To be fair, men aren't the ONLY group that targeted hatred of is socially acceptable and/or celebrated. I quit smoking weed entirely when I began my RP journey. It isn't worth it. People say you can smoke weed and still function, and while that may be true, you'll only be functioning at 95%. If you have a physical trainer session scheduled, I wouldn't worry too much about asking him to teach you certain lifts. He'll probably introduce you to the basics and move you along from there.
