If you read the article, it basically boils down to the fact that there is no known purpose for silver in the body, and it can actually build up in your body and cause argyria.

Colloidal silver isn't considered safe or effective

Definitely forget about her and move on. When women like you, they’ll go out of their way to be in your vicinity and will love when you initiate conversation. This woman however, sounds annoyed

Singeblanc is right, and this guy still 100% seems into his ex. Sorry, OP.

Except that I’m not obese. I do not have any existing health issues, and I just choose to eat a certain way that has had no negative effect on my health. I do not in any way shape or form try to make others vegan, all I want is for people to respect personal choice. This entire thread is why it’s tough to be a conservative vegan, because people immediately get triggered as soon as you mention the fact that you restrict your own diet. It’s a free country, do what you want.

My kids won’t eat vegan, my husband isn’t vegan, and I’d allow my kids to chose the diet they’d like as long as they’re not chowing down on chips and candy. I have good muscle mass, no health problems, and I eat an appropriate amount of calories. I don’t understand your problem with me

I mean, plant milk isn’t very processed and it’s the most processed thing I eat, other than that I just cook whole foods like nuts, seeds, grains, beans, veggies, fruit, etc

I don’t take it as a supplement, b12 is added to basically all plant milks, and it’s in nutritional yeast which is an ingredient I put in most of my dinners. I eat a very healthy diet, and am a very happy person. I don’t eat soy though, I just don’t like it very much.

I don’t take b12 or eat soy.

My point is there’s nothing wrong with it, just let people eat the diets they want 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m a vegan, and I don’t see anything wrong with that. I get all my vital nutrients, amino acids, vitamins, etc. I’m at a healthy weight and I feel fantastic. I live the lifestyle I do because I have great empathy for animals, and never want to contribute to the suffering of another life if I don’t have to. That said, I’m very far-right, and I am not a vegan that feels the need to constantly push everyone around them to be. I respect people whether they eat vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous. It’s…

Well said, however as a young woman myself (19), I view aging as a beautiful process, sure you’re not as attractive, but if you take care of yourself you can look great well into your 40’s. It’s also a wonderful gift to be with someone you want to “grow old with” as cliche as it is, being in a relationship is about a lot more than how attractive you are to each other, there’s an emotional connection that overlooks physical attraction.

As someone who has lost a little over 45 pounds calorie counting, it’s important that you always eat at least 1200 calories a day, and exercise as much as possible. If you eat below 1200 calories constantly you will throw your body into starvation mode, which will make your body just melt the fat off, but once you’ve reached your goal, your body will just start to absorb all the food you eat as fat once again. It’s also very important to be eating the right foods. Sure, if you eat 800 calories i…

I would exclude legumes from this, as (most of them) are a low calorie, and lean protein. For example, Black beans have 8g of protein for 70 calories, and split peas are about the same. The amount of fiber in legumes will also keep you full for a much longer time, which keeps you from snacking. However seeds id exclude, they have lots of (healthy) fat, but are extremely high calorie.

We’re both agnostic, right-wing, and we are open to kids but not sure yet. On all those subjects were basically the same. He has 6 weeks of job training following a 10 day leave after basic training. He’s reserves so he’s gone for one weekend a month, and two weeks in the summer. It’s unlikely he’ll be deployed because it’s peace-time, but if he did I have no doubt in my mind I could handle it.

I guess I should clarify that he’s a reservist, I forgot to add that into my post. Thank you for the advice though, I think I’ll give him some time, and perhaps just talk about it, let him think it over himself without putting any pressure into his shoulders.

As a conservative woman in Seattle, my advice would be that it really depends on how liberal the area is. Here where I live, it’s roughly 92% left, and I can tell you right now that it’s not a nice place to live if you don’t think like the people around you. If people you see on an every day basis know your conservative they will often tend to treat you as an outsider. Due to the especially polarized society we live in, and the stereotypes liberals have about us, they can be very rude and even h…
