Bless you kind sir. Thank you for the update, the conclusion was even more catastrophically hilarious than I could have imagined.

Can you please provide the author for Fate of Empires? I found two similar books by that title and cannot determine which one you are recommending. I did find S&C by Unwin. Looks good. Added to Amazon reading list. Very good.

What you do becomes who you are, Who you are becomes what you do. If your friends are losers, It's because you are too! I made up this rhyme during a journal entry session. I got tired of being exasperated with the decisions of my friends and family. Committed to being completely focused upon the start of the academic semester and investing time into the gym, nutrition, volunteering and developing new skills in my field. You can never live for other people. You can only live for yourself. You li…

Nah you good bro. Beware the lethargy of your peers, they'll be the main contributor to your downfall by seeking to deter you from your priorities and your goals. Stay strong and positive. It's Friday and you're a MGTOW. That's more than enough.

Hey man that's awesome. Congratulations on your career and success. That's really motivating, thank you.

Brother, Commercial Banker here. I just quit my job after two years to go to graduate school for something I love - environmental policy. If you're not happy, do something fun that you'll love. As long as you have enough savings for rent, food and car, you'll have money. Don't listen to people who romanticize the prestige of corporate slavery. They don't know what it's like. Good luck!

Hey man, do well for yourself, reconcile and maintain relationships with the family/friend you are on good terms with and don't be ashamed of who doesn't deserve to be in your life. Sometimes it's our mothers, fathers, siblings, etc. who do bad things to us. Some things can be forgiven while other things should be forgotten (i. e. erase them from your life and don't feel guilty for doing so). Forge on, brother. Forge on.

Men of true etiquette and class do not need to resort to racism. We make our decisions on merit and ethics and integrity. Good post. Thx.

Women are attracted to the biological features that define men (facial hair, muscles and physical strength, etc.) (which indicate strong genes and productivity viability) for the same reasons men are attracted to the biological features that define women (figure and hips, nurturing personality). Keep the beard looked after and grow it and groom your neckline. Take it down every few weeks with hair clippers (I recommend a Wahl Wireless Magic Cut, ~$99 and Andis T Blade ~$80). Remember that the Be…

Weekend plans: Sit in my air conditioned apartment (Texas heat) after a long day of work, in my draws, playing PS4. Life's good when you don't have bullshit to deal with.

The order you do this is also important. Nutrition and eating clean is 80% of a lifting routine (caloric maintenance, macros, etc). All change starts from the inside out. Mentality before reality. One time I wanted to buy new clothes but I said, why change the outfit when I can change the mannequin (my body)? Once you lift and gain some mass and stop looking like a DYEL pasty 14 year old, it's intuitive that your confidence will snowball your attractiveness, which goes into your SMV, then your s…

I used to feel guilty for thinking like that because "zomg family" but I realized AWALT and I liken my grandmother, mother and sister to vultures on a perch picking at my fathers carcass (he's alive though; I moved far far away). It's his fault for being beta but idc. He made his decisions and I'm making mine. Lol. AWALT.

Excellent post. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, brother. Being called selfish or an asshole brings a smirk to my face because it's meant to be an insult.

Good morning and thanks for sharing your troubled thoughts. I would caution you from being too consumed in one issue (med school exams) but take a holistic view that nutrition, sufficient sleep and physical fitness all contribute to your overall emotional condition. I have spent 2 years after finishing undergrad working a crushing corporate job but I am now a more stoic and emotionally firm person. I call it intestinal fortitude. Being alone is normal...get to know yourself. Do hobbies (gym, I l…

Just wanted to say hello and offer my strategy: complete disengagement from the Trigger sources. If it's via mobile device (most of the time due to ease of access), laptop or etc., make the device inaccessible during Trigger periods (esp. late evenings before bed). For me this means sometimes I have to leave my phone locked in my desk at work and forgo using it. Also, move your phone charger to the living room and not the bedroom. Porn (PMO) is a quick peak and leaves you spiritually drained whe…
