Interesting read. Yea I agree that my inner game is starting to manifest, but it had manifested a lot from what I did to my physical attractiveness. As I got more compliments, I started believing in myself more & feeling better. I'm still not as confident as I'd like to be. I feel like the process is a battle with time. Do what you need to do daily and be patient. The results are micro daily but become very apparent in months/ years.

I'm gonna give a different opinion. I agree with the posters above too actually. The algorithm has played a role now that it didn't before. However use tinder from a girls phone if you can sometime. I disagree. Maybe it's the location difference, but I see some very very attractive girls on online dating in my area on a consistent basis. Of course just good looks doesn't mean they're high quality but still. Also that's not a humble brag I rarely (if ever) match with the stunners. Time to step my aesthetic game up.

I've seen a couple. There's a couple issues I've faced. 1) the cost. I just cant afford a lot of sessions & I feel guilty using my parents money for it. 2) I didn't feel a major difference with the sessions I had, but maybe I just didn't see a good therapist yet.

A little update for those who might be reading this. I downloaded the feel good handbook to try and change my negative thinking. It uses cognitive therapy and is a lot more practical than "love yourself" etc. I already feel a little better. I'll pursue this and see if it helps.

I'm not sure. It seems to happen when I'm talking to girls though sometimes with guys too. I've noticed when someone teases me even in a joking way that can trigger it, but sometimes nothing triggers it. I do play a lot of video games too I'd love to know more about your situation. Haha I mean my dad was out for work a lot. I always felt my hyper sexuality came from growing up in a religious household. My dad'd flip if I even saw a girl in a swimsuit during a cricket game on tv. So maybe that made me want to do it even more. I'll look into that thanks.

This is actually great introspection, and I can relate to a lot of it. The thing with my social life is that it's ok, but I can't party late night like ppl my age because my parents are strict (I do get invited). Yea it's plain and mundane and boring in other words it sucks lol. You've gotta be honest with yourself man. No girl throws themselves at the feet of guys unless you're very attractive, very confident, or have a very great lifestyle. You're at a point where you don't really have any. Only time I've met women at the gym has been when we ended up using the same equipment. Don't fake it though (run to a piece of equipment she's using and ask to work in when you didnt intend on using it) that won't be natural and she'll sense it. That's a good idea. Your call man. I would bulk even before cutting down to that. I'd just cut down until your gut is gone and you're looking fairly lean. I wouldn't worry bout facial aesthetics, because as you bulk you'll lose them a little bit anyway.

Happens a lot, I just got flaked on yesterday. I have also however been on 6-7 dates from online dating alone. That's just how the game is homie. Girls have a LOT of options online. Continuously improve your profile. Get some good pics. Go to the gym seriously. Tinders 95% a visual game. Improving your physique will directly effect your tinder results. Good luck.

My opinion might be different from typical seduction advice, but I'd say go for it. Catering to a girl isn't bad or needy if she's someone you're into and she's not treating you like her bitch. Models is all you need really, the basic idea is if you're a high value guy you'll attract high value girls without any tricks or tactics. No more mr nice guy is along the same lines but less deduction related. It's probably a mix of overthinking and wishful thinking as is the case with a lot of these types of questions imo. I would personally just drop a hint that you're interested to and see how she reacts. For example find out a movie she's been trying to watch or hasn't watched yet and ask her if she'd like to come over and watch it. Or say you're always welcome to come over and watch it. It sounds straight forward but if you bring it up casually I think it'll sound fine.
