So having read Models I understand that there's not a lot of "game" in seduction. I didn't truly believe this, until recently I've been noticing my friend. He's a textbook nice guy. Going out of his way for people and girls. However what I noticed is he does this for everyone. Even girls he has no interest in he'll do his best to help them, be nice etc. I've seen cute girls approach him, girls in my social circle hit on him, and in general he has great success. He's not some six pack model, he's a good looking guy though who presents himself well. The only answer I have is that his neediness is very low (his self esteem & confident are high). Me on the other hand I know I am needy, insecure, but I don't get what to do! I'm good looking and present myself well, I have an above average body that will be very much like brad Pitt from fight club at the end of my cut. I do have average success with women but I feel like it all comes from my external factors. Inside I am needy, insecure and girls I've been with tell me that it's evident once they get to know me. However I just don't know what steps to take to overcome this. With my body/ appearance improving it was much simpler because I could see what I needed to go (get a new haircut, go to the gym). However with improving myself internally and figuring out what is hiding inside that's causing these feelings is 10x more difficult. Any tips or guidance would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys
