When one screws up, you have 9 others to focus on instead, thus bad times will happen very infrequently. Harder method: Realise that bad emotions are necessary for good emotions. 1	It's not all about inner game Do a balanced approach to everything. Fix your inner game stuff WHILE you build on everything else. The output decreases as input increases in single areas. For example. Five hours of workout a week makes a HUGE difference compared to zero. 2	How do I sexy up the title "computer programmer" Your choice of study (and work) says some stuff about you. For example: Being fat says you're lazy, have no self discipline, and most likely don't have any control of your life. I guess being a computer programmer have different, but still negative associations. Off the top of my head, I would think it says "lonely, bad at socialising, sitting indoor all day, playing computer games and nerdy stuff in spare time".
