It's called the greater male variability hypothesis. The cause is that the y-chromosome is smaller and results in less averaging of traits. Evolution tolerates this because unfit men don't limit the overall reproduction rate. The lucky men who get the good genes are the geniuses, the freak athletes, and the exceptional leaders. I only tried to see a therapist once, after being a first responder to a friend's gruesome accident and needing to work through some stuff. Turns out my college only offered those services if you were black, gay, Latino, native American, or female. I know three therapists and they're all woke as hell. There's no question it's better for societal stability and for children to be raised in a 2-parent household. That is one thing I think the tradcons have right. The confounding factor there seems to be that on average, male participants are significantly older. (And the pros still destroy the female pros.)
