I agree! My video is mostly about how if used as a replacement for actual socializing, it can be very damaging to the psyche and should rather be used as a supplement. I’m 21 and I regret my time spent on these apps, and I only had em for under 3 years!

While i agree that taking a step back from social media is really important in self development, I really don’t think sex should be the end goal. The end goal should be success, self development, the process of getting closer to the ideal self. In this process you learn more about yourself and the world around you. Sex is just sex. you have been good to me, brother. ive just placed a hold on that book, and as you were writing this i wrote a 3 step battle plan to fight this. funny you speak of nofap, because youre right! i relapsed, and felt like crap, but my fog on approach anxiety went away!, i now physically and mentally feel more able to approach. i will be alot more lenient on nofap after hearing your genius, and will introduce my battle plan sometime next week, thanks man!
