than not. Masculine. On the tougher side. Confident. Likes music. Likes food. Has the type of sense of humor that I enjoy. Secure. Things I don't like: - insecure - narcissist - Low libido is an automatic disqualification!! - any level of superficiality or materialistic behaviors (I don't care about how he dresses or the car he drives) he should be able to know how to make money, but I don't care much for the fla…

Yah, and then you can end up with someone that wants sex once a month because you were a fool enough to believe them when they told you they would have sex anytime you wanted. Never mind YOU having wasted time and dates.

As a former Mormon (I grew up religious) this is all very foreign to me. And I'm SO GLAD. What ever happened to liking someone for their personality.

Being the high libido partner in with a low libido SO... and I was the guy you talked to... (hate to be negative) but I would NEVER AGAIN be in a committed relationship with someone without knowing whether we are the same level of libido first. My SO is great in bed... but someone not wanting to be open at first would be a red flag for me. (I'm F)

Some guys look really good with their eyebrows kept under control, but I'm not a fan of makeup on men. I really like guys who are just confident the way they are.

I feel like redpill guys make each other more insecure. if they would just get off those crazy subreddits they might look at women, and themselves, as people.

I think toxic masculinity will get men the things they want and then once they have then the people they got them from will realize what a sh1t show it is and hate them for it. I would LOVE a sensitive guy. F0ck masculinity without sensitivity...

I would say be yourself. Girls will be impressed that you have it together in others ways, meaning it's not necessarily a negative to be a little odd on the social side. Get in where you fit in.

I find this entire debate laughable. We all need to get over this lunacy and move on with our evolution.

You're doing great! You are tracking your progress, you are trying to improve, you are actively pursuing self-improvement. I don't know what you look like, but I bet you look at least just fine. At least. Watch a few videos on how to do your make up and try to look your best most of the time. Figure out what you love about your face and accentuate it. If you try to think of yourself in the best light I guarantee you will feel better :) Good luck to you!! And remember, alpha females don't run in …

Hating women leads to raping women. And hating women usually happens when people feel hated by women i.e., not being chosen by women for not being good enough to meet standards. Sad but true. It's just insecurity.

I think you need to take a good hard look at yourself and figure out why you like YOU. What is great about you? Why do you make a good partner? In what ways are you beautiful? I personally prefer my friends smart and pretty, I feel they're my tribe, but I wouldn't feel that way if I didn't feel I was that. Count your good-looking, intelligent friends are bonuses in your life rather than potential threats.

Don't be on this Reddit. I find both sides of Red Blue as obsessed with the superficial. I'm basically lurking here with my confirmation bias realizing I want nothing to do with any of these people LOL.... Love yourself. Improve yourself. Improve the world. Be a good sister, mother, wife, friend, whatever. Hold out for someone authentic and kind. That is my advice.

I love authenticity, and I view emotion as authentic. It's not that I find emotionality attractive, it's that I find someone being themselves and being honest attractive.

I (38F) have had exactly 3 intimate partners in my life (one was just one interesting night), 4 if you count one person I had a form of sexual contact with once for like 15 minutes. I lived a very conservative, religious life growing up where celibacy before marriage was the overwhelming norm. I knew NOBODY that had had actual sex before marriage, I'd met a few people but nobody close. Anyways. This is my take on this whole debate: if a person has a boyfriend per year for 20 years, starting sex …

I (39F) think it depends on where you are at in life. If my SO and I don't work out I have no intention of getting married again. Would I if the right person came into my life? Maybe. Not sure. But I think sometimes having fun without worrying about the future is ok. I'm also HL so maybe that's why I feel the way I do.

High Libido female here, late 30s, sex is SUPER important!!! For some people, (myself included), sex is THE love language, and having it every couple of days is the ideal. AT LEAST. If I ever end up in the dating pool again that is one of the main things I'm going to look at in a potential man, how high is their libido.

Biology. I'm convinced that evolutionary biology is the answer to almost every question we have about human behaviour. When all people believe in evolution I think the world will be a less confusing place.

That has happened to me. It's a lack of understanding. What does it for one person wont' do it for another. True friends support each other's happiness.

Writer: you are one of the good guys. Wish there were more like you. I grew up Mormon, so this whole world of lies and trickery that you talk about was a world I didn't know existed. For Mormons, (at least the ones I grew up around) the idea of marrying for money is seen as greedy and worldly and just plain wrong. And I have never dated in the "world" so I feel like there is a lot going on that I have no idea about and might actually really despise. It feels a bit scary, TBH, to see all these po…

I always wonder at posts like these. What we should be talking about is how the value of women has gone up. Intelligence and independence is clearly an arms race that men and women have been playing forever, and unfortunately we tend to worry about what will happen to the men. The men will be fine. The men will need to evolve or pay the price. That's life. Sometimes people need to suck it up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
